Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a boarding method for a board covering a construction surface, a boarding structure, and a holding member for mounting the board.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Construction surfaces such as floors, walls and ceilings inside and outside the building may be covered with plate materials to improve the appearance. For example, balconies of condominiums and the like generally have bare concrete. For this reason, on the floor of a balcony, a plurality of plate materials may be arranged, fixed to a crosspiece with fastening members such as nails or screws, and laid in a slender shape. In addition, in a rental office or an exhibition hall, a new floor surface may be formed by laying a plate material on an existing floor of a building via a holding member. For example, a short-sided carpet as a plate material is attached to a plastic block as a holding member to form a unit, and a plurality of such units are laid on a floor surface to form a carpeted floor.
Generally, a stud is provided on a ceiling surface or a wall surface in a room, and a panel member constituting the ceiling surface or the wall surface is fixed to the stud with a fastening member such as a nail or a screw.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional boarding structure for construction surfaces such as floors, walls, ceilings, etc., since plate materials are fixed to studs and crossbars provided on the construction surface with screws and nails, fastening members and tools used for these are necessary The number of man-hours in the operation is large and complicated. In addition, since the plate is fixed to the studs or the crosspiece, a large amount of work is required to replace the plate. In the boarding structure, in which carpets on the short side are attached to a block as a board, multiple units are laid on multiple floors, so only the units that need to be replaced can be replaced, but they can be partially replaced within one unit. Can not do it.
Since the plate is installed on the construction surface via the holding member, a space is formed between the construction surface and the plate. This space functions as a drainage channel or a ventilation channel when installing a plate material outdoors, but it makes it easier to catch wind, etc., and when a strong wind blows, the plate material and the holding member rise from the construction surface It is possible.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a boarding method and a boarding structure excellent in workability.
An object of the present invention is to provide a boarding method and a boarding structure that can easily perform partial replacement of board materials.
An object of the present invention is to provide a boarding construction method and a boarded structure that can prevent the floating due to the wind in addition to the above objects.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, at least two holding members are arranged at intervals on a construction surface, and at least both ends of a plate are detachably mounted on the two holding members provided. A boarding method is characterized in that the board is floated from a work surface and disposed so as to cover the work surface. According to such a boarding method, since the plate is detachable from the holding member, it is not necessary to use a tool when attaching and detaching the plate.
[0006]
In the first invention, first engaging members provided on the holding member at first engaging portions provided at least on both side surfaces of the plate material located in the width direction thereof, and each of the first engaging members enter the first engaging portion. It is preferable to insert the plate into the holding member by invading the stop, since the movement of the plate in the width direction can be restricted.
[0007]
In the first invention, a second engagement member is provided on the holding member at a second engagement portion extending in the width direction of the plate material on a mounting surface of the plate material with the holding member, and enters into the second engagement portion. It is preferable that the stop be invaded and the plate be mounted on the holding member, since the displacement in the direction intersecting the width direction of the plate can be prevented.
[0008]
In the first invention, a hook member is attached to an end of the holding member so as to form an insertion space between the holding member and an end face of the end, and a space formed between the plate member and the construction surface is closed. When the skirt member is inserted into the insertion space, the space formed between the plate member and the construction surface can be closed by the skirt member, and the intrusion of wind from the end of the holding member into the space can be prevented, and the skirt member can be closed. This is preferable because the holding member can be hidden by the member.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a plate member having first engagement portions formed on both side surfaces located in the width direction thereof, and first locking portions removably inserted into the first engagement portions are plate members. A holding member that is formed in the width direction and holds at least both ends of the plate material so as to float the plate material from the construction surface, wherein the first engagement portion is engaged with the first locking portion. In this case, a plate material is detachably mounted on the holding member to cover a construction surface, and the plate-covered structure is provided. According to such a boarding structure, since the plate is detachable from the holding member, it is not necessary to use a tool when attaching and detaching the plate, and the movement of the plate in the width direction is restricted by the first locking portion. You.
[0010]
In the second invention, a second engaging portion extending in the width direction of the plate member is formed on a mounting surface of the plate member with the holding member, and a second engaging portion is formed on the holding member on a surface facing the mounting surface. A second engaging portion that engages with the joining portion is formed. When the plate is mounted on the holding member by engaging the second engagement portion and the second locking portion, a direction intersecting the width direction of the plate by the second engagement portion and the second locking portion. Movement is regulated.
[0011]
In the second invention, a hook member that forms an insertion space between the end surface of the holding member and an end surface of the holding member, and a skirt member that is inserted into the insertion space, are provided in the insertion space. When the skirt member is inserted to close the space formed between the plate member and the construction surface, invasion of wind from the end of the holding member to the space can be prevented, and the holding member is hidden by the skirt member.
[0012]
A third invention is a holding member for detachably holding a plate material covering a construction surface, wherein the first locking portion enters a first engagement portion formed on each of both side surfaces in a width direction of the plate material. A second engaging portion that engages with a second engaging portion formed on a mounting surface of the plate material with the holding member and that controls movement of the plate material in a direction orthogonal to the width direction. A holding member having a mounting portion.
[0013]
With the holding member having such a configuration, the plate member can be attached and detached, and the movement of the plate member in the width direction and the direction perpendicular thereto can be regulated by the first and second locking portions.
[0014]
In the third aspect of the present invention, the mounting portion is provided with protrusions that are narrower than the width of the plate material to be mounted and that elastically engage with both side surfaces of the plate material when the plate material is mounted. I have. Since the width of the mounting portion is narrowed by the protrusion, when the plate is mounted on the mounting portion, the plate is held by the mounting portion with the protrusion elastically deformed by the side surface of the plate.
[0015]
In the third aspect, when at least the first engagement portion is formed of an elastic member, the first engagement portion is deformed when the plate member is attached to or detached from the holding member, so that the mounting operation is smooth. Can be done. When the entire holding member is formed of an elastic member, the holding member can function as a cushioning material when an impact is applied to the plate member.
[0016]
In the third aspect, when a plurality of mounting portions are formed in the width direction of the plate material, a plurality of plate materials can be detachably mounted on one holding member, and only an arbitrary plate material can be mounted on the holding member. It can be attached and detached. In the third invention, it is preferable to form a connection portion with another holding member at both ends of the holding member because the holding members can be easily connected to each other.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of a boarding method, a boarding structure, and a holding member of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a plate member that covers the construction surface 2, and reference numeral 3 indicates a holding member that detachably holds the plate member 1. The plate member 1 has concave portions 4 and 5 formed as first engagement portions on both side surfaces 1A and 1B located in the width direction X, respectively. The concave portions 4 and 5 extend over the entire area in the longitudinal direction Y of the plate 1 orthogonal to the width direction X. The recesses 4 and 5 do not necessarily need to be formed over the entire area in the longitudinal direction Y, and may be in a form where they are partially formed only at a portion to be mounted on the holding member 3.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, the plate 1 has a rectangular shape whose overall length L2 is longer than its width L1. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 6, the plate member 1 is formed with grooves 6, 7 serving as second engagement portions extending in the width direction X on the mounting surface 1 </ b> C with the holding member 3. ing. The grooves 6 and 7 are formed on both ends 1D and 1E of the plate 1 in parallel with a space therebetween.
[0019]
In this embodiment, a flat wooden board having four chamfered corners is used as the board 1. Examples of the plate material 1 include a wooden plate, a resin plate alone, a decorated plate material such as a cloth material, a metal plate, and the like. Further, it is not limited to a flat plate, but may be a corrugated plate.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, the holding member 3 has a base 7 having a gate-shaped cross section and is formed to be long in the width direction X. The base 7 has a plurality of partition portions 9 as first locking portions that enter the recesses 4 and 5, and the second engaging portions 6 and 7 that enter and engage the grooves 6, 7, and 8 formed on the mounting surface 1C. And lip portions 11 and 12 as locking portions. The holding member 3 has a portion partitioned by the partition walls 9... As the mounting portion 10 of the plate 1.
[0021]
The partition 9 has a T-shaped cross section, and as shown in FIG. 4, one end 9A and the other end 9B located in the width direction X are respectively protruded into the adjacent mounting portion 10, and the one end 9A is The other end 9 </ b> B is an engagement part with the recess 5. The partition wall 9 has one end 9A and the other end 9B respectively inserted into and engaged with the recesses 4 and 5, thereby restricting the movement of the plate material 1 in the width direction X and the movement in the attaching / detaching direction Z crossing the width direction X. I do. An interval L3 between the partition portions 9 that is the width of the mounting portion 10 is slightly larger than the width L1 of the plate material 1. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, five mounting portions 10 separated by a plurality of partition portions 9 are formed on one holding member 3. The number of the mounting portions 10 is not limited to five, and it is sufficient if at least one is formed and one plate 1 can be mounted.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting portion 10 is provided with columnar protrusions 15 and 16 that elastically engage with the side surfaces 1A and 1B of the plate 1 when the plate 1 is mounted. The protrusion 15 protrudes inward of the mounting portion 10 from the vertical surface 9C of the partition 9 facing the side surface 1A, and the protrusion 16 protrudes toward the vertical surface 9D of the partition 9 facing the side 1B. It is arranged. The distance L4 between the protrusion 15 and the protrusion 16 is set to be smaller than the width L1 of the plate 1, and the width L3 of the mounting portion 10 is partially smaller than the width L1 of the plate 1.
[0023]
For this reason, when the plate 1 is mounted in the mounting portion 10, the projections 15 and 16 are pressed by the side surfaces 1 </ b> A and 1 </ b> B and are elastically deformed. It is pinched and held. The shape of the protrusions 15 and 16 is not limited to a columnar shape, and may be a protrusion extending in the longitudinal direction Y.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 1, an opening 13 is formed in the base 7 located in the mounting portion 10, so that the weight of the holding member 3 and the air permeability are secured. A plurality of grooves 14 penetrating in the longitudinal direction Y are formed in the side walls 3D and 3E of the retaining member 3 located in the longitudinal direction Y facing each other in the longitudinal direction of the retaining member 3. The groove 14 has a drainage function and a function of inserting wiring and the like.
[0025]
The lip portions 11 and 12 are opposed to each other in the longitudinal direction Y with the opening 13 interposed therebetween. The lip portions 11 and 12 extend in the width direction X and protrude upward from the upper surface 7A of the base portion 7 which is a surface facing the mounting surface 1C, and are inserted into and engaged with the grooves 6, 7, and 8. This restricts the movement of the plate 1 in the longitudinal direction Y.
[0026]
In this embodiment, the holding member 3, the partition 9, the lips 11, 12, and the projections 15, 16 are integrally formed of a rubber material. The lip portions 11 and 12 may be configured such that a plate material is mounted in the opening 13 so as to protrude from the upper surface 7A of the base 7 without being integrally formed with the holding member 3. The lip in this case may be a rubber plate or a metal plate. The protrusions 15 and 16 are not integrally formed with the holding member 3, but are formed by forming a hole penetrating in the width direction X in the partition wall portion 9 and inserting a rubber or resin pin into the hole. You may.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, an insertion port 20 and a projection 21 serving as a connection part are formed at both ends 3 </ b> A and 3 </ b> B located in the longitudinal direction of the holding member 3, that is, in the width direction X. . The insertion port 20 formed in the end 3A communicates from the end face 3C to the opening 13. The protrusion 21 formed on the end 3B is a substantially L-shaped horizontally placed projecting outward from the end face 3F, and is engaged with the inner wall 13A of the opening 13 when inserted into the insertion slot 20A. It has. The upper surface 21 </ b> B of the projection 21 is formed on a plane having substantially the same height as the upper surface 7 </ b> A of the base 7, and functions as a mounting portion for the plate 1.
[0028]
With such a configuration, the holding member 3 inserts the projection 21 into the insertion opening 20 of another holding member 3 arranged next to the inner wall 13A and the locking surface 21A as shown in FIG. Are brought into a connected state with another holding member 3.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 1, a hook member 31 is attached to the end 3 </ b> A of the holding member 3 by being inserted into the insertion opening 20. The hook member 31 is made of a thin metal plate and has a substantially U-shaped cross section. The wall 31A on the side inserted into the insertion port 20 is lower than the upper surface 7A of the base 7, and the wall 31B opposed to the wall 31A. Are formed higher than the upper surface 7A. The surface of the hook member 31 is thinly coated with resin or rubber, and the surface portion is configured to be slightly deformed. The width of the hook member 31 in the longitudinal direction Y is substantially the same as the width in the longitudinal direction of the insertion port 20, and is elastically attached when the hook member 31 is inserted into the insertion port 20.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 5, the hook member 31 inserts the wall portion 31A into the insertion opening 20 and joins the inner surface 31C to the end surface 13A of the opening portion 13 so that the end surface 3C and the inner surface 31D of the wall portion 31B are connected. An insertion space 50 is formed therebetween. The skirt member 32 is inserted into the insertion space 50. The skirt member 32 is made of wood having a square cross section, and its entire length is substantially the same as the entire length of the plate material 1, and its width is somewhat larger than the width of the insertion space 50. When the skirt member 32 is inserted into the insertion space 50, the skirt member 32 closes the space S formed between the plate member 1 and the construction surface 2 from the end 3A side of the holding member 3 as shown in FIG.
[0031]
Next, the procedure of the boarding work will be described.
[0032]
The operator arranges the holding member 3 at three places on the construction surface 2 so as to respectively hold both ends 1D, 1E and the central portion 1F of the plate material 1, and inserts the holding member 3 located at the end of the construction surface 2. The hook member 31 is attached to the mouth 20. The holding member 3 is connected to each other by appropriately inserting the protrusion 21 into the insertion opening 20 according to the size of the construction surface. Then, the plate 1 is sequentially pushed into the mounting portion 10 of the holding member 3 from above the holding member 3 so as to cover the construction surface 2. Then, the partition 9 and its ends 9A and 9B are elastically deformed, and the ends 9A and 9B enter the recesses 4 and 5, and the lips 11 and 12 enter the grooves 6 and 7, and the plate 1 is attached to the mounting portion 10. Is held. In this example, both ends 1D and 1E and the central portion 1F of the plate 1 are held and floated from the construction surface 2. When the entire length of the plate 1 is short, the holding member 3 may be arranged on the construction surface 2 so as to hold only both ends 1D and 1E.
[0033]
The movement of the plate members 1 mounted on the holding member 3 in the width direction X is restricted by the partition walls 9, 9, and the plates 1 receive the force due to the elastic deformation of the projections 15, 16 from the side surfaces 1 </ b> A, 1 </ b> B. The partition walls 9, 9 elastically teach from the side and are held without play. Further, since the lip portions 11 and 12 enter the grooves 6 and 7, the movement in the longitudinal direction Y is restricted. Further, since the ends 9A and 9B of the partition 9 enter the recesses 4 and 5 from the side, the movement in the attaching / detaching direction Z is restricted even if the mounted plate 1 is lifted. That is, according to the plate-covered structure including the holding member 3 and the plate member 1 of the present embodiment, the plate member 1 mounted on the holding member 3 is held in a state where the movement in the three directions of X, Y, and Z is restricted. Attached state without backlash or omission can be obtained. Since the plate 1 is detachable from the holding member 3, it is not necessary to use a tool when attaching and detaching the plate 1, and a new floor, a wall ceiling, or the like can be easily provided on the construction surface 2.
[0034]
To remove the plate 1 from the holding member 3, an operator pulls up the plate 1 mounted on the mounting portion 10 of the holding member 3 with a certain force or more. Then, the ends 9A and 9B of the partition 9 are elastically deformed so as to be pushed outward by the recesses 4 and 5, and the engagement between the ends 9A and 9B and the recesses 4 and 5 is released. For this reason, when it is necessary to replace a part of the plate material 1 of the plate structure, when replacing the entire newly installed plate structure or a unit configured by mounting a plurality of the plate materials 1 on one holding member 3, Without disassembly, only the corresponding plate 1 can be replaced alone. For this reason, work efficiency at the time of replacement is good, and wasteful replacement materials and waste materials can be suppressed. Further, since the plate member 1 is detachable from the holding member 3, the entire boarding structure can be easily disassembled, and can be easily installed and removed, and can be reused. Since the entire holding member 3 is made of rubber, when an impact is applied to the plate material 1, the impact can be buffered, and the generation of noise and vibration can be suppressed.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 5, when the skirt member 32 is inserted into the insertion space 50, the space S formed between the plate material 1 and the construction surface 2 is closed from the end 3A side of the holding member 3, so that the holding member It is possible to prevent the wind from entering the space S from the end of the plate 3 and prevent the surface formed by the plate 1 from rising. Since the holding member 3 is hidden by the skirt member 32, the appearance of the end portion is improved. Since the surface of the hook member 31 is coated with an elastic material, when the skirt member 32 is inserted into the insertion space 50, the surface of the hook member 31 is deformed by pushing and expanding the insertion space 50. Therefore, even if the skirt member 32 or the plate 1 has a dimensional error in the width direction X, the skirt member 32 or the plate 1 can absorb the dimensional error. The pressing force is applied, and the mounting state of the holding member 3 and the plate 1 becomes strong.
[0036]
In this embodiment, the hook member 31 is attached only to the end 3A of the holding member 3 and the skirt member 32 is attached. However, the side wall 3D or the side wall 3E of the holding member which is arranged in the longitudinal direction Y and is long in the width direction X. The skirt member 32 is inserted into an insertion space formed between the outer end surface of the side wall 3D or the side wall 3E and the wall portion 31B, and the holding member 3 is inserted from the longitudinal direction Y. May be hidden so that they cannot be seen.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 8, an end processing with the wall 40 connected to the construction surface 2 will be described. It is assumed that the holding member 3 is installed on the construction surface 2 and a space is generated between the end surface 3F of the holding member 3 near the wall 40 and the wall surface 40A. In this case, the plate 1 is cut to an appropriate length in the longitudinal direction Y to form the plate 100. This plate material 100 has a concave portion 5 on one side surface 100A as a cut surface and the other side surface 100B. Then, one end 9A of the partition 9 is inserted into the concave portion 5, and the plate 100 is dropped between the wall surface 40A and the end face 3F of the holding member 3. At this time, since the upper surface 21B of the protrusion 21 is a flat surface having the same height as the upper surface 7A, the dropped plate material 100 is placed on the upper surface 21B and supported from below. For this reason, since the plate member 100 is not inserted into the wall surface 40A and the end surface 3F in an inclined state, the plate member 100 can be formed on the same plane as the plate member 1, and the appearance is improved. If the plate material 100 is prepared in several dimensional widths in advance, there is no need to cut the plate material 1 at the construction site, and assembly can be performed without a complete tool.
[0038]
In the above-described embodiment, a plurality of holding members 3 are connected in the width direction X, and an example in which the plate material 1 is applied in the width direction is shown. In order to dispose the plate 1 in the longitudinal direction Y, as shown in FIG. 6, the groove 6 provided on one plate 1 is engaged with the lip 12 of one holding member, and the groove 6 on another plate 1 is provided. Can be engaged with the lip 11 of the same holding member 3 to dispose the plate 1 in the longitudinal direction Y. In this case, depending on the position of the groove portion 6 and the lip portions 11 and 12, a gap may be formed between the end surfaces of the plate materials 1 facing each other. It is preferable to form the concave portions 6 and 6 at positions where no gap is generated between the end surfaces.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the plate is detachable from the holding member, there is no need to use a tool when attaching and detaching the plate, and the plate can be easily replaced partially, resulting in excellent workability.
According to the present invention, by moving the first engagement portion of the plate material to the first locking portion of the holding member, the movement in the width direction of the plate material is performed, and the second engagement portion of the plate material is held by the holding member. By engaging with the second locking portion, the movement of the plate material in the direction intersecting the width direction is regulated, so that the displacement of the plate material can be prevented.
According to the present invention, since the width of the mounting portion is narrowed by the protrusion provided on the mounting portion of the holding member, when the plate material is mounted on the mounting portion, the plate material is elastically deformed by the side surface of the plate material. Is held by the mounting portion, and rattling of the plate material can be prevented.
[0040]
According to the present invention, when a hook member that forms an insertion space between the holding member and the end face of the holding member is attached to the holding member, and the skirt member is inserted into the insertion space, the hook member is formed between the plate member and the construction surface. Since the space is closed, the intrusion of wind from the end of the holding member into the space can be prevented, the floating due to the wind can be prevented, and the holding member can be hidden to improve the appearance.
