Abstract
【解決手段】 固体粒子が下方に移動する容器内に、流体が透過可能な壁を備えた複数の流体供給管を配置し、前記管内を流体が通過することによって固体粒子と流体との接触を低圧損失で行う。また、流体が流れる容器内に、流体が透過可能な壁に囲まれた空間を形成する固体粒子供給管を複数配置し、前記固体粒子供給管内を固体粒子が移動することによって固体粒子と流体との接触を低圧損失で行う。また、固体粒子が下方に移動する容器内に、下方が開口した断面が多角形或いは半円形の流体流路を複数設置し、この内部を流体が通過することによって固体粒子と流体との接触を低圧損失で行う。

Claims (16)
- 固体粒子が下方に移動する容器内に、流体が透過可能な壁を備えた流体供給管を複数配置し、前記管内を流体が通過することによって固体粒子と流体との接触を低圧損失で行うことを特徴とする固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 流体が流れる容器内に、流体が透過可能な壁に囲まれた空間を形成する固体粒子供給管を複数配置し、前記固体粒子供給管内を固体粒子が移動することによって固体粒子と流体との接触を低圧損失で行うことを特徴とする固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記流体が透過可能な壁は多孔質板からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記流体が透過可能な壁は柔軟性部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記柔軟性部材は、網状、シート状で金属、紙、布、高分子素材のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記流体が透過可能な壁を備えた管は、断面が多角形または円形或いはそれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記固体粒子の移動方向及び流体の流れ方向の主軸は、水平方向から鉛直方向までの任意の角度に設定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 固体粒子が下方に移動する容器内に、下方が開口した断面が多角形或いは半円形の流体流路を複数設置し、この内部を流体が通過することによって固体粒子と流体との接触を低圧損失で行うことを特徴とする固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記固体粒子の粒子間接触によって生じる発熱を含む固体粒子の熱を流体との接触により除去することにより、或いは固体粒子が吸熱するときには流体との接触により熱を供給することにより、一定温度で作動することを特徴とする請求項1、2、8のいずれかに記載の固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記容器または前記固体粒子供給管に粒子を供給する貯槽と、前記容器または前記固体粒子供給管で流体と接触した粒子を再処理して前記貯槽に送る粒子再処理器とを備え、粒子の必要量の変動に対応して固体粒子流量を変更可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、8のいずれかに記載の固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記固体粒子として吸湿性の粒子を用いてなる請求項1、2、8のいずれかに記載のデシカント空調装置用固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記固体粒子として有害ガス吸着性の多孔質粒子を用いてなる請求項1、2、8のいずれかに記載の有害ガス処理装置用固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記固体粒子として有害物質吸着性の液を担持した多孔質粒子を用いてなる請求項1、2、8のいずれかに記載の有害ガス処理装置用固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記固体粒子に光触媒を担持してなる請求項1、2、8のいずれかに記載の光触媒反応装置用固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記固体粒子として多孔質、または多孔質でない粒子を用い、流体と直接熱交換することを特徴とする請求項1、2、8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器用固体・流体接触処理装置。
- 前記固体粒子として多孔質粒子を用い、化学反応触媒を担持したことを特徴とする請求項1、2、8のいずれかに記載の化学反応装置用固体・流体接触処理装置。
