Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress infiltration of rainwater from a gap at a boundary portion between flat clay tiles arranged adjacently to each other in a longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: A rectangular clay tile body is formed such that an upper superposed portion is formed on one side thereof and a lower superposed portion is protruded on the other side thereof, and that a back board is formed on a tail side thereof and a hanging is formed on a top side thereof. The flat clay tiles which each have an overlap portion 7 having its top side protrude from a side edge of the upper superposed portion, are zigzag-roofed on a roof substrate. Thus, the gap between the flat clay tiles adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction is formed between the overlap portion 7 of one of the flat clay tiles and an upper surface of the other flat clay tile with a side portion being opened. As a result, direct invasion of rainwater dropping from above can be suppressed.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional flat roof tile is laid in such a manner that an upper superposed portion of the roof tile is laid over a lower superposed portion of the roof tile. Intrusion of rainwater from gaps that occur between them cannot be prevented. However, the infiltrated rainwater flows down the upper surface of the lower overlapping portion of one of the flat tiles and is discharged to the center of the upper surface of the lower flat tile, so that the constructed tile roof can be provided with a waterproof function. However, since the above-mentioned gap is opened upward and rainwater directly enters, the amount of rainwater infiltration becomes extremely large, and the gap is wide due to distortion during firing. Because there are parts that become
Even if there is a lower polymerization portion, it can be a factor of rain leakage. In addition, the lower overlapping part often breaks down without knowing at the time of roofing, and the tiled roof is completed as it is. There was a problem that had to be solved, for example, it would eventually leak due to reaching the groundwork.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in consideration of the problem that a large amount of rainwater intrudes from a gap between adjacent flat roof tiles based on the above-mentioned conventional technology. On the other side of the tile body with a shape, a lower overlap portion is protruded, and water is returned on the bottom side, outside of the lower overlap portion, and on one side of the tile body, and on the roof with a droop on the head side, the upper overlap portion is formed. Above the part, the gap between the flat tiles adjacent in the girder direction, by staggering flat tiles provided with an overlap part with the tip side protruding from the side edge of the upper overlapping part on the roof foundation, The above problem is solved by forming a laterally open state between the overlap portion of one flat roof tile and the upper surface of the other flat roof tile, thereby suppressing direct intrusion of rainwater.

Next, the operation of the flat roof tile according to the present invention will be described. When flat tiles 1, 1a ... are laid as shown in FIG.
The gap between the side end surface of the upper overlapping portion 3 in one of the flat roof tiles 1 and 1a adjacent in the girder direction and the side end surface of the tile main body 2 in the other flat roof tile 1a and 1b is hidden by the overlap portion 7, The boundary between the adjacent flat roof tiles 1, 1a... Is determined by whether the water return 10 of the overlap portion 7 of one flat roof tile 1, 1a. As shown in the figure, one of the flat roof tiles 1, 1a,... Is formed in a side opening state between the lower end face of the water return 10 of the overlap portion 7 and the other flat roof tile 1a, 1b. Only a very small part of the rainwater falling on the flat roof tiles 1a, 1b ... invades, and the amount of rainwater infiltration becomes extremely small. Also, one adjacent flat roof tile 1,
When the roof tiles 1a are slightly slid in the row direction and are laid to match the dimensions of the roof, the side end faces of the upper overlap portion 3 of one of the flat roof tiles 1 and 1a and the other flat roof tiles 1a and 1b are each. In this case, the gap with the side end surface of the tile body 2 is increased, but is completely hidden by the overlap portion 7. Further, the water return 8 hidden by the overlap portion 7 reliably prevents rainwater from intruding inward.

Further, the fixture 12 which is inserted through the insertion hole 13 of the lower overlapping portion 4 in the upper flat roof tiles 1, 1a,.
The tile body 2 in the already laid lower flat tile 1, 1a ...
When the flat roof tiles 1, 1a,... Are laid on the roof ground A by being inserted into the insertion holes 14 of the roof tiles A, the head side of the upper flat roof tiles 1, 1a,. A, and the bottom side of the lower flat tiles 1, 1a... Is fixed between the head side of the upper flat tiles 1, 1a. 8 and 9, the flat roof tiles 1, 1 a... That are already roofed are replaced with the flat roof tiles 1, 1 a.
Are temporarily shifted slightly downward in the flow direction, and then shifted upward to overlap the engaging recesses 17 of the hanging 6 of the flat roof tiles 1, 1a. If the engaging projection 16 on the back side of the portion 7 is repeatedly inserted in the spar direction, the head side of the flat roof tiles 1, 1a ... in the laid state does not rise.

In short, according to the present invention, since the overlapping portion 7 whose leading end protrudes from the side edge of the upper overlapping portion is provided above the upper overlapping portion 3, one of the flat roof tiles adjacent in the row direction is provided. The upper opening-shaped gap between the side end surface of the upper overlapping portion 3 in 1, 1a... And the side end surface of the tile body 2 in the other flat roof tiles 1a, 1b. Even if the above-mentioned gap is widened and the flat roof tiles 1, 1a... Are laid, for the sake of layout at the time of roofing, it can be hidden by the overlap portion 7. It can prevent the rainwater falling from above from entering directly, and the infiltrating rainwater becomes a very small part of the rainwater flowing down the other flat roof tiles 1a, 1b. Can be minimized, and therefore a tiled roof with a waterproof function It can be built. In addition, since the fitting cut 11 of the overlap portion 7 is provided in the droop 6,
When the flat roof tiles 1, 1a,... Are staggered, the overlapping portions 7 of the lower flat roof tiles 1, 1a,.
Can be fitted into the fitting cuts 11 of the droop 6 of the flat roof tiles 1, 1a... Without any trouble.

Further, since the water return 5a is provided on one side of the tile main body 2 and the water return 10 is provided on the back surface at the end of the overlap portion 7, the water return 5a is provided on the adjacent flat tiles 1, 1a. , The gap between the overlap portion 7 and the upper surface of the flat tiles 1, 1 a... Can be extremely narrowed or can be brought into contact with the upper surfaces of the flat roof tiles 1, 1 a. , 1a
… Since only a part of the rainwater flowing above reaches the boundary and only a part of it penetrates inward, the intrusion of rainwater from the boundary of the flat tiles 1, 1a ... adjacent in the row direction is further suppressed. It is possible to construct a tiled roof having a higher waterproof function.

Further, since the overlapping portion 7 is formed so as to extend from the tail side of the tile body 2 to the lower end of the hanging 6, the gap between the hanging 6 of the adjacent flat roof tiles 1 can be hidden. The appearance of the completed tiled roof can be improved. Also, an engaging projection 16 is provided on the back surface of the lower end side of the portion of the overlap portion 7 on the side of the hanging portion 6, and an engaging recess for the engaging projecting portion 16 is provided at a corner of the hanging portion 6 on the side of the overlapping portion 4. 17 are formed, the engaging recesses in one of the flat roof tiles 1, 1a.
If the engaging flat portions 16 of the other flat roof tiles 1, 1a are fitted on the other flat roof tile 1, the floating of the other flat roof tiles 1, 1a. As a result, it is possible to construct a tiled roof having a wind resistance function.
