さらに第9のモータ(請求項9に対応)は、上記の各構成において、好ましくは、2つのステータコイル冷却用流路の間の流路は、コイルホルダとコイルカバーを結合する貫通ボルトの内部に形成される。この構成では、貫通ボルトという締結手段を利用して2つのステータコイル冷却用流路を接続するための流路を形成したため、余分なスペースを必要とせず、モータをコンパクトに作ることが可能となる。

Claims (11)
- 接続された負荷を回転駆動するモータであり、
磁石を備え、前記モータ内で前記負荷寄りの位置に設けられたアウターロータと、
磁石を備え、前記モータ内で前記負荷から離れた位置に設けられたインナーロータと、
前記アウターロータと前記インナーロータの間に設けられかつステータコイルを備えるステータと、
前記アウターロータと前記インナーロータと前記ステータの各軸部を貫通して設けられる静止系のシャフト状センター部と、
前記ステータと前記シャフト状センター部の各々の内部を利用して設けられた冷却機構と、
を備えることを特徴とするモータ。 - 前記モータは、車両に装備されるホイールの内部に組み込まれ当該ホイールを直接に回転駆動するインホイール型の車両駆動用モータであり、
前記アウターロータは前記ホイール側に設けられ、前記インナーロータは前記車体側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のモータ。 - 前記ステータは、前記ステータコイルを保持するコイルホルダと、前記ステータコイルを覆うコイルカバーを備え、
前記コイルホルダと前記コイルカバーの少なくとも一方に、ステータコイル冷却用流路が形成されており、前記ステータコイル冷却用流路は前記冷却機構と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のモータ。 - 前記シャフト状センター部の車体側端部に冷却液供給口と冷却液排出口を有し、前記冷却供給口から前記ステータコイル冷却用流路に冷却液を供給し、かつ前記ステータコイル冷却用流路から前記冷却液排出口へ前記冷却液を戻すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3記載のモータ。
- 前記冷却液供給口および前記冷却液排出口と前記ステータコイル冷却用流路との間に、供給路と戻り路を、前記ステータコイル冷却用流路に含まれる単位冷却流路ごとに分配・集約するセパレータを設けたことを特徴とする請求項4記載のモータ。
- 前記コイルホルダと前記コイルカバーは共に環状のプレート形状を有し、前記コイルホルダの片面部および前記コイルカバーの片面部に各々の前記ステータコイル冷却用流路が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3記載のモータ。
- 前記ステータ冷却用流路は、円周方向に分割された複数の冷却された単位冷却流路が形成され、これらの単位冷却流路の各々は、中心側から周縁側への往路と、周縁側から中心側への復路とから形成されることを特徴とする請求項6記載のモータ。
- 前記アウターロータと前記インナーロータは一体化され、一緒に回転することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のモータ。
- 2つの前記ステータコイル冷却用流路の間の流路は、前記コイルホルダと前記コイルカバーを結合する貫通ボルトの内部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載のモータ。
- 前記アウターロータおよび前記インナーロータの各々の前記磁石は、薄い円板環状の磁石であり、この磁石は複数の磁石片で構成され、さらに複数の前記磁石片はハルバッハ配列構造で配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のモータ。
