Abstract
【解決手段】 そのために、第二の弁閉鎖部材を第一の弁閉鎖部材(7)の方に偏らせる圧縮ばね(17)を、第二のバルブ閉鎖部材(8)と第二の弁座(27)の中に配備する。この圧縮ばねは、第二の弁座(27)の下で、筐体スリーブ(1)に形成された半径方向の突起に寄り掛かっている。第二の弁通路(6)の横断面を更に大きくするために、第二の弁座(27)の周りにおいて、筐体スリーブの直径を増大させることができる。この場合、組み立て時における軸方向の動きに対する止めを提供するために、筐体スリーブに出っ張ったカラー部9を設けることができる。

Claims (7)
- 筐体スリーブ(1)内に配備され、筐体スリーブ(1)内で軸方向に配置された形に構成された、第一と第二の弁通路(5,6)を開閉するための第一と第二の弁閉鎖部材(7,8)と、油圧油の入口(13)及び筐体スリーブ(1)内に開いた油圧油の出口(19)とを有する電磁弁であって、
第一の弁閉鎖部材(7)は、第二の弁閉鎖部材(8)内に配備された第一の弁通路(5)を開閉するとともに、弁コイルの電磁的な励起に応答するように構成されており、
第二の弁閉鎖部材(8)は、第一の弁通路(5)が開いている場合にのみ、圧縮ばね(17)の作用により第二の弁通路(6)を開放するように構成されており、その結果、油圧油が、油圧油の入口(13)に広がった場合に、第一と第二の弁通路(5,6)を中に配置されている筐体スリーブ(1)内の流路に沿って、油圧油を油圧油の出口(19)に送り出すことが可能であり、
第二の弁閉鎖部材(8)が、軸方向に対して階段状の穴を有し、
圧縮ばね(17)が、この階段状の穴の中に延びており、その一端が、この穴の段差に寄り掛かっており、そのようにして、第二の弁閉鎖部材(8)が、第一の弁閉鎖部材(7)の方に偏っている弁。 - 第二の弁座(27)は、ほぼ管状であり、圧縮ばね(17)は、この管の中に延びている請求項1に記載の弁。
- 当該の筐体は、深絞り形のスリーブ(1)であり、第二の弁座(27)は、筐体スリーブ(1)に圧入されており、圧縮ばね(17)の第二の弁閉鎖部材(8)から離れた端部は、筐体スリーブ(1)の少なくとも一部に寄り掛かっており、この部分が、第二の弁座部材(27)の離れた端部において、半径方向に対して内側の突起として形成されている請求項2に記載の弁。
- 当該の筐体スリーブ(1)の内側の突起が、アンギュラーリムである請求項3に記載の弁。
- 筐体スリーブ(1)の少なくとも一つの内側の突起が、縮み合わせることによって形成された少なくとも一つの内側のタブで構成される請求項3に記載の弁。
- 当該の筐体は、深絞り形のスリーブ(1)であり、その第二の弁座部材(27)の周りの直径が、第二の弁閉鎖部材(8)の周りの直径よりも大きい請求項1に記載の弁。
- 筐体スリーブ(1)は、油圧システムに組み込む際に軸方向の動きに対する止めを提供する半径方向に出っ張ったカラー部(9)を有する請求項6に記載の弁。
