Description

The present invention relates to a sliding door window structure that opens and closes an elevator door of a railway vehicle. In particular, the present invention attaches a window glass having a thickness of up to about 1/2 of the sliding door thickness such as a single plate glass. The present invention relates to a window structure of a sliding door for a vehicle.

FIG. 7 shows a conventional window structure of a sliding door for a vehicle. A window frame 5 is attached to a window opening 4 provided on the upper side of a sliding door main body 3 having a vehicle inner side plate 1 and a vehicle outer side plate 2. A window glass 6 made of a single plate is attached to the window frame 5 via a watertight seal material 7. The window frame 5 includes a window frame main body 23 in which mounting flanges 21 and 22 project outwardly from the vehicle inner end and the vehicle outer end of the peripheral frame portion 34, respectively, and the vehicle outer end of the peripheral frame portion 24a. L-shaped member 24 having an outer flange 24b projecting inward at the portion, and a T-shaped member having an inner flange 25b projecting from the inner end of the peripheral frame portion 25a 25 and a spacer 26 interposed between the peripheral frame portions 24 a and 25 a of both members 24 and 25, and the L-shaped member 24 is fixed to the window frame main body 23. 27 and 28 are short piece packings, respectively.

When constructing the window, the window frame main body 23 is arranged along the inner peripheral side of the window opening 4 provided on the upper side of the sliding door main body 3, and the mounting flanges 21 and 22 of the window frame main body 23 are arranged on the vehicle interior side. The L-shaped member 24 is fixed to the inner peripheral side of the window frame main body 23 while being fixed to the face plate 1 and the vehicle outer side face plate 2, respectively. Then, the window glass 6 is fitted from the inside of the vehicle, and then the peripheral frame portion 25a of the T-shaped member 25 is inserted from the inside of the vehicle, and the peripheral frame portion 25a of the T-shaped member 25, the spacer 26, and the L-shaped The window frame 5 is assembled by connecting the peripheral frame portion 24 a of the member 24 and the peripheral frame portion 34 of the window frame main body 23 with screws 29.

The window glass 6 is in a state of being attracted to the vehicle inside in the window frame 5, and a packing 27 is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the window glass 6 and the peripheral frame portion 25 a of the T-shaped member 25, and the L-shaped member 24. Packings 28 are interposed between the vehicle outer flange 24b and the vehicle outer surface peripheral edge of the window glass 6, respectively. Then, on the inner peripheral side of the window frame 5, the watertight seal material 7 is loaded between the peripheral portion of the outer side surface of the window glass 6 and the outer side flange 24 b of the L-shaped member 24, and the state shown in FIG. And As shown in the figure, the watertight seal material 7 is also interposed between the inner peripheral edge portion of the window glass 6 and the inner flange 25b of the T-shaped member 25, respectively.

In general, a sliding door used for a railway vehicle has a sliding door body 3 having a thickness of about 25 mm. If a window glass 6 made of, for example, a single plate having a thickness of 6 mm is attached to the window frame 5, it can be seen from FIG. Thus, the loading width of the watertight sealing material 7 loaded between the peripheral edge of the vehicle outer surface of the window glass 6 made of this single plate and the vehicle outer flange 24b of the L-shaped member 24 becomes considerably wide, and therefore In the conventional window structure, it is very difficult to remove the window glass 6 when replacing the window glass 6 due to glass breakage or the like. This will be specifically described below with reference to FIG.

When the window glass 6 is removed from the state shown in FIG. 8A due to breakage or the like, it is necessary to cut the watertight seal material 7 with a cutter (cutter knife or the like). (B) of the figure shows the cutting position of the cutter with respect to the water-tight sealing material 7. First, as shown in (b), the first cutter is placed on the outer surface of the window glass 6 with respect to the sealing material 7. From the position adjacent to the inner peripheral edge 2a of the vehicle outer side face plate 2 facing the window opening 4 and then obliquely cut from the position close to the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral frame 25a of the T-shaped member 25 Cut in an oblique direction parallel to the cutting direction of the cutter. Then, a third incision is made by a cutter so as to follow the outer surface of the window glass 6, and the triangular sealing material 7 formed by the third incision surface and the first incision surface is removed. To do.

Then, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), the vehicle outer surface of the window glass 6 and the inner peripheral edge 2a of the vehicle outer surface plate 2 are sequentially cut by the fourth, fifth and sixth times with a cutter. After removing the sealing material 7 between the two sides, the screw 29 is pulled out, the T-shaped member 25 is removed as shown in FIG. 5C, and the window is cut by the seventh and eighth cutting of the cutter. The sealing material 7 interposed between the outer peripheral surface portion of the glass 6 and the T-shaped member 25 is removed. Only then will the window glass 6 be replaceable.

As described above, in the conventional window structure, when the window glass 6 is replaced due to breakage or the like, the watertight sealing material 7 loaded in the window frame 5 is cut by cutting with the cutter 7 or 8 times as described above. Therefore, it takes a lot of time and labor to replace the window glass 6, and in order to cut off the watertight seal material 7, the vehicle outer side plate 2 portion is connected to the loaded watertight seal material. Since it is necessary to make a cut with a cutter, the joint will be damaged by the cut, and even when repaired when a new water-tight sealant is loaded, the waterproof property of that part is poor, and rainwater etc. enters the inside of the car There was a problem that it was easy to do.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the window glass 6 can be easily replaced from the inside of the vehicle, and the water-tight sealant 7 can be removed with a cutter so that the water-tight seal can be made with as few cuts as possible. The sealing material 7 can be removed and the window glass 6 can be easily replaced in a short time, and the vehicle exterior face plate and the watertight sealing material are not damaged, thereby improving the waterproofness of the sliding door for the vehicle. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle sliding door window structure that can be maintained.

Means for solving the above problems will be described with reference numerals in the embodiments described later. The invention according to claim 1 is provided on the upper side of the sliding door main body 3 having the vehicle interior side plate 1 and the vehicle exterior side plate 2. A window structure of a sliding door for a vehicle in which a window frame 5 is attached to the provided window opening 4 and a window glass 6 is attached to the window frame 5 via a watertight seal material 7, the window frame 5 being The partition wall 20 projecting inward in the width direction intermediate portion of the peripheral frame portion 11, and the window frame main body 8 attached to the sliding door main body 3, and the vehicle inner end portion of the peripheral frame portion 11. The inner side of the vehicle between the presser flange 17 and the partition wall 20 The window with glass 6 is fitted, watertight seal material 7 on the interior side and exterior side across the partition wall 20 is characterized by comprising loaded. In addition, as the window glass 6, while using a single plate glass, a laminated glass, etc., the thickness of the glass used shall be about 1/2 of the sliding door thickness at most.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the window structure for a sliding door for a vehicle according to the first aspect, the partition wall 20 is formed integrally with the peripheral frame portion 11 of the window frame main body 8.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle sliding door window structure according to the first aspect, the partition wall 20 is formed separately from the peripheral frame portion 11 of the window frame main body 8, and the peripheral frame portion 11 has a screw 38. It is attached by.

A fourth aspect of the present invention is the vehicle sliding door window structure according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the partition wall 20 is loaded from the vehicle inner side to the vehicle outer side with the partition wall 20 interposed therebetween. It is characterized by being buried by.

The fifth aspect of the present invention is the vehicle sliding door window structure according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the partition wall 20 is divided into a vehicle inner side and a vehicle outer side with the partition wall 20 interposed therebetween. The front end surface 20 o is exposed to the inner peripheral side of the peripheral frame portion 11 by the sealing material 7.

A sixth aspect of the present invention is the vehicle sliding door window structure according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the partition wall 20 is provided so that a front end portion 20a of the partition wall 20 bends and protrudes to the outside of the vehicle. The seal material 7 is divided and loaded into the vehicle interior side of the partition wall 20 and a dent recess 39 formed between the front end bent projection 20a of the partition wall 20 and the peripheral frame portion 11. Features.

The effect of the invention by the above solution will be described with reference numerals of the embodiments described later. According to the window structure of the invention according to claim 1, the window frame body in which the window frame 5 is attached to the sliding door body 3 8 and a glass presser flange 17 attached so as to be positioned at the vehicle inner end portion of the peripheral frame portion 11 of the window frame main body 8, and attached to the window frame main body 8 with a screw 10 so as to be removable from the vehicle inner side. 9 and the peripheral frame portion 11 is provided with a partition wall 20 projecting inward in the width direction intermediate portion. Therefore, when the window glass 6 is replaced, the screw 10 is removed to remove the glass retainer 9. In order to cut out the watertight sealing material 7 with a cutter, the cutter is cut into the sealing material 7 so as to follow the vehicle inner side surface of the partition wall 20, and then the cutter is recirculated. On the inner peripheral surface of the frame 11 In this way, the old window glass 6 can be removed by a simple cutter cutting operation that only requires cutting into the sealing material 7 from the inside of the vehicle. In addition, when installing the new window glass 6, the new partition wall 20 and the window glass are removed. Since it is only necessary to replenish the watertight sealing material 7 between the window glass 6 and the window glass 6 can be replaced easily and efficiently. When the watertight seal material 7 is removed, the watertight seal material 7 located outside the partition wall 20 does not need to be removed. Therefore, the waterproof property of the sliding door for the vehicle can be maintained well.

In this window structure, the partition wall 20 provided on the peripheral frame portion 11 serves as a cutter guide when cutting the cutter into the watertight sealing material 7, that is, a guiding role for accurately performing the cutting of the cutter. It plays a role of minimizing the excision of the sealing material 7.

The partition wall 20 may be formed integrally with the peripheral frame portion 11 of the window frame main body 8 as described in claim 2, or the peripheral frame portion of the window frame main body 8 as described in claim 3. 11 may be formed separately and attached to the peripheral frame portion 11 with screws 38. If the partition wall 20 is formed separately from the peripheral frame portion 11, it is not necessary to manufacture the window frame 5 specially, and it can be easily applied to the window structure of an existing vehicle sliding door by attaching only the partition wall 20. There are advantages you can do.

As described in claim 4, when the partition wall 20 is buried by the watertight sealing material 7 loaded from the inside of the vehicle to the outside of the vehicle across the partition wall 20, the partition wall 20 Is not exposed, so the appearance is good.

As described in claim 5, the front end surface 20 o is formed on the inner peripheral side of the peripheral frame portion 11 by the watertight seal member 7 in which the partition wall 20 is divided and loaded on the vehicle inner side and the vehicle outer side with the partition wall 20 interposed therebetween. When the window glass 6 is replaced, the position of the partition wall 20 can be confirmed when the watertight seal material 7 is cut out, and the cutting work of the seal material 7 by a cutter becomes easy.

According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the front end portion 20a of the partition wall 20 is provided so as to bend and protrude toward the outer side of the vehicle, and the watertight seal material 7 includes the inner side of the partition wall 20 and the bent end of the partition wall. In the case where it is divided and loaded into a dent recess 39 that is formed between the protruding portion 20 a and the peripheral frame portion 11, the front end surface 20 o of the partition wall 20 is found to be the inner peripheral side of the window frame 5. When exchanging the window glass 6, the position of the partition wall 20 can be confirmed and the cutting work of the sealing material 7 by a cutter can be facilitated, and the water-tight sealing material is exposed. 7 is separated and loaded into the vehicle interior and the dent recess 39 with the partition wall 20 therebetween, so that the loading amount of the watertight sealing material 7 can be reduced.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of the entire sliding door for a vehicle as viewed from the inside of the vehicle, and FIG. FIG. 4B is an enlarged sectional view taken along line YY in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line ZZ in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of a portion indicated by an arrow V in FIG. is there. This sliding door for a vehicle is a suspension type sliding door installed at a side door in a railway vehicle, and a window frame 5 is attached to a window opening 4 provided on the upper side of the sliding door main body 3. A window glass 6 made of a single plate is attached to 5 via a watertight sealing material 7. As this window glass 6, a laminated glass etc. are used other than a single plate glass.

The sliding door body 3 includes an aluminum inner side plate 1 and an outer side surface plate 2 made of aluminum, a honeycomb core 30 made of an aluminum thin plate interposed between the double-sided plates 1 and 2, and an outer peripheral portion between the double-sided plates 1 and 2. The outer peripheral frame 31 is composed of a stainless steel door-end side vertical frame 31a, a door-end side vertical frame 31b, and upper and lower horizontal frames 31c and 31d. A door end rubber 32 is attached to the front side vertical frame 31a. For example, a stainless steel baseboard 33 is attached to the lower end of the vehicle interior side plate 1.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the window frame 5 includes a window frame main body 8 attached to the sliding door main body 3 and a glass presser 9 attached to the window frame main body 8 by a screw 10 so as to be removable from the inside of the vehicle. Is done.

The window frame body 8 includes a peripheral frame portion 11, a partition wall 20 that protrudes integrally on the inner peripheral side of the peripheral portion in the width direction of the peripheral frame portion 11, and an inner peripheral side from the vehicle outer end of the peripheral frame portion 11 And an inward flange 12 and an outward flange 13 that protrude integrally with the outer peripheral side, and an L-shaped support frame portion 14 that protrudes integrally from the intermediate portion in the width direction of the peripheral frame portion 11 to the outer peripheral side. . The protruding height position of the partition wall 20 is at substantially the same level as the inner peripheral side end 2 a of the vehicle outer side face plate 2 that forms the sliding door body 3. The L-shaped support frame portion 14 forms a glass presser fitting groove 15, and has a thick main frame portion 14a serving as a bottom wall of the glass presser fitting groove 15, and a peripheral portion from the main frame portion 14a. A horizontal frame portion 14b extending in parallel with the frame portion 8 and an outward flange 14c integrally projecting outward from the horizontal frame portion 14b at a right angle outward (to the outer peripheral side).

When the glass retainer 9 is fitted into the glass retainer fitting groove 15 of the window frame body 8 from the inside of the vehicle, the U-shaped frame portion 9a is fitted into the glass retainer fitting groove 15. It consists of a glass retainer flange 17 projecting toward the inner peripheral side so as to be positioned at the vehicle inner end of the peripheral frame portion 11 and an outward flange 18 projecting on the opposite side of the glass retainer flange 17. A rubber packing 19 is attached to the inner surface of 17.

When constructing the window, the window frame main body 8 is arranged along the inner peripheral side of the window opening 4 provided on the upper side of the sliding door main body 3, and the window frame main body 8 is protruded inward toward the vehicle outer end. By fixing the flange 12 and the outward flange 13 to the inner side surface of the vehicle outer side surface plate 2, and fixing the outward flange 14 c of the L-shaped support frame portion 14 to the inner side surface of the vehicle inner side surface plate 1, the window frame body 8. Is fixed to the window opening 4 of the sliding door body 3.

Thus, the window glass 6 is fitted into the window frame body 8 fixed to the window opening 4 from the inside of the vehicle, and as shown in FIG. A short piece of packing 35 is interposed between the wall 20 and the short piece of packing 36 is similarly inserted between the outer peripheral surface of the window glass 6 and the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral frame portion 11. From this state, the U-shaped frame portion 16 of the glass presser 9 is fitted into the glass presser fitting groove 15 formed by the L-shaped support frame portion 14 of the window frame main body 8, and the glass presser 9 The glass retainer flange 17 is pressed against the inner peripheral edge portion of the window glass 6 through the rubber packing 19, and the outward flange 18 of the glass retainer 9 is pressed against the inner surface plate 1 as shown.

Thereafter, the screw 10 is screwed into the main frame portion 14a of the L-shaped support frame portion 14 in the window frame main body 8 from the U-shaped frame portion 16 of the glass presser 9 to fix the glass presser 9 to the window frame main body 8. A rubber packing 37 is fitted into the glass presser fitting groove 15 formed by the L-shaped support frame portion 14.

Thus, on the inner peripheral side of the window frame 5 into which the window glass 6 is fitted, between the outer peripheral edge portion of the window glass 6 and the partition wall 20 of the window frame main body 8, and between the partition wall 20 and the inward flange 12, The watertight sealant 7 is loaded during In this case, the watertight sealing material 7 is loaded so that the partition wall 20 is buried as shown in FIG. 4, so that the partition wall 20 is not exposed to the outside and the appearance is good.

When the window glass 6 is damaged in the window of the vehicle sliding door constructed as described above and the window glass 6 is replaced, the window frame 5 starts from the state shown in FIG. The rubber packing 37 fitted in the glass retainer fitting groove 15 of the glass retainer 9 is removed from the fitting groove 15, the screw 10 fixing the glass retainer 9 to the window frame body 8 is removed, and the glass retainer 9 is removed. Is removed from the window frame body 8 to a state shown in FIG.

From this state, the watertight sealing material 7 is cut out by a cutter. In this case, the first cutter protrudes to the intermediate portion in the width direction of the peripheral frame portion 11 as shown in FIG. 5 (b). After cutting into the sealing material 7 so as to follow the vehicle inner side surface of the partition wall 20, by cutting the second cutter into the sealing material 7 from the vehicle inner side so as to follow the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral frame portion 11, The window glass 6 can be removed from the window frame 5 side with the vehicle interior sealing material portion 7a attached. The sealing material portion 7b between the partition wall 20 and the inward flange 12 is left as it is. Although not shown, the cutter may be a generally used cutter knife. In FIG. 5B, A indicates the cutting direction of the first cutter, and B indicates the cutting direction of the second cutter.

Therefore, in order to attach the new window glass 6, as described above, the new window glass 6 is fitted from the vehicle inner side to the vehicle inner side in the window frame main body 8, and the packing 35 (see FIG. 4), and the original old glass retainer 9 is attached to the window frame main body 8 from the state in which the packing 36 is inserted between the outer peripheral surface of the new window glass 6 and the peripheral frame portion 11, and the new What is necessary is just to load the new watertight sealing material 7 between the vehicle outer surface peripheral part of the window glass 6, and the partition wall 20 of the window frame main body 8. FIG.

As can be seen from the above description, in this window structure, the window frame 5 is attached so as to be positioned at the vehicle frame end of the window frame main body 8 attached to the sliding door main body 3 and the peripheral frame portion 11 of the window frame main body 8. And a glass retainer 9 that is removably attached to the window frame main body 8 with screws 10 from the inside of the vehicle, and the peripheral frame portion 11 projects to the inner peripheral side at the intermediate portion in the width direction. Since the wall 20 is provided, when the window glass 6 is replaced with a new one, the screw 10 is removed and the glass retainer 9 is separated from the window frame main body 8, and then the watertight sealing material 7 is cut out with a cutter. The second cutter is cut into the sealing material 7 so as to follow the inner side surface of the partition wall 20, and the second cutter is cut from the inner side of the sealing material 7 so as to follow the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral frame portion 11. The old window glass 6 can be easily removed, and when the new window glass 6 is installed, the watertight sealant 7 only needs to be replenished between the new partition wall 20 and the window glass 6. The replacement work of the glass 6 can be performed easily and efficiently and is economical. Further, when the watertight seal member 7 is removed, the watertight seal member 7 located outside the partition wall 20 does not need to be removed at all. Therefore, the vehicle outer side plate 2 and the watertight seal that are most important for waterproofing of the sliding door for the vehicle are used. The joint portion with the material 7 is not damaged, and therefore the waterproof property of the vehicle sliding door can be maintained well.

In this window structure, the partition wall 20 provided so as to project inward in the width direction intermediate portion of the peripheral frame portion 11 of the window frame main body 8 is a cutter when the cutter is cut into the watertight sealing material 7. In addition to serving as a guide, that is, as a cutter, it serves to minimize excision of the watertight seal material 7.

6A to 6C show various other embodiments of the window structure, and the window structure shown in FIG. 6A is almost the same as the window structure shown in FIGS. However, the partition wall 20 is formed thicker than that shown in FIGS. 2, 4, and 5, and the protruding position of the partition wall 20 is the position of the vehicle outer surface plate 2 that forms the door body 3. It protrudes to the inner peripheral side slightly longer than the inner peripheral side end 2a, so that the watertight seal 7 does not bury the partition wall 20, and between the partition wall 20 and the window glass 6 and inward from the partition wall 20 It is slightly different in that it is loaded separately from the flange 12. In this way, if the partition wall 20 is formed thick, the amount of the water-tight seal material 7 to be loaded is small, and the water-tight seal material 7 is loaded so that the front end surface of the partition wall 20 is exposed. When the sealing material 7 is excised, there is an advantage that the position of the partition wall 20 can be confirmed and the cutting work of the sealing material 7 by a cutter is facilitated.

The window structure shown in (b) of FIG. 6 is substantially the same as the window structure of (a), except that the partition wall 20 is formed to be thicker than that of the window structure of (a). The wall 20 is provided so that the front end 20a bends and protrudes to the outside of the vehicle, and the watertight seal material 7 includes the inner side of the partition wall 20, the front end bent protrusion 20a of the partition wall 20 and the peripheral frame portion. 11 and a recessed recess portion 39 formed between the front end surface 20o and the front end surface 20o of the partition wall 20 on the inner peripheral side and the end side of the peripheral frame portion 11. It will be in the state exposed over. In this case, only the outward flange 13 is provided at the vehicle outer end portion of the peripheral frame portion 11, and no inward flange is provided.

Thus, according to the partition wall 20 provided so that the front end portion 20a bends and protrudes to the vehicle outer side, the front end surface 20o is exposed across the inner peripheral side and the finding side of the peripheral frame portion 11, When the watertight seal material 7 is excised, the position of the partition wall 20 can be confirmed, and the cutting work of the seal material 7 by a cutter is facilitated, the partition wall 20 itself is thick, and the watertight seal material 7 Since it is loaded into the inner side of the vehicle 20 and the recessed concave portion 39 between the tip bent protruding portion 20a and the peripheral frame portion 11, the loading amount of the watertight seal material 7 can be further reduced.

The window structure shown in FIG. 6C is characterized in that the partition wall 20 is formed separately from the peripheral frame portion 11 of the window frame main body 8 and is attached to the peripheral frame portion 11 with screws 38. There is. In this way, if the partition wall 20 is formed separately from the window frame main body 8, the window structure of the ready-made vehicle sliding door can be easily obtained by attaching only the partition wall 20 without specially manufacturing the window frame 5. There is a great advantage that it can be applied to. In this case, the partition wall 20 has an L shape in which the attachment piece 20 a is integrally connected to the lower end portion of the partition wall 20.
