Abstract
【解決手段】この廃棄物処理方法は、塗装工程から排出される塗料滓11と、排水汚泥12および化成スラッジ13とを含む廃棄物を処理する方法であり、塗料滓11に対して排水汚泥12と化成スラッジ13を混合して混合物を作るステップ22と、混合物を過熱蒸気により熱分解して炭化物を生成するステップ23とを備える。

Description
第1に、本発明の廃棄物処理方法によれば、塗装工程から排出される塗料滓に対して適切な混合比率(重量比)で排水汚泥および化成スラッジを混合させるようにしたため、塗料滓の粘着性を低下させることができ、過熱蒸気により熱分解して塗料滓を炭化物にすることができ、さらに塗料滓の粘着性を低下させることができるため、自動搬送化を達成でき、作られた炭化物を防振材等に対して再資源として再利用することができる。
第2に、本発明の廃棄物処理方法によれば、焼却炉を使用せず、過熱蒸気によって熱分解をするために、CO2の排出量を削減でき、さらにダイオキシン等の排出をなくし、環境負荷を低減することができる。
第3に、本発明によれば、所定の混合比率で混合するようにしたため、塗料滓の含水率が例えば55%から約30〜40%へ低減でき、熱分解エネルギの効率を高めることができ、塗料滓の粘性を低減してハンドリング性を高めることができる。

Claims (4)
- 塗装工程から排出される塗料滓と、排水汚泥および化成スラッジとを含む廃棄物を処理する廃棄物処理方法であり、
前記塗料滓に対して前記排水汚泥と前記化成スラッジを混合して混合物を作るステップと、
前記混合物を過熱蒸気により熱分解して炭化物を生成するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする廃棄物処理方法。 - 前記混合物を作る前記ステップの前に前記塗料滓を破砕するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物処理方法。
- 前記塗料滓(a)と前記排水汚泥(b)と前記化成スラッジ(c)の重量比での混合比率a:b:cが(0.8〜1.2):(1.0〜2.0):(0.2〜0.4)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の廃棄物処理方法。
- 塗装工程から排出された塗料滓に対して排水汚泥および化成スラッジを混合して成る混合物を過熱蒸気により熱分解して生成される炭化物であり、
前記塗料滓(a)と前記排水汚泥(b)と前記化成スラッジ(c)の重量比での混合比率a:b:cが(0.8〜1.2):(1.0〜2.0):(0.2〜0.4)であることを特徴とする炭化物。
