Description
Claims (15)
- 制御室(13)を区画しているハウジング(1)を備え、かつ第1圧力の流体導入ポート部分(2)と第2圧力の流体排出ポート部分(3)を有する弁通路(2、3)を備える真空システムのサーボ弁であって、それらの部分が、前記制御室の制御圧力と前記第1、第2内圧それぞれとの差の影響により、開位置と閉位置との間で動作するために前記ハウジング内に装着された閉鎖部材(4)によって分離されており、その際、前記開位置は、前記弁通路が前記導入ポート部分と前記排出ポート部分の間で開放している位置であり、前記閉位置は、前記弁通路が前記導入ポート部分と前記排出ポート部分の間で閉鎖している位置であり、前記制御室は、常に開放している通路を介して前記導入ポート部分と流体連絡し、パイロット閉鎖部材(16)によって閉鎖可能であるパイロット通路(14)を介して前記排出ポート部分と制御自在に流体連絡されるようになっており、前記パイロット閉鎖部材(16)は、前記パイロット閉鎖部材の位置に応じて主に前記第1圧力と前記第2圧力のうち一方によって前記制御圧力に影響を与え、前記閉鎖部材(4)の閉位置と開位置との間の動作を制御するために、前記パイロット通路(14)が開放している開位置と、前記パイロット通路(14)が閉鎖している閉位置との間で閉鎖部材(4)に対して動作可能であるサーボ弁。
- 前記パイロット通路(14)が前記閉鎖部材(4)内に形成されている請求項1に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記パイロット閉鎖部材(16)が、弾性変形可能な結合部(20)を介して前記閉鎖部材に締め付けられる請求項2に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材が、弾性圧縮可能な部材(19)によって閉位置に対してバイアス付与される、請求項1から3に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記パイロット閉鎖部材(16)が、電磁気駆動によってその閉位置から開位置へと動作可能である請求項2から4に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記パイロット通路(14)が、前記弁通路(2、3)より小さい断面の開口を形成する先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記制御室(13)が、前記パイロット通路(14)に連続して配置される請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載のサーボ弁。
- 閉鎖部材(4)が、その重心が弁通路(2、3)と前記制御室(13)との間にあるように成形されるように前記ハウジング(1)に対して配置構成される先行する請求項のいずれかに記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材(4)がピストンとして成形され、前記ハウジング(1)の円筒形空隙内で前後に動作するように配置構成される先行する請求項のいずれかに記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材(4)と前記円筒形空隙が、円形の断面が一致する形状を有し、常に開放している通路が、前記閉鎖部材(4)の側壁(12)と前記円筒形空隙の内部側壁(23)との間に形成される請求項9に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記パイロット通路(14)が前記閉鎖部材(4)と同軸に形成される請求項9又は10に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記パイロット閉鎖部材(16)が、前記閉鎖部材(4)の行程より大きい行程で、円筒形空隙内で前後に動作するように配置構成される請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材(4)が、前記弁通路(2、3)を閉鎖する密封フランジ(7)を形成し、前記密封フランジ(7)が、細長い軸部(6)によってカップ形部品(11、12)に接続され、前記カップ形部品が、底壁(11)と、前記底壁から前記密封フランジに向かう方向とは反対の方向で開口に向かって延びる側壁(12)とで形成され、前記カップ形部品と前記細長い軸部が同軸で形成される請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載のサーボ弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材(4)が少なくとも1つの窪み(43)を備え、前記窪みを横切って形成された少なくとも1つの切り欠き(37、38)を備える請求項9から13のいずれか1項に記載のサーボ弁。
- 先行する請求項のいずれかに記載のサーボ弁を備えた真空システム。
