Abstract
【解決手段】 冷却装置1は、圧縮機2、放熱器3A、膨張弁4及び蒸発器5を含む冷凍サイクル回路10と、被冷却物を貯蔵する冷却容器20と、湯を貯える貯湯タンク31と、を備える。そして、蒸発器5での吸熱により冷却容器20内の被冷却物を冷却し、放熱器3Aでの放熱により湯を沸かし貯湯タンク31に貯えるように構成されると共に、貯湯タンク31内の湯を冷却容器20内に供給可能に構成される。

Claims (18)
- 圧縮機、放熱器、絞り手段及び蒸発器を含む冷凍サイクル回路と、
被冷却物を貯蔵する冷却容器と、
湯を貯える貯湯タンクと、を備え、
前記蒸発器での吸熱により前記冷却容器内の前記被冷却物を冷却し、前記放熱器での放熱により湯を沸かし前記貯湯タンクに貯えるように構成されると共に、前記貯湯タンク内の湯を前記冷却容器内に供給可能に構成したことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 圧縮機、放熱器、絞り手段及び蒸発器を含む冷凍サイクル回路と、
被冷却物を貯蔵する冷却容器と、
湯を貯える貯湯タンクと、
前記冷却容器へ洗浄液を供給する洗浄装置と、を備え、
前記蒸発器での吸熱により前記冷却容器内の前記被冷却物を冷却し、前記放熱器での放熱により湯を沸かし前記貯湯タンクに貯えるように構成されると共に、前記貯湯タンク内の湯を前記洗浄装置に供給可能に構成したことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 前記貯湯タンクには、該貯湯タンクの上部から湯を取り出す高温取り出し口と、この高温取り出し口より下方から湯を取り出す中温取り出し口と、が設けられ、
前記高温取り出し口から取り出した湯と前記中温取り出し口から取り出した湯とを混合するか、又は、前記中温取り出し口から取り出した湯と水とを混合するか、を選択的に実施し、この混合された湯を前記洗浄装置に供給することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷却装置。 - 前記被冷却物を冷却する冷却運転において、発生させる湯の温度を前記冷却運転の経過と共に変化させることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却容器に前記被冷却物を投入し、この被冷却物が所定の温度に達するまで冷却運転を行う場合において、前記冷却運転の開始から所定時間は第1の設定温度の湯を発生させる中温出湯冷却運転を行うと共に、前記所定時間の経過後から前記冷却運転の終了までは前記第1の設定温度より高温の第2の設定温度の湯を発生させる高温出湯冷却運転を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却容器に前記被冷却物が複数回投入され、前記冷却運転が複数回行われる場合において、初回の冷却運転開始から最後の冷却運転終了までの全冷却運転の内、初回の冷却運転開始から所定時間は第1の設定温度の湯を発生させる中温出湯冷却運転を行い、前記所定時間の経過後から最後の冷却運転の終了までは前記第1の設定温度より高温の第2の設定温度の湯を発生させる高温出湯冷却運転を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却容器に前記被冷却物の温度を検出する温度検出手段を設け、該温度検出手段で検出された温度の時間変化を基に前記高温出湯冷却運転の所要時間を演算し、前記中温出湯冷却運転から前記高温出湯冷却運転への切り替えを行うことを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷凍サイクル回路に、前記被冷却物とは異なる別の熱源から吸熱を行う第2の蒸発器を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却装置の冷却運転において、前記被冷却物の温度の低下に伴って、前記冷凍サイクルの余剰冷媒を、この冷凍サイクルから分離して一時的に溜める手段を設けることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷凍サイクル回路に加えて、第2の冷凍サイクル回路を備え、該第2の冷凍サイクル回路の蒸発器は前記被冷却物とは別の熱源から吸熱し、前記第2の冷凍サイクル回路の放熱器からの放熱により水を加熱し湯を発生させ、この湯を前記貯湯タンクに供給可能に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記放熱器で加熱された湯を前記貯湯タンクへ戻す高温戻し配管と、前記高温戻し配管に排出弁を介して排出口と、を設け、
冷却運転開始から所定の間、前記排出弁を開き、湯を系外に排出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。 - 前記放熱器で加熱された湯を貯湯タンクへ戻す高温戻し配管と、この高温戻し配管から分岐し切り替え弁を介して前記貯湯タンクの前記高温戻し配管接続部より下方に接続される中温戻し配管と、を設け、
冷却運転開始から所定の間、前記切り替え弁を操作し、湯を前記中温戻し配管を介して前記貯湯タンクに戻すことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。 - 前記放熱器で加熱された湯を貯湯タンクへ戻す高温戻し配管と、貯湯タンクから低温水を前記放熱器に流す低温配管と、前記高温戻し配管から分岐し切り替え弁を介して前記低温配管に接続される戻し配管と、を設け、冷却運転開始から所定の間、前記切り替え弁を操作し、湯を前記低温配管に戻すことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却容器に前記被冷却物の温度を検出する温度検出手段を設け、該温度検出手段で検出された温度の時間変化を基に前記圧縮機の回転数を制御することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記被冷却物が牛乳であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記被冷却物に代えて、水、洗浄液又は殺菌液を、前記冷却容器に投入する洗浄運転時にも冷却運転を行って、湯を発生させることを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷凍サイクル回路及び前記第2の冷凍サイクル回路の冷媒として二酸化炭素を用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷凍サイクル回路及び前記第2の冷凍サイクル回路の放熱器内部の冷媒圧力が、これらの回路を運転中に、冷媒の臨界圧力以上となることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
