Abstract
【解決手段】排ガス中の有害物質除去用吸着材を充填した移動層式の吸着塔と、有害物質の除去性能が低下した前記吸着材を再生処理する再生装置と、前記吸着塔から前記再生装置へ有害物質の除去能力が低下した前記吸着材を送る第一の輸送手段と、再生した前記吸着材を前記再生装置から前記吸着塔へ送る第二の輸送手段とを備える排ガス処理設備において、前記吸着塔下部の前記吸着材の出口部分を構成する下部ホッパーの側壁に衝撃を与える衝撃付与手段を、前記側壁の外側に設置し、前記再生塔下部に篩い分け手段を設置することを特徴とする排ガス処理設備を用いる。

Description
(1)排ガス中の有害物質除去用吸着材を充填した移動層式の吸着塔と、有害物質の除去性能が低下した前記吸着材を再生処理する再生装置と、前記吸着塔から前記再生装置へ有害物質の除去能力が低下した前記吸着材を送る第一の輸送手段と、再生した前記吸着材を前記再生装置から前記吸着塔へ送る第二の輸送手段とを備える排ガス処理設備において、前記吸着塔下部の前記吸着材の出口部分を構成する下部ホッパーの側壁に衝撃を与える衝撃付与手段を、前記側壁の外側に設置し、前記再生塔下部に篩い分け手段を設置することを特徴とする排ガス処理設備。
(2)衝撃付与手段がノッカーまたはバイブレータであり、該衝撃付与手段を吸着塔の排ガスの出側の下部である側壁に設置することを特徴とする(1)に記載の排ガス処理設備。
(3)吸着塔下部の出口部分に吸着材を切り出して排出するロールフィーダを設置することを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載の排ガス処理設備。

Claims (3)
- 排ガス中の有害物質除去用吸着材を充填した移動層式の吸着塔と、有害物質の除去性能が低下した前記吸着材を再生処理する再生装置と、前記吸着塔から前記再生装置へ有害物質の除去能力が低下した前記吸着材を送る第一の輸送手段と、再生した前記吸着材を前記再生装置から前記吸着塔へ送る第二の輸送手段とを備える排ガス処理設備において、前記吸着塔下部の前記吸着材の出口部分を構成する下部ホッパーの側壁に衝撃を与える衝撃付与手段を、前記側壁の外側に設置し、前記再生塔下部に篩い分け手段を設置することを特徴とする排ガス処理設備。
- 衝撃付与手段がノッカーまたはバイブレータであり、該衝撃付与手段を吸着塔の排ガスの出側の下部である側壁に設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガス処理設備。
- 吸着塔下部の出口部分に吸着材を切り出して排出するロールフィーダを設置することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の排ガス処理設備。
