Abstract
【解決手段】フッ素置換アクリレートもしくはフッ素置換メタクリレートと、不飽和無水物と、アルキルアクリレートもしくはアルキルメタクリレートとの反応生成物を含有する、フッ素置換オリゴマー又はポリマー状エステルが提供される。組成物の製造方法も提供される。

Description
実施例1:ターポリマー組成物の製造
250mLのChemglass Airfreeチューブに、3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10−ヘプタデカフルオロデシルアクリレート(4.043g、7.8mmol)、無水イタコン酸(0.875g、7.8mmol)、ブチルアクリレート(2g、15.6mmol)、2,2’−アゾビス(2−メチルプロピオニトリル)(AIBN)(0.0138g、0.08mmol)及びテトラヒドロフラン(10g、138.7mmol)の溶液を入れる。窒素中での凍結−排気−解凍(3サイクル)により溶液を脱ガスする。脱気溶液を60℃で24時間重合する。反応生成物を室温まで冷却し、激しい撹拌下でヘプタン(150mL)から沈殿させる。
250mLのChemglass Airfreeチューブに、3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10−ヘプタデカフルオロデシルアクリレート(4.043g、7.8mmol)、無水イタコン酸(1.747g、15.6mmol)、ブチルアクリレート(1g、7.8mmol)、2,2’−アゾビス(2−メチルプロピオニトリル)(AIBN)(0.0136g、0.08mmol)及びテトラヒドロフラン(13.3mL、184.4mmol)の溶液を入れる。窒素中での凍結−排気−解凍(3サイクル)により溶液を脱ガスする。脱気溶液を60℃で24時間重合する。反応生成物を室温まで冷却し、激しい撹拌下でヘプタン(150mL)から沈殿させる。H−NMR分析により、単離組成物の比較的大部分が無水イタコン酸であり、一部ターポリマーが存在することが分かる。沈殿をアセトンに溶解し、メタノールから再沈殿して白色粉末を得る。
実施例3:ターポリマー組成物の製造
250mLのChemglass Airfreeチューブに、3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10−ヘプタデカフルオロデシルアクリレート(4.043g、7.8mmol)、無水イタコン酸(1.75g、15.6mmol)、ブチルアクリレート(2g、15.6mmol)、2,2’−アゾビス(2−メチルプロピオニトリル)(AIBN)(0.0068g、0.08mmol)及びテトラヒドロフラン(17.8g、246.8mmol)の溶液を入れる。窒素中での凍結−排気−解凍(3サイクル)により溶液を脱ガスする。脱気溶液を60℃で24時間重合する。反応生成物を室温まで冷却し、激しい撹拌下でヘプタン(150mL)から沈殿させる。H−NMR分析により、単離組成物の比較的大部分が無水イタコン酸であり、一部ターポリマーが存在することが分かる。沈殿をアセトンに溶解し、メタノールから再沈殿して白色粉末を得る。
実施例4:膜の処理
8つのバージン膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(ePTFE)膜を実施例1の溶液及び硬化剤溶液で処理する。硬化剤溶液は2,2’−(エチレンジオキシ)ジエチルアミン及びヘキサメチレンジアミンを含有する。硬化剤を、官能価に基づいて、無水物部分に対して1:1の化学量論的に均衡した比となるのに十分な量添加する。被覆された膜を加熱して、実施例1からのターポリマーを架橋するとともに、処理膜上にインターロッキング・コーティングを形成する。
Claims (10)
- フッ素置換アクリレートもしくはフッ素置換メタクリレートと、不飽和無水物と、アルキルアクリレートもしくはアルキルメタクリレートとの反応生成物を含有んでなる、フッ素置換オリゴマー又はポリマー状エステル。
- 前記不飽和無水物が無水イタコン酸又は無水マレイン酸を含む、請求項2記載のフッ素置換オリゴマー又はポリマー状エステル。
- 無水イタコン酸が約20モル%超の量で存在する、請求項2記載のフッ素置換オリゴマー又はポリマー状エステル。
- 無水イタコン酸が約25モル%の量で存在する、請求項2記載のフッ素置換オリゴマー又はポリマー状エステル。
- 前記フッ素置換アクリレートが3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10−ヘプタデカフルオロデシルアクリレートを含む、請求項2記載のフッ素置換オリゴマー又はポリマー状エステル。
- 前記フッ素置換アクリレートが約20モル%超の量で存在する、請求項2記載のフッ素置換オリゴマー又はポリマー状エステル。
- 多官能性架橋剤と請求項2記載のフッ素置換オリゴマー又はポリマー状エステルとを含んでなる混合物。
- 請求項8記載の混合物の硬化物を含んでなる物品。
- フッ素置換アクリレートもしくはフッ素置換メタクリレートと、不飽和無水物と、アルキルアクリレートもしくはアルキルメタクリレートと、開始剤とを溶剤中で反応させる工程を含む方法。
