Abstract
【解決手段】軸部1aを有するとともにその先端3に非対称構造の歯4を有する面関節リーマ1において、リーマ1の先端歯4の近傍が軸部1aの直径に比べて広げられているので切除された骨物質はリーマ1の内部に入り、例えばリーマ内部の通じた吸引により患者の身体から取り出すことができる。

Claims (10)
- 軸部を有するとともにその先端に歯を有する面関節リーマであって、リーマの先端が軸部の直径に比べて広げられている面関節リーマ。
- リーマの前端の広がりは、少なくとも歯の高さにわたって延びている、請求項1に記載のリーマ。
- 広がりは、歯の高さのほぼ2倍にわたって延びている、請求項1に記載のリーマ。
- 広がりは、リーマ直径から歯の頂点における最大広がり直径まで連続して一定している、請求項1に記載のリーマ。
- 前端は、歯の頂点の近傍で2〜5mm広げられている、請求項1に記載のリーマ。
- リーマの頂点での広がりは約0.4mmである、請求項1に記載のリーマ。
- リップが外周の一部にわたって延びており、このリップは歯を超えて軸方向に突出している、請求項1に記載のリーマ。
- リップは、歯を1mm〜3mm超えて突出している、請求項7に記載のリーマ。
- リップは、140〜160φ、好ましくは150φの円弧にわたって延びている、請求項7に記載のリーマ。
- リップの少なくとも前端がヤスリとして構成されている、請求項7に記載のリーマ。
