Description

The present invention provides a double floor structure provided with a cover member opening / closing mechanism, for example, a free access floor in which wiring or wiring equipment is laid mainly so that wiring or the like can be transferred or pulled out from a desired position, particularly floor surface The present invention relates to a support floor separation type double floor structure in which a cover material is provided between panels supported on top.

As a free access floor for computer rooms and office automation (OA) equipment, a double floor structure in which a panel is supported by a supporting leg is known, and various configurations are widely used. In particular, since the existing floor slabs of buildings usually have unevenness, they are equipped with a support leg height adjustment mechanism that adapts to unevenness while adjusting the height of the support legs when laying panels. There is a floor structure (free access floor). This is mainly divided into a support leg-integrated structure in which the panel and the support leg are integrally fixed, and a support leg separation-type structure in which the panel and the support leg can be separated separately.

However, with this type of double floor structure, it is necessary to remove a number of installed panels when changing the installation of wiring fixtures or the transfer of wiring by changing the layout in the office after the construction of the double floor structure. This has the disadvantage that the construction work at the time of the change becomes large.

As a double floor structure that eliminates such drawbacks, for example, a linear passage or an intersection wiring path is formed between corners of a substantially cubic panel or at a corner portion of a plurality of panels, and the upper opening is closed with a cover, A wiring groove type double floor structure that flattens the upper surface is known. This type of double floor structure, for example, as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-66248 (free access floor: Patent Document 13), wiring grooves are formed between the panels, where wiring, wiring fixtures, etc. Can be installed and covered with a cover (sub-panel, cross-panel) to reduce the labor of construction work for installation and transfer / installation of wiring and wiring equipment.

However, such a free access floor has a structure in which a sub panel is placed on a step surface with an adjacent main panel, and the sub panel is supported by the step surface. Therefore, the stability in the installation state of a double floor structure or a panel is lacking. For example, if the unevenness of the floor surface is large or the unevenness adjustment is insufficient, the cover cannot absorb the unevenness or follow the unevenness, and it may float or rattle. A rattling noise is generated when moving or walking.

In such a structure, there is a problem that the stability is poor at the time of positioning and fixing the cover laying or in the laying state.

Therefore, as a known technique proposed to solve this problem by technically deciding the structure for positioning and fixing the cover, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-168741 (free access floor: Patent Document 1), Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-96281. No. (Free Access Floor: Patent Document 2), Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-587 (Wiring Floor Panel Device: Patent Document 3), and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-296592 (Floor Structure and Floor Construction Method: Patent Document 4) )

Patent Documents 1 and 2 provide claws (projections) on the coupling plate (lid) side, holes (grooves) into which the claws (projections) are fitted in steps on the panel (floor plate) side, A structure for engaging a hole (groove) is disclosed. Patent Document 3 discloses an engagement structure in which a convex portion that protrudes downward from a cover member is engaged with a concave portion of a step portion of a wiring groove forming block. Patent Document 4 discloses a structure in which a crossing panel member and a straight part panel member are positioned and fixed by a positioning mechanism on a mounting shelf part of a floor panel body, and the crossing part is attached with screws.

In another related technique, as a configuration in which the corners of the panel are fixed and connected to each other by rotating the connecting member, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-14460 (floor panel connecting device: Patent Document 5), Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 5-54736 (Floor Panel Connecting Device: Patent Document 6) and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-34237 (Floor Panel Connecting Structure: Patent Document 7).

These connection structures can be constructed relatively easily by a simple operation and can reliably connect the panels by adopting a connection member by a rotation operation.

By the way, in the known techniques of Patent Documents 1 and 2, the covers provided on the wiring grooves between the panels and at the panel corners are smaller than the panels and are laid relatively many times. For this reason, there is a problem that the construction work is complicated, and the construction worker and the user often forget to attach the cover material or lose the cover.

In addition, the parts for mounting such covers are installed at relatively wide intervals by adopting thick steel plates and reinforcing rib structures by die casting etc. to ensure high strength and load resistance on the cover. Such covers are arranged between panels and at the gathering points of the panel corners. For this reason, there is a problem that the structure of the cover is complicated and the cover material is expensive.

Furthermore, in Patent Documents 1 and 2, when installing the coupling plate on the upper surface of the corner portion that is one step lower than the upper surface of the flat plate portion of the panel, the claws of the coupling plate are inserted and fitted into the nail insertion holes formed on the upper surface, A number of fitting structures using the claws and holes are applied to each panel corner. For this reason, the construction work is easily affected by the unevenness of the floor, the installation position of the support legs, and the like, and there is a drawback that the fitting and installation work becomes difficult due to misalignment or the like. In addition, the clearance dimension between the nail and the hole is delicate. For this reason, it is very difficult to design a structure in which the claw and the hole are fitted at a plurality of locations and the coupling with the plurality of coupling plates is performed simultaneously. Due to such design difficulties, troubles such as the nails becoming difficult to enter the holes or becoming loose due to looseness occur.

In Patent Document 3, a substantially square cover plate is placed on the step portion of the edge of the wiring groove forming block, and a convex portion protruding below the substantially square cover plate is engaged with the concave portion formed in the step portion. By doing so, the cover plate is positioned. Such a configuration has an advantage that construction can be performed quickly and easily. However, since the cover plate is not fixed even when it is placed, there is a disadvantage that the cover plate is displaced or loose, lacks stability in the laying state, and is insufficiently positioned and fixed.

Patent document 4 is a screw fastening mounting structure in which the cover members of the straight part and the intersecting part are positioned and fixed with the floor panel main body and the positioning mechanism, and the screw is screwed into the female screw hole at the intersecting part. Although this is effective against earthquakes, for example, it is difficult to attach and detach panels and covers according to wiring changes, etc., because the construction is complicated and the number of parts increases, so the construction becomes complicated and the cost increases, etc. There is a problem.

Patent Documents 5 to 7 disclose a connecting structure of connecting members by a rotation operation. This requires the formation of a unique rotary engagement or fitting structure on both the panel side and the connecting member side. Therefore, the structure of the connecting portion and the corner of the panel is complicated, and the number of parts is also increased. Further, since the connecting member is a member separated from the panel, as described above, there is a problem that the construction worker forgets to attach or is lost.

Furthermore, as a known technique that can improve the workability of the cover to be installed on the wiring groove and can solve the above-mentioned problems to some extent, JP-A-8-53927 (floor panel: Patent Document 8), JP-A-9-158454 (Installation method of groove cover of wiring floor: Patent Document 9) and JP-A-11-81639 (Floor Panel: Patent Document 10). In these Patent Documents 8 to 10, a hinge structure or an engagement / fitting structure is adopted for the cover, and the panel and the cover are integrally formed. Thereby, construction workability at the time of opening and closing the cover accompanying wiring laying or the like is improved, and forgetting to attach or losing the cover material can be prevented.

As another example of such a hinge structure, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-85845 (connected double floor panel: Patent Document 11) is also available. This is not a cover member provided as a separate material, but is a protruding fit on the side of the panel for the purpose of facilitating construction work when connecting adjacent panels of square floor panels with support legs. A panel connection structure in which a piece is provided, a fitting hole is provided on the opposite side to which the protruding fitting piece is inserted, and the panel body is opened and closed elastically and bendable by a concave groove of the protruding fitting piece. is there. This panel is integrally formed of a resin material or the like and is detachable.

In addition to this kind of technology, JP-A-2-220317 (wire laying part structure: Patent Document 12), Patent No. 2506712 (Free access floor: Patent Document 15), JP-A-3-290561 There are also a gazette (a floor and a method of laying wire tubes on the floor: Patent Document 16) and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-305835 (a wiring duct: Patent Document 17).

Furthermore, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-1587 (OA floor floor base material arrangement structure: Patent Document 14) describes an electric wire distributed by a distribution board or the like, or a pipe supplying water or hot water. By laying a floor base material that has a surface different in color from the surrounding floor base material, the floor base material arrangement on the OA floor that clearly shows the floor base material located on those wires and pipes It is disclosed. In addition, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-36350 (Floor Panel Device: Patent Document 18), Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-312114 (Double Floor: Patent Document 19) and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 8-9344 (Free Access Floor Material: Patent Document 20) and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-233073 (OA floor structure: Patent Document 21) exist.

As for the OA floor having the above-mentioned type of cover structure, smooth operability and quick workability are desired for attaching / detaching and opening / closing the cover.

The cover structures in the above-mentioned Patent Documents 8 to 10 are not so complicated in the opening and closing structure, and the cost is not significantly increased. Also, the opening / closing operation during construction is not so complicated and operability is not difficult. Although the hinge structure is employed, the hinge structure itself of the cover that is opened and closed is not fully satisfactory as a structure that can be positioned and fixed in a detachable and reliable manner. Therefore, for example, it has been difficult in terms of design to stably maintain both the open state and the closed state of the cover and improve the operability with a simple structure. In addition, there were still unsolved comprehensive issues such as speeding up the workability, simplification of the hinge structure, and cost reduction by reducing the number of parts.

In Patent Document 11, in the case of a double floor with support legs, it is necessary to lift and open the entire square floor panel body, which is heavier and harder to handle than the cover, and has poor workability. Further, the fitting structure by the protruding fitting piece and the fitting hole is not stable because the positioning and fixing of the panel itself is insufficient. Therefore, a separate member configuration consisting of a coupling clip and a coupling engagement hole is required, which eventually results in a complicated structure and an increased number of parts. For this reason, for example, the opening and closing operation of the panel due to the wiring change or the like has been extremely difficult.

Furthermore, the connection structure of the hinge part is provided in many places by the fitting structure and the connection clip. For this reason, when opening and closing, it takes time to fit and release, and the workability is poor. Further, since the panel body is heavier than the cover, there are various problems that even if the panel body is elastically bendable, it is easily damaged by repeated opening and closing operations, resulting in poor durability.

Therefore, the present applicant has filed a patent application for a hinge mechanism as a new creation technique in Japanese Patent Application Nos. 2002-248728 and 2003-156568. These are techniques for connecting a straight part cover and a crossing part cover and a panel so as to be detachable and openable and closable by a hinge opening / closing structure to constitute a unit panel as a whole.

Another patent application, Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-139985, has also been filed. This discloses a hinge structure that enables opening and closing of a panel and a cover, and this hinge structure includes a thin-walled connecting portion and an opening that are integrally formed of, for example, a resin material.

With these prior applications, various problems such as simplification of the opening / closing structure, cost reduction, and improvement in operability of the opening / closing operation in the above-described prior art have been improved and solved.

However, the construction work for opening and closing these cover members at the time of changing, moving, adding, and pulling out wirings and wiring devices has the following new concerns.

(1) The operator wants to quickly open and close the cover member. However, when the cover member is opened by the hinge mechanism, a return motion occurs due to the repulsive force peculiar to the hinge mechanism, and a slight movement to return to the closed state occurs. Therefore, the cover member may return, obstructing the wiring laying operation and the smooth opening / closing operation of the cover, and the construction speed may not increase.

(2) There are many cover members between panels in the straight portion of the panel or at the corners of the intersection. At the time of wiring laying, these many cover members are sequentially operated from the closed state to the open state along the wiring laying path by the hinge mechanism. At that time, since the adjacent cover members are opened and closed close to each other, the linear portion cover and the intersection portion cover may contact each other and interfere with each other, and a quick and smooth opening / closing operation cannot be performed.

(3) In the cover member, for example, a wiring lead-out opening may be formed on the side facing the side having the hinge mechanism, thereby improving the convenience of starting up the wiring. However, since the size of this opening is relatively small according to the cover size, after pulling out the wiring from here, if you try to open and close the cover member in order to change this wiring, for example, the extension line, May interfere with opening and closing. This is because the wiring does not stand up vertically from the opening, but because the wiring slightly bends in the lateral direction due to its nature, the wiring comes into contact with the cover member.

Thus, the concerns (1), (2) and (3) suggest that there is room for further improvement in the cover member to which the hinge opening / closing mechanism is applied. In this type of technical field, it is required that the opening / closing operation of the cover member can be performed more quickly, in particular, the construction during the opening / closing operation can be performed more easily, reliably, smoothly and quickly.

This is a very important issue that affects the cost, workability, wiring management, and the like for a contractor, an electrician, or a user who changes, moves, or expands wiring, and is attracting attention.

The intersection cover member is configured to open and close the linear part cover member and the intersection cover member connected to the panel by the connecting means. Part And has a substantially irregular octagonal planar shape intersection cover member do not interfere with each other.

Further, according to the present invention, a plurality of support portions disposed on the floor surface, a plurality of panels supported and aligned by the support portions, and above a portion where the corners of the plurality of panels gather, or a plurality of The double floor structure including a cover member provided above between the peripheral edges of the panel further includes a connecting portion disposed at an end of the cover member to connect the panel, and the cover member is opened and closed by the connecting portion. The cover member includes a connecting means that can be connected, and the cover member does not hinder the opening operation of the cover member by opening the wiring from the cover member when the cover member is opened above the periphery of the panel by the connecting means. And a cutting position indicating means for displaying a cutting position of the cover member in the vicinity of the connecting means.

In the double floor structure provided with the cover member opening / closing mechanism according to the present invention, the cover member can be freely opened and closed by the connecting means, and when the cover member is opened, the upper surface of the cover member is a panel by the open state maintaining means. The open state can be maintained in contact with the upper surface of the substrate. Therefore, the cover member can be opened and closed easily, reliably and quickly when changing or transferring the wiring, and the cover member can be easily kept open when laying the wiring.

Further, the connecting means attaches the linear portion cover member to one end portion side and two adjacent sides of the panel, and provides the intersection portion cover member on the one end portion side and the corner portion of the panel. And the intersection cover member is formed in a substantially odd octagonal planar shape so that the linear part cover member and the intersection part cover member do not interfere with each other, the linear part cover member and the intersection part cover member Even if the opening operation is performed, it is ensured that the cover members do not come into contact with each other, are caught or bumped.

Furthermore, the upper surface area of the end of the cover member can be cut at a position near the connecting means, and the wiring can be raised with a margin from the cut area. Even when the wiring is raised, there is no hindrance to opening and closing the cover member, and even when the wiring is raised, a smooth and quick opening and closing operation is possible.

The straight cover member and the cross cover member can be opened and closed smoothly and quickly, and can be kept open and closed. is there.

As described above, according to the present invention, the double floor structure provided with the cover member opening / closing mechanism can not only easily and surely attach the cover to the panel by the connecting means, but also the open state maintaining means to open the cover. The state and the closed state can be easily and reliably maintained, so that quick and smooth construction can be stably performed.

Next, an embodiment of a double floor structure having a cover member opening / closing mechanism according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Basic Configuration of Embodiment Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of a double floor structure provided with a cover member opening / closing mechanism according to the present invention is a floor panel of a separated support leg type. The support portion that supports the panel 20 includes a support leg unit 10 having an adjustable height disposed on the floor surface of the building. The support leg units 10 are provided at four corners of a substantially rectangular base 101. The support legs 102 are arranged upright. The panel 20 is laid by supporting the corners of the panel 20 of the square floor board with these support legs 102.

When the panel 20 is laid, the space between the plurality of support legs 102 arranged in each support leg unit 10 and between the plurality of adjacent panels 20 is a wiring path having a predetermined width as shown in the figure. 50 are continuously formed in a grid pattern in the vertical and horizontal directions. In the wiring passage 50, a straight part cover 30 is provided so as to cover the opening above the straight part. Further, an intersection cover 40 is provided over the upper opening of the intersection.

The support leg unit 10 includes a base 101 laid on the floor surface and four support legs 102 erected on the base 101 at predetermined intervals so that the wiring passage 50 is formed. Yes. Each support leg 102 includes, for example, a bolt leg portion 103a, a nut portion 103b, and a panel receiving portion 103c that supports a corner portion of the panel 20, and these form a height adjusting mechanism 103.

The upper surface of the nut portion 103b forms a hexagonal opening 103d that receives a tool for height adjustment, such as a hexagon wrench (not shown). The height of the panel 20 supported by the panel receiving portion 103c can be adjusted from above by inserting the head of a wrench into the opening 103b and rotating the nut portion 103b to move it up and down. In this way, it is possible to adjust the unevenness of the floor surface and flatten the panel surface.

The panel 20 is a plate material having a substantially square planar shape, as can be seen from FIGS. 1, 2, and 3. The corner portion has a shape obtained by cutting off the tip end of the corner portion, and a step portion 201 for receiving the linear portion cover 30 is formed in the vicinity of the four side edges. A step 202 for receiving the intersection cover 40 is also formed in the vicinity of the corner periphery. These step portions 201 and 202 continuously make a round along the entire periphery of the panel 20.

The panel 20 is also provided with support leg insertion holes 203 into which the nut portions 103b of the support legs 102 can be inserted at corresponding positions at the four corners of the panel 20, and the bottom surface of the panel 20 is received by the panel receiving portions 103c to support the support legs 102. Support with.

With such a configuration, it is possible to support and position the panel 20 with the support leg unit 10. The corners of the panel 20 are firmly connected to each other, and the positioning and fixing of the panel 20 assembled at the four corners is easily and reliably performed. It is possible.

The panel 20 is composed of a solid plate such as a metal material such as steel. This is made of any material such as metal, wood, concrete, metal-concrete composite material, such as a flat plate member that is hollow or hollow inside, or filled with filling reinforcement such as concrete. Good. Moreover, various materials, materials, and shapes can be applied, such as forming reinforcing ribs on the front and back surfaces of the flat plate member. For example, the size can be about 500 mm to 600 mm square, and the thickness can be about 20 mm to 40 mm.

Characteristic Configuration of Embodiments The features of the present embodiment mainly include the following three items.

First, the cover member can be freely opened and closed by a connecting portion that connects the panels at the edge portion. Moreover, when the cover member is opened, the upper surface of the cover member is in contact with the upper surface of the panel by the cover member open state maintaining mechanism including at least one of magnetic adsorption, adhesion / adhesion, engagement protrusion, and locking. The open state can be maintained. As a result, a smooth and quick opening / closing operation is possible.

Also, one end edge side of the straight part cover member is connected to the two adjacent sides of the panel by a connecting part that connects the panel, the straight part cover member, and the intersecting part cover member, and intersects the corner of the panel. One panel unit is formed by connecting one end edge side of the part cover member. At that time, the crossover cover member is deformed from a regular octagon and the length of adjacent sides is different so that the peripheral edge of the crossover cover member does not interfere with the end of the linear cover member. It is formed in a planar shape having substantially the same length, that is, a substantially irregular octagonal planar shape. As a result, when the linear part cover member and the intersection part cover member are opened and closed, there is no contact, hooking and contact between the two cover members, and the transition to the open state or the closed state can be performed smoothly and quickly.

Further, the cover member is instructed to be cuttable on the upper surface of the edge portion. Thereby, a predetermined area | region can be cut | disconnected in the position of the approximate vicinity of a connection part. Therefore, when opening and closing the cover member that is covered in the space between the peripheral edges of a plurality of adjacent panels, even when the wiring rises from the cover member, the opening and closing operation of the cover member is not hindered The wiring can be changed so that the wiring is raised from the cutting area so that the wiring can be opened and closed.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings, including these characteristic features.

Description of Straight Line Cover As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the cover member opening / closing mechanism basically includes a coupling mechanism having a coupling portion 301b to form the hinge structures 301 and 310, and an upper surface of the linear portion cover 30. Is configured to include cover member open state maintaining mechanisms 302-206, 302b-204a, 320-220, 330-220, and 340 for fixing the panel 20 in contact with the upper surface of the panel 20 and maintaining the panel 20 in an open state.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the hinge structure 301 of the straight portion cover 30 includes two hinge portions 301 provided on one side in the longitudinal direction and two adjacent sides of the panel 20. And a hinge engaging hole 204 which is provided in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the door and corresponding to the hinge 301 and engages with the hinge 301.

The straight portion cover 30 is formed of a resin material in the illustrated example, and a slit-like opening 305 (see FIG. 9) is formed on the front surface side at a position between the protruding portion 303 provided on the back surface side and the reinforcing rib 304. ) Are provided, thereby improving the strength and enabling visual confirmation of the wiring devices laid under the straight portion cover 30.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the straight portion cover 30 has a substantially rectangular plate shape, and is provided on two adjacent sides of the panel 20. Each linear part cover 30 has a common shape, and a hinge part 301 is provided on one long side of the linear part cover 30. The hinge portion 301 is formed so as to protrude to the side, and is attached to and detached from a bent portion 301a that exhibits flexibility as a connecting portion when the linear portion cover 30 is rotated to open and close, and a hinge engaging hole 204 of the panel 20 It has a substantially protruding hinge engaging portion 301b as an engaging portion that can be engaged and fitted.

As illustrated in FIG. 6B, the bent portion 301a is, for example, a thin connecting member having a substantially concave vertical cross section in FIG. 6B, or a flexible connecting member in which a cut having a substantially V-shaped cross section is formed. It is. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and any material, material, shape, thickness and length may be set as long as the linear portion cover 30 can be freely opened and closed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the hinge engaging portion 301b is formed in, for example, two substantially arrow-shaped shapes that form a split groove, in order to facilitate attachment and detachment by elastic force. The shapes of the hinge part 301 and the hinge engaging part 301b may be arbitrary. For example, the shape is not limited to the illustrated example, and may be a substantially arrow shape having a different shape.

By the way, this type of conventional hinge mechanism corresponding to the hinge portion 301 may return to the closed state by the elastic force of the connecting portion after the cover 30 is operated to the open state. In particular, when changing the wiring, if the cover is returned, it is difficult to lay the wiring.

Therefore, in this embodiment, this problem is solved by the cover member open state maintaining mechanism of four modes described below.

The cover member open state maintaining mechanism is first realized by a locking structure. As is well understood from FIG. 2, this aspect is configured by a locking portion 302 and a locking hole 206 as a locking structure. As a result, when wiring is laid, when the straight part cover 30 is manually changed from the closed state to the open state, the upper surface of the straight part cover 30 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the panel 20 as necessary, and at the contact position. The open state can be easily and reliably maintained, and subsequent wiring laying and construction work can be performed efficiently.

More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cover member open state maintaining mechanism that exerts the locking action by the locking structure (locking claw) has a hinge structure at the peripheral position on the two sides of the panel 20. (Hinge portion) 301 is provided separately, and includes a locking portion 302 and a locking hole 206 as a locked portion that is provided at a corresponding position on the panel 20 and locked to the locking portion 302. The locking portion 302 is provided at one location in the substantially central portion on the upper surface of the linear portion cover 30, and the locking hole 206 is positioned substantially at the center of the peripheral edge of one side of the panel 20 corresponding to the locking portion 302. Is provided.

In this embodiment, the locking portion 302 is formed in a substantially tongue shape, and the locking hole 206 has a quadrangular shape as illustrated in FIG. Thus, when the straight portion cover 30 is opened, the tip portion of the substantially tongue-shaped locking portion 302 engages and locks with the locking hole 206 provided in the panel 20. Thereby, for example, against the recoil that returns from the open state to the closed state, the straight portion cover 30 can be easily maintained in the open state while its upper surface is in contact with the upper surface of the panel 20.

By the way, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, a plurality of return portions 302a are continuously formed on the back side of the locking portion 302. The return portion 302a can be reliably engaged with and locked in the locking hole 206, whereby the linear portion cover 30 is easily maintained in the open state. Further, the straight part cover 30 can be easily closed by releasing the locking. The structure and shape of the locking portion 302 may be any as long as the engagement, locking, and disengagement are easy. For example, the return portion 302a may not be formed on the locking portion 302. Further, the locking portion 302 may have an elastic force.

In this embodiment, the locking structure includes the locking portion 302 of the linear portion cover 30 and the locking hole 206 of the panel 20 described above, but this is only an example. For example, as shown in FIGS. 6C and 6D, in the panel 20, a concave portion 204a is formed in the vicinity of the center of the edge portion side where the hinge portion 301 of the linear portion cover 30 is disposed, and the linear portion cover is also formed. A projecting locking portion 302b corresponding to the recess 204a may be formed at a corresponding position of 30 extending from the back surface side or side edge side to the side edge portion side of the panel 20. When the cover member 30 is operated from the closed state to the open state, the straight portion cover 30 is slightly bent into a substantially arcuate shape, but the tip end portion of the projecting locking portion 302b is caught in the concave portion 204a, and this hook is shown by an arrow in FIG. 6E. As shown by A, the straight part cover 30 is urged to the open state and the open state is maintained. What is necessary is just a structure which has an equivalent or similar function and effect as this illustration. Although the hinge part 301, the protrusion locking part 302b, and the recessed part 204a have a rounded corner shape or a cornered shape in the embodiment, of course, the present invention is not limited to these specific shapes.

Now, according to the aspect which implement | achieves a cover member open state maintenance mechanism with an engagement protrusion structure, the engagement and protrusion structure fundamentally includes the engagement protrusion part 320 and the engagement hole 220 which mutually engage. As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the engaging protrusion 320 has a head 320a, a tip 320b, and a bent portion 320c that bends so as to be engageable. In the present embodiment, a large number of slit-like openings are arranged in the linear part cover 30. Of these slit-shaped openings, an engaging projection 320 is formed on the inner side of the opening 305 at the substantially central portion between the two hinge portions 301 of the linear portion cover 30.

As can be seen from the cross section shown in FIG. 10, the engagement protrusion 320 has the tip 320b positioned on the upper surface side of the linear cover 30, the head 320a positioned on the back surface, and the bent portion 320c opened in a slit shape. Coupled to the edge of 305, the bent portion 320c is elastically bent and the tip portion 320b and the head portion 320a are integrally moved up and down.

Thus, when laying the wiring, when the straight part cover 30 is manually operated in the direction of arrow A to change from the closed state to the open state (FIG. 10 (a)), the upper surface of the straight part cover 30 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the panel 20. When approaching, if the head 320a of the engagement protrusion 320 on the back side of the cover is further lightly pressed with a finger or the like (arrow (b) in the figure), the tip 320b can be engaged with the engagement hole 220. (Fig. 10 (c)). The tip portion 320b is in a state of being caught on the edge portion of the engagement hole 220 as shown in the drawing. As a result, the two are securely engaged, and the linear portion cover 30 is easily and reliably maintained in an open state with the back side as the upper surface as shown in the drawing at a position close thereto. Thus, the subsequent wiring laying work is efficiently performed.

To return the straight part cover 30 from the open state to the closed state, the head 320a is lightly pressed again in the direction of arrow B with a finger or the like. As a result, the tip 320b is disengaged from the engagement with the edge of the engagement hole 220, and the cover 30 can be easily closed using the return function of the hinge 301. Alternatively, the cover 30 may be removed by forcibly returning it.

According to this aspect, the operability of the engaging protrusion 320 may be such that it is lightly pressed with a finger when opening and closing. This operation can be performed very easily according to the rotation of the opening / closing operation, and the operation feeling is also good. In particular, since the bent portion 320c is formed by being coupled to the edge portion of the slit-shaped opening 305, an optimum bendability can be obtained by setting the thickness and width according to the material. In addition, since it can be integrally formed with the straight part cover 30, it is easy to manufacture, and cost reduction and weight reduction are achieved.

The engagement protrusion structure is not limited to the example shown in the drawing, and basically has the same function and effect as the structure corresponding to the engagement protrusion 320, the head 320a, the tip 320b, and the bent portion 320c described above. Any structure may be used as long as the structure can be obtained.

In the above-described embodiment, the engaging protrusion structure is integrally formed. However, it may be a separate member, and another example will be described below with reference to FIG. FIGS. 19A to 19D show an engagement protrusion structure including, for example, an engagement member 330 provided in the linear portion cover 30 and an engagement hole 220 provided in the panel 20. As can be seen from FIG. 19B, the engaging member 330 is a separate member having a substantially saddle shape or a substantially pin shape, which is composed of a head portion 330a and a distal end portion 330d. As can be seen from FIG. 19B, the engaging member 330 is provided in the substantially central portion of the front and back surfaces of the linear portion cover 30, and is fitted into an opening hole 330c that can be penetrated by press-fitting. The engagement member 330 that is press-fitted and fitted can be moved up and down at the center position of the cover 30 as shown by an arrow C in FIGS. 19B and 19C. Further, the engagement hole 220 of the panel 20 is formed in a position and a size capable of receiving the front end portion 330b of the engagement member 330 and engaging it.

Therefore, when the straight portion cover 30 is to be opened and maintained in the open state as shown by an arrow A in FIG. 19C, if the head 330a is lightly pressed with a finger or the like, the engagement member 330 is removed as shown in FIG. 19D. The distal end portion 330b is received in the engagement hole 220 of the panel 20 and is easily and reliably engaged with the engagement hole 220.

Thus, since the engaging member 330 is a molded product of another member such as a synthetic resin, it is inexpensive, has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, easily maintains the open state of the cover 30, and improves operability. Easy to install.

In the above-described aspect, the cover member open state maintaining mechanism is realized by a locking structure or an engagement / projection structure. Of course, the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments, and is provided on either or both of the front and back surfaces of the cover 30 and the upper surface of the panel 20, that is, at any position, the locking portion / locked portion. Or you may provide an engaging part and a to-be-engaged part, respectively. In short, it is sufficient that the cover member is maintained in the open state by the engagement / engagement structure or the like by the opening operation of the cover 30.

As shown in FIG. 11A to FIG. 11C, the embodiment in which the cover member open state maintaining mechanism is realized by an adhesive / adhesive structure is constituted by an adhesive / adhesive material 330 having an adhesive and / or adhesive action, which is a linear portion. The cover 30 and the panel 20 are provided on at least one of the peripheral portions. In this embodiment, the adhesive / adhesive material 330 is formed in a desired size from an adhesive tape material or an adhesive tape material, as shown in the same figure, and is in a substantially central portion between the two hinge portions 301 of the linear portion cover 30. It is affixed to one of the many slit-like openings 305 arranged as described above. Alternatively, although not shown, it may be attached to the peripheral portion 230 of the panel 20 on the region portion 230 that is in contact with the upper surface when the linear portion cover 30 is in the open state.

When attaching the adhesive / adhesive material 330 to the straight part cover 30, a concave portion 330b corresponding to the size and thickness is formed in the cover 30 as shown in the figure, and this is used for positioning of the attachment. Adhesive stability can be obtained. The concave portion 330b may be provided in the same manner in a desired region portion 230 at the edge of the panel 20.

As the adhesive / adhesive material 330, any adhesive or adhesive material such as a double-sided adhesive tape or a double-sided adhesive tape is applied. It is only necessary to obtain such an adhesive force that the linear portion cover 30 is maintained in contact with the upper surface of the peripheral portion of the panel 20 in the open state. Of course, it is better to use adhesives and adhesives that are relatively resistant to dust and debris adhesion, temperature and humidity fluctuations and changes over time, and the size is about 1 cm to 2 cm square, for example, and the thickness is about 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. A rectangular or circular shape of about mm is advantageous. In addition, it is preferable to consider the compatibility of the bonding by the material of the linear portion cover 30 and the panel 20.

In this aspect, if a double-sided adhesive tape, a double-sided adhesive tape, etc. are applied as the appropriate adhesive / adhesive material 330, the open state of the straight portion cover 30 can be maintained with a relatively simple configuration, in some cases only by pasting. The opening / closing operability is also improved. The operation of forming and attaching an inexpensive adhesive / adhesive material 330 to a desired size is sufficient, and the total cost can be reduced.

In the above-described aspect, the adhesive / adhesive structure is applied to the cover member open state maintaining mechanism. However, this may be another structure, for example a fastener engaging structure. For example, a fastener engaging structure composed of a combination of a male piece and a female piece such as a tape shape, a strip shape or a sheet shape is advantageously applied. For example, in an aspect in which the fastener male piece extends and is attached to the side portion of the straight part cover, when the straight part cover is in the open state, the female piece attached to the carpet or the carpet pile itself This can be engaged.

There is a mode in which the cover member open state maintaining mechanism is realized by a magnetic adsorption structure. This has a magnetic material or magnet 340 provided on at least one of the straight part cover 30 and the peripheral part of the panel 20, and functions as a magnetic adsorption structure having a magnetic field generating action. For example, in the application example in which the magnet 340 is provided in the linear portion cover 30, as shown in FIGS. 12A to 12C, the magnet 340 is accommodated in the magnet accommodating portion 340a. More specifically, the magnet housing portion 340a includes a magnet insertion port 340b provided on the back surface side of the cover 30 and an opening edge portion 340d that forms an opening portion 340c formed on the upper surface side thereof. As shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B, the magnet 340 is inserted from the magnet insertion port 340b and locked by the opening edge 340d, and is exposed from the opening 340c on the upper surface side of the linear portion cover 30. Fixed within 340a.

Thereby, the magnetic field region of the magnet 340 is sufficiently formed on the upper surface of the cover 30. Due to this magnetic action, as shown in FIG. 12C, when the straight part cover 30 is manually operated as shown by the arrow A to bring it from the closed state to the open state, the top face of the straight part cover 30 is attracted to the top face of the panel 20. Can be maintained in an open state easily and reliably, and subsequent wiring laying and construction work are made more efficient.

As described above, in this embodiment, since the panel 20 is made of a paramagnetic metal such as a steel plate, the magnet 340 is sufficiently adsorbed. However, even when the panel 20 itself is made of a material other than metal, the panel 20 may be provided with another magnetic material attracted by magnetism, a magnet having a polarity opposite to that of the magnet 340, or the like. In this case, conversely, the linear part cover 30 may be provided with a metal or other magnetic material attracted by magnetism.

In this embodiment, the magnet 340 is integrally formed in a magnet housing portion 340a provided at one location in the substantially central portion between the two hinge portions 301 of the cover 30. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, one location may be provided in the vicinity of the hinge portion 301. Also, the fixing structure of the magnet 340 is not limited to a specific mode, and may be another structure such as press-fitting or housed inside by insert molding. Further, when an adhesive is used for fixing the magnet, for example, an adhesive reservoir may be provided at a desired site to securely fix the magnet 340. The magnet 340 is not limited to the button shape or the substantially cylindrical shape as described above, but may be a sheet shape, a label, or a tape shape.

According to such a configuration, the upper surface of the linear portion cover 30 is attracted to the upper surface of the panel 20 against the reaction of the hinge portion 301 that returns from the open state to the closed state, and is easily maintained in the open state. Thus, the operation of the open state can be performed very naturally by adsorption by the magnetic action, and the cover 30 can be maintained at a fixed position of the panel 20.

In this embodiment, the straight portion cover 30 is formed of a material such as a soft or hard rubber material, polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, vinyl resin, synthetic resin, or other soft or hard resin. Since the thick portion is formed in the vicinity of the openings 305 by the large number of slit-like openings 305 provided between the protrusions 303 and the reinforcing ribs 304, the strength of the cover 30 can be ensured.

Description of Crossing Cover Returning to FIG. 3, the cover member opening / closing mechanism of the crossing cover 40 basically includes a connecting portion 404 that connects the panel 20 at the panel corner 207. The shape of the intersection cover 40 is such that when the linear part cover 30 and the intersection part cover 40 are opened and closed by using a connecting mechanism having a hinge structure that allows opening and closing, the end of the linear part cover 30 and the intersection part cover 40 The peripheral edge portion is configured not to interfere with each other.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, FIGS. 10 to 12C, and FIGS. 15A to 16, the intersection cover 40 is formed at the intersection of the wiring path 50 described above, that is, at the corner of the panel 20. Installed at the gathering position. At the end, a hinge structure is provided as a connecting mechanism that allows opening and closing by a connecting portion 404a for connecting the panel 20.

As shown in FIGS. 13A to 15B, the intersection cover 40 is basically a metal material 401 that forms a substantially plate-like base on the upper surface side thereof, and has elasticity on the lower surface side thereof. It is a composite material structure made of resin material 402 and polymerized. These are integrated, and when viewed from the upper surface side, it has a substantially irregular octagonal planar shape (FIG.15A), and the side surface shape is downward, that is, a substantially convex shape protruding to the floor base material side of the building ( FIG. 15B).

The hinge structure of the intersection cover 40 includes a hinge part 404, and has basically the same configuration, operation, and effect as the hinge parts 301 and 310 of the hinge structure of the linear part cover 30 described above. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 14 </ b> A to 18, one hinge portion 404 that is integrally formed so as to protrude toward one end portion of the cover 40, and four corner portions of the panel 20. One includes a hinge engaging hole 205 that engages with the hinge portion 404. The hinge engagement hole 205 is formed near the step 202 at a position closer to the peripheral edge than the support leg insertion hole 203.

The metal material 401 is made of a metal such as a steel material, an aluminum material, or a steel plate, for example, and has a substantially irregular octagonal planar shape with a flat upper surface as shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B. On the back surface, a plurality of claw-like convex portions 401a projecting downward are formed, whereby the resin material 402 is fitted and polymerized on the lower surface, and is integrated therewith.

In the example shown in the figure, the convex portions 401a are projected at predetermined intervals at four locations. In the case of a steel plate, the convex portion 401a is formed by press punching and bending. The position corresponds to the panel 20 so that it can be engaged with, for example, the corner peripheral edge 207 of each panel 20 to be assembled.

The resin material 402 may be substantially the same material as the linear part cover 30 described above. The resin material 402 is formed of a synthetic resin including, for example, a rubber-based material such as hard rubber, an elastic material, polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, vinyl-based resin, synthetic resin, and other soft / hard resin materials. As shown in FIG. 14A, the shape is integrally formed by, for example, injection molding or the like, and is substantially the same as the metal material 401. On the rear surface side, vertical and horizontal lattice-shaped or cross-shaped protrusions 403 having a reinforcing function are formed in a rib shape as shown in the figure. When the metal material 401 is superposed on this, the convex portion 401a is received by a plug-in type, and is engaged with and engaged with the convex portion 401a. The recess 403a is formed.

The protrusions 403a that are integrally assembled with the protrusions 401a inserted into the recesses 403a are attached to the corners of the panel where the intersection cover 40 is assembled by the hinges 404. Engage in contact with. More specifically, as shown in the side views of FIGS. 10, 12C, and 13B, the protruding portion 403a is a functional portion that fits into the corner of the panel by dropping. In particular, a taper portion 403b (FIG. 14D) is formed at the lower peripheral edge, and when fitted with the fitting of the crossing cover 40, it is press-fitted and comes into contact with and engages at the panel corner peripheral edge 207. As a result, the corners of the assembled panels are firmly positioned and fixed.

In this way, the engaging portion where the panel corner peripheral edge 207 and the side peripheral edge of the intersection cover 40, that is, the protruding portion are in contact, has a shape in which the convex portion 401a of the metal material 401 is fitted into the concave portion 403a of the resin material. I'm taking it. Therefore, compared to the case where the cover 40 is made of only a resin material, it is excellent in stress resistance, and it is possible not only to prevent positional displacement between the laid panels but also to ensure earthquake resistance.

In this embodiment, as described above, the intersection cover 40 whose upper surface is made of the metal material 401 is opened at a position close to the upper surface of the panel 20, as shown in FIG. 16, due to the weight of the metal material. Can be maintained. For this reason, on one end where the hinge portion 404 of the intersection cover 40 is provided and on the other opposite end opposite to this, a locking portion (not shown) similar to the linear cover 30 described above is provided. There is no need to employ a locking structure including a locking hole. However, in an application example in which the intersection cover 40 is integrally formed of a resin such as a hard resin material without using the metal material 401, when an easier or smoother and quicker opening / closing operation is required, It is advantageous to apply a locking structure including a locking part and a locking hole.

Next, the case where the panel 20, the straight part cover 30, and the crossing cover 40 are assembled into one unit using the above-described hinge structure will be described in more detail.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 15A to 16, when one unit is formed, the straight portion cover 30 is provided above the wiring passage 50 between the peripheral portions of the panel 20, and the panel The covers 30 and 40 are connected to the panel 20 by a hinge structure so that the intersection cover 40 is located above the wiring passage 50 at the intersection where the 20 corners gather.

As described above, the linear part cover 30 has the hinge part 301 or 310 that allows opening and closing on one side thereof, and the intersection part cover 40 has the hinge part 404 or 410 that allows opening and closing on one end part side thereof. Each is provided. As shown in FIG. 4, hinge engaged portions (hinge engaging holes) 204 and 205 corresponding to the hinge portions 301 or 404 and 310 or 410 of the straight portion cover 30 and the intersection portion cover 40 are formed on the panel 20. The straight part cover 30 is provided on each of the two sides where the side cover 30 is not provided adjacent to each other and the corner where the intersecting part cover 40 on the two sides of the panel 20 is provided. As a result, even if the straight cover 30 and the intersection cover 40 are opened as shown by the arrow H, the two covers 30 and 40 do not interfere with each other, and the opening / closing operation and workability are reliably improved. To do.

Referring to FIGS. 2, 4, and 15 </ b> A to 16, other adjacent linear portion covers 30 are installed at the vertical and horizontal positions in the plane of the intersection cover 40. However, since the opening and closing directions of the linear portion cover 30 and the intersection portion cover 40 are different, the covers 30 and 40 do not directly interfere with each other at the time of opening and closing.

In summary, in this embodiment, the intersection cover 40 has a substantially irregular octagonal planar shape. For this reason, when the adjacent linear part cover 30 and the intersection part cover 40 are opened and closed by applying a hinge structure as a coupling mechanism, it intersects with the end part (part E in FIG. 16) of the linear part cover 30. The peripheral edge part of the part cover 40 (also the part F) does not interfere with each other.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 16, the four corners of the intersection cover 40 are placed in the region of the stepped portion 202 of the assembled panel corner peripheral edge 207. If the cover 40 is configured so as to extend to the region of the step portion 201 of the straight line portion between the panels, the fitting / engaging region of the gathering panel corners is enlarged. Therefore, strength and earthquake resistance will be improved. However, the intersection cover 40 must therefore have a substantially regular octagonal shape, and the size will increase. Therefore, when the linear part cover 30 and the intersection part cover 40 adjacent to each other are continuously opened and closed, as shown in FIG. 16, the end part E of the linear part cover 30 and the peripheral part F of the intersection part cover 40 are shown. Will interfere with each other and come in contact with each other, thereby hindering the opening and closing of the cover.

However, in this embodiment, in order to prevent such a situation, the four corners of the intersection cover 40 are supported to the maximum by the step portion 202 of the panel corner portion 207 as shown by the broken line and the hatched region G in FIG. As described above, only the four corners are extended with respect to the side of the intersection cover 40. By doing so, the crossing cover 40 is formed in different substantially deformed shapes in which the length of each side of the octagonal planar shape is not uniform.

As a result, the intersection cover 40 can be reliably engaged. Therefore, even when the linear cover 30 and the intersection cover 40 are opened and closed, as shown in FIG. 16, the covers 30 and 40 do not come into contact with each other at the portion F, and are not caught or contacted. Maintain open and closed states. In this way, the straight part cover and the intersecting part cover can be opened and closed smoothly and quickly.

Such a configuration in which the four corners of the intersection cover 40 are supported only by the stepped portion 202 of the panel corner portion 207 is also coupled with the configuration in which the convex portion 401a and the concave portion 403a of the portion that fits into the drop are engaged and fitted. It is possible to obtain sufficient fixing strength and its stability and earthquake resistance.

In addition, the end part of the part A of the straight part cover 30 is formed so that the width thereof is narrowed, or the end part is formed in a smooth shape, so that the covers 30 and 40 come into contact with each other or get caught. , It may not contact.

Other Embodiments The engagement portion 401a of the intersection cover 40 that fits at the intersection of the wiring passages 50 at the four corners of the panel 20 is elastic resin so as to be covered with, for example, the elastic resin material 402 surrounding the side periphery of the panel 20. The material 402 may be formed. Thus, the engaging portion 401a engages with the engaged region of the peripheral edge 207 at the four corners of the panel via the resin material 402. In this way, the excessively weak or loose engagement which has been the conventional disadvantage does not occur, and the elastic / resin portion can be press-fitted into the engaging portion and reliably engaged. In this case, the engaging portion functions as a stopper, and the positioning and fixing of the crossing portion cover 40 can be performed easily and reliably, and good earthquake resistance can be obtained by the interaction of the corners of the four panels 20 that gather. . Thus, the elastic resin material 402 fitted to the corner peripheral edge 207 and the stepped portion 202 of the panel 20 also functions as a buffer material, and rattling noise caused by the metal material 401 is prevented.

The panels 20 are fixedly supported to each other by the support legs 102 erected from the support leg unit 10, and the corners 202 of the four panels 20 are pressed from above by the intersection cover 40. At the same time, the engagement (fitting) portion of the intersection cover 40 engages and fits in the vertical direction in the mutually engaged (fitted) region of the corner peripheral edge 207 of each panel 20 at the gathering location. Due to the synergistic effect, the displacement and movement of the panel 20 in the horizontal direction and the like are restricted, and an earthquake resistance effect is obtained.

In the above-described embodiment, the intersecting portion cover 40 has a configuration in which the separate metal material 401 and the resin material 402 are inserted and press-fitted so as not to be easily detached. However, it is not necessarily limited to this, and may be integrally formed by, for example, insert molding.

In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 13A to 15B, the intersection cover 40 is covered with the elastic resin material 402 and the like by fitting the convex portion 401a to the concave portion 403a. However, this is not always necessary. For example, the elastic resin material 402 is formed so that only the side peripheral portion is surrounded by the elastic resin material 402 except for the tip of the convex portion 401a at a position in contact with the corner peripheral green 207 of the panel 20. May be.

Next, the opening / closing operation of the hinge part (hinge structure) in this embodiment will be described in detail. For example, if there is a change such as moving / addition of wiring due to layout change etc. after construction where the preceding wiring was done on the floor of the building, open and close the linear part cover 30 and the intersection part cover 40, Install new wiring. In this case, as described above, the linear portion cover 30 and the intersection portion cover 40 that can be opened and closed by the hinge structure by the hinge portions 301 and 404 are sequentially opened along a desired wiring route (route). In this opening operation, the crossing cover 40 is disposed so that the upper surface of the intersection cover 40 comes to the upper surface side in the vicinity of the corner portion of the panel 20, and the open state is maintained.

At that time, the straight portion cover 30 can be kept in an open state so as to be in contact with the upper surface of the panel 20. As described above, this is a cover member open state maintaining mechanism locking structure (locking claw) having a locking action, engaging protrusion structure (engaging protrusion) having an engaging action, adhesion having a bonding action -Adhesive structure (double-sided tape) and / or magnetic adsorption structure (magnet) by magnetic action.

By opening the covers 30 and 40 as described above, the upper part of the wiring path 50 is continuously opened along the desired wiring path as shown in FIGS. Can be laid down.

Such an opening / closing operation or turning operation of the cover is usually performed by an electrician, a contractor, or a user who performs wiring or the like. Here, as illustrated in FIG. 18, when the preceding wiring has been performed in advance, the U-shaped knockout opening 306 of the straight portion cover is cut out to start up the wirings, and the rising wiring 50X may be present.

However, in such a case, it is unlikely that the rising wiring 50X rises straight from the opening 306 in a straight line. Usually, it stands up by being swung from side to side for reasons such as the rise position, its state, or the flexibility of the cable. For this reason, even when the straight part cover 30 is opened, contact and catching with the cable 50X often occur. In such a case, in spite of having the cover member open state maintaining mechanism described above, conventionally, this would not function sufficiently and would have hindered the opening / closing operation.

However, in this embodiment, when the linear part cover 30 that can be freely opened and closed by the coupling mechanism 301 is opened, even if the wiring start-up 50X is performed from the cover 30, the severable position indicating part 350 (FIG. 11A) The obstruction of the opening / closing operation of the cover 30 is avoided.

More specifically, the severable position instructing part 350 is formed on the upper surface of the linear part cover 30 at a position substantially near the coupling mechanism 301, for example, and a predetermined region can be cut out from the cover 30. From this cut-out area, as shown in FIG. 18, the wiring startup 50Y is possible, and even if the remaining straight part cover 30 is opened and closed, it does not contact the startup wiring 50Y and is smooth and quick. The cover can be opened and closed.

As a result, as apparent from the drawing, the opening area can be made larger by cutting as compared with the case where the wirings are raised by cutting the U-shaped knockout opening 306 of the straight part cover. Therefore, the startup wiring 50Y can be started up with a margin. Thus, even if the cable is raised and bent freely, the contact of the cable with the end portion of the cover 30 is minimized. In addition, when the linear cover 30 is opened and closed by the hinge 301, a smooth opening and closing operation can be performed easily and quickly without obstruction.

In the present embodiment, in order to facilitate such cutting, as shown in FIGS. 8A, 11A, 16 and 17, the end of the straight portion cover 30 is located at the end near the both ends. A severable position indicating unit 350 that can be cut leaving a predetermined region is formed. As shown in the figure, the severable position instructing unit 350 is formed at the same position from both ends with the display unit 350a in which, for example, the characters `` cutting line for wiring extraction '' (not shown) are represented by stamps, molds, etc. It consists of a V-cut portion 350b that makes it easy to guide the cutting edge of the cutting tool to clearly indicate the cutting position, thereby facilitating the cutting work.

As shown in FIG. 17, the instruction unit 350 may display the characters “wiring extraction cutting line” on the display unit 350a at the time of molding. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8A and FIG. 11A, embossing that indicates cutting lines, sections, and regions may be performed. In short, it is sufficient that the notation is easily visible in order to indicate the position where cutting is possible.

In this way, if the severable position indicating part 350 is described, the straight part cover 30 can be configured by using a resin material that is not so thick even with a relatively narrow thickness as shown in the figure. Therefore, a cutting tool such as scissors or a cutter blade can be easily cut from the V-cut portion 350b.

In this way, the cable wiring start-up Y can be freely performed in at least one corner of the four corners 207 of the panel 20 that is uniformly laid. In addition, by simply peeling off the corners of the carpet, a large number of cables can be launched together at the intersection including the intersection cover 40. Further, the cable can be easily raised from the edge of the carpet. In addition, when the wiring is changed or transferred repeatedly, the covers 30 and 40 can be opened and closed smoothly and quickly by turning the carpet, and the construction is much easier than before.

In the present embodiment, the display portion 350a is shown at a position almost common to the character `` carpet joint line '' (not shown) indicating a carpet laying reference line as a finishing material as shown by a broken line 412 or a one-dot chain line 414 in FIG. Has been. Of course, it is not limited to such an aspect.

By the way, the straight part cover 30 may be configured so that the front side thereof, that is, the upper side surface when laid, is colored, and the type of wiring accommodated in the wiring passage 50 is thereby visually displayed. .

More specifically, for example, the straight portion cover 30 that covers the wiring passage 50 that accommodates high-power wiring such as power lines is black, and the straight portion cover 30 that covers the wiring passage 50 that accommodates weak power wiring such as information lines is Apply to other different colors, eg blue.

This coloration can be achieved by mixing the above-mentioned resin material with a pigment to mold the linear part cover 30, coating the front side surface of the linear part cover 30 after molding with the above-mentioned resin film, or painting with a paint. Or you may. By such color-coded display, the type of wiring accommodated in the wiring path 50 can be discriminated at a glance.

This type of technique has the following specific effects as compared with the conventional method of displaying the classification of the wiring path by marking such as painting on the bottom of the wiring path.

First, the type of wiring in the wiring path 50 can be recognized without attaching / detaching / opening / closing the straight part cover 30. As a result, for example, a large amount of wiring is usually made at a position close to the incoming line part, but the marking that was a drawback of the conventional technology is hidden in the part where they come out on the floor, that is, the rising wiring, and the wiring type cannot be identified. There is no fear of becoming.

Further, since the straight part cover 30 is configured to be detachable, it can be changed to a color display cover of the corresponding wiring type according to the situation at the site. For example, even if there is a situation where a strong electric wire has to be launched from a position that is color-displayed as a low-power category, the position of the wiring rising portion can be specified, so the straight line cover 30 can be displayed in an appropriate color display locally at the construction site. Can be exchanged for something.

Further, the straight line cover 30 is usually provided with a desired color display before laying the cable. However, of course, after the cable is laid, it can be replaced with a color display that matches the actual type of wiring.

In the embodiment described above, the wiring type can be determined by the color display on the surface of the straight part cover 30. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and in addition to or instead of color display, the shape of the upper surface of the straight part cover 30 is the same as that of the panel 20, for example, surface pattern, sparse / smooth surface, embossing, unevenness, etc. , Different display methods may be used.

Of course, not only the straight part cover 30 but also the intersection part cover 40 may be displayed in the same color display or wiring type display. Furthermore, although the above-mentioned example was classified according to strong and weak electricity, it goes without saying that weak wires may be subdivided into weak power lines and communication lines, or another classification method may be used.

As described above, in the embodiment in which the straight part cover 30 is color-coded according to the different types of wiring, if the straight part cover 30 is configured to be able to maintain the open state by the opening operation, a desired tile can be used when the wiring is transferred or expanded The carpet can be peeled off, the wiring path 50 can be traced according to a series of straight line covers 30 color-coded in the color sections, and they can be opened and maintained in the open state by the hinge mechanism described above.

Thus, the straight portion cover 30 is fixed to the upper surface of the panel 20 upside down along the wiring route. The straight portion cover 30 in the open state of the same color can guide the operator as it is to the wiring path 50, that is, can indicate the wiring path 50 by its color, regardless of the opened state. Therefore, an electrician or user can easily grasp the wiring path 50.

In the prior art, since the hinge mechanism is not provided, once the cover is opened or removed, the cover 30 tends to scatter around, and it has been common practice to separate them and stack them. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to recognize the wiring route 50, and operations such as wiring change, transfer extension, laying construction, and cover re-installation are complicated. However, in this embodiment, these problems can be eliminated.

Advantages of the embodiment The embodiment of the double floor structure provided with such a cover member opening / closing mechanism has the following main effects, among others.

(1) The structure in which the straight part cover 30 and the intersection cover 40 are attached to the panel 20 includes a hinge engaging structure including hinge parts 301 and 404 and hinge engaging holes 204 and 205, a locking part 302, and a locking hole 206. Since the basic structure is a locking structure made of, processing, manufacturing and construction are easy without complicating the structure.

(2) The linear portion cover 30 and the intersection portion cover 40 can be made of an elastic material including hard / soft resin, other rubber, etc., and can be easily processed and manufactured at low cost. Further, with these materials, the parts constituting the hinge structure, the fitting / engaging structure, and the locking structure can be integrally formed, and can be easily processed and manufactured at low cost.

(3) The straight part and the intersection cover 30 and 40 are formed of a resin material or an elastic material, so that the size and weight can be reduced. As a result, the cover can be easily opened and closed, and the construction work is also easy and efficient.

(4) Since the straight part cover 30 and the intersecting part cover 40 can be easily opened and closed by the hinge structure, in the construction state, the intersecting part cover 40 at the corner of the panel 20 is opened, and two adjacent straight parts If the cover 30 is maintained in the open state, the panel body can be lifted as a unit by directly putting a hand into the opening portion of the wiring passage 50 and can be easily attached and detached. Thereby, the installation of the wiring device and the wiring change under the panel 20 are easy.

(5) Once the linear cover 30 and the intersection cover 40 are joined to the panel 20 with a hinge engaging structure, they are not easily detached or lost, and the covers 30 and 40 are easy to handle. Detachable and free.

(6) Since the intersection cover 40 is formed by polymerization of the metal material 401 and the elastic resin material 402 or a resin material or elastic material, a thin steel plate material is used for the metal material 401 to reduce the size and weight. At the same time, sufficient strength can be obtained at low cost.

(7) Since the intersection cover 40 has a superposition configuration as described above, its open state can be easily maintained as compared to the straight part cover 30 due to the weight of the metal material. Easy.

(8) In the example, the intersection cover 40 was obtained by superposing the elastic resin material 402 on the bottom surface of the metal material 401 and polymerizing it. However, similarly, the linear portion cover 30 may have a configuration in which the elastic resin material 403 is attached to the bottom surface of the metal plate 401 and polymerized, whereby the strength of the cover 30 can be further improved.

(9) Since the covers 30 and 40 are hinged to the panel 20, the orientation of the panel 20 can be maintained in one desired direction. Therefore, the installation work to return to the original installation position is easy.Even if a creep phenomenon such as distortion or warpage of the panel 20 occurs due to changes over time, the installation direction of the panel 20 is easily adjusted to the original installation direction. It can be installed as it is and there is no need to re-adjust the land.
