K2CO3 + SOx → K2SO4 + CO2 (1)

Claims (32)
- 硫黄含有燃料を燃焼室に導入し;
任意に、酸化剤流を酸素富化し;
前記酸化剤流を前記燃焼室に導入し、前記硫黄含有燃料と混合して燃焼領域を定め;
炭酸カリウムを前記燃焼室に導入し;
前記硫黄含有燃料を燃焼し、炎管ガスと硫酸カリウムを製造する
ことを含む、硫黄含有燃料を燃焼して炎管ガスを製造する方法。 - 前記燃焼室に入る前記酸化剤の合計酸素含有量は21%を超える請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸カリウムを前記燃焼室の前記燃焼領域に導入する請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記燃料中の硫黄と反応するのに必要な化学量論所要量を約0%から約50%の間で十分に超える量で、前記炭酸カリウムを前記燃焼室に導入する請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄含有燃料の硫黄の少なくとも半分を硫酸カリウムに変換する請求項2記載の方法。
- 硫黄含有燃料を燃焼し、炎管ガスを製造する方法であって:
硫黄含有燃料を燃焼室に燃料導入口から導入し;
任意に、少なくとも1つの酸化剤流を酸素富化し;
主酸化剤流を前記燃焼室に前記燃料導入口の近くまたはそれに一致する位置にある主酸化剤導入口で導入し、前記硫黄含有燃料と混合して第1燃焼領域を定め;
補助酸化剤流を前記燃焼室に、前記補助酸化剤が前記燃焼室の前記主燃焼領域に入るように位置している、補助酸化剤導入口で導入し;
炭酸カリウムを前記燃焼室に導入し;
前記硫黄含有燃料を燃焼し、前記炎管ガスと硫酸カリウムを製造する
ことを含む方法。 - 前記燃焼室に入る前記酸化剤の合計酸素含有量は21%を超える請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記主酸化剤の合計酸素含有量は21%を超える請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記補助酸化剤の合計酸素含有量は21%を超える請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸カリウムの少なくとも一部を前記燃焼室の前記主燃焼領域に導入する請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記燃料中の硫黄と反応するのに必要な化学量論所要量を約0%から約50%の間で十分に超える量で、前記炭酸カリウムを前記燃焼室に導入する請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄含有燃料の硫黄の少なくとも半分を硫酸カリウムに変換する請求項7記載の方法。
- 硫黄含有燃料を燃焼し、炎管ガスを製造する方法であって:
硫黄含有燃料を燃焼室に燃料導入口から導入し;
任意に、少なくとも1つの酸化剤流を酸素富化し;
主酸化剤流を前記燃焼室に前記燃料導入口の近くまたはそれに一致する位置にある主酸化剤導入口で導入し、前記硫黄含有燃料と混合して第1燃焼領域を定め;
補助酸化剤流を前記燃焼室に、前記補助酸化剤が前記燃焼室の前記主燃焼領域に入るように位置している、補助酸化剤導入口で導入し;
三次酸化剤流を前記燃焼室に、前記主酸化剤導入口および前記補助酸化剤導入口から離れて位置する三次酸化剤導入口で導入し、前記三次酸化剤流が前記燃焼室に入り補助燃焼領域を定め;
炭酸カリウムを前記燃焼室に導入し;
前記硫黄含有燃料を燃焼し、前記炎管ガスと硫酸カリウムを製造する
ことを含む方法。 - 前記燃焼室に入る前記酸化剤の合計酸素含有量は21%を超える請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記主酸化剤の合計酸素含有量は21%を超える請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記補助酸化剤の合計酸素含有量は21%を超える請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記三次酸化剤の合計酸素含有量は21%を超える請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸カリウムの少なくとも一部を前記燃焼室の前記主燃焼領域に導入する請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸カリウムの少なくとも一部を前記燃焼室の前記補助燃焼領域に導入する請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記燃料中の硫黄と反応するのに必要な化学量論所要量を約0%から約50%の間で十分に超える量で、前記炭酸カリウムを前記燃焼室に導入する請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄含有燃料の硫黄の少なくとも半分を硫酸カリウムに変換する請求項14記載の方法。

21%以上の酸素を含む主酸化剤流を前記燃焼室に前記燃料導入口の近くまたはそれに一致する位置にある主酸化剤導入口で導入し、前記硫黄含有燃料と混合して第1燃焼領域を定め;
21%以上の酸素を含む補助酸化剤流を前記燃焼室に、前記補助酸化剤が前記燃焼室の前記主燃焼領域に入るように位置している補助酸化剤導入口で導入し;
21%以上の酸素を含む三次酸化剤流を前記燃焼室に、前記主酸化剤導入口および前記補助酸化剤導入口から離れて位置する三次酸化剤導入口で導入し、前記三次酸化剤流が前記燃焼室に入り補助燃焼領域を定め;
前記燃焼室に入る前記酸化剤の合計の酸素含有量は21%を超え;
前記燃料中の硫黄と反応するのに必要な化学量論所要量を約0%から約50%の間で十分に超える量で、炭酸カリウムを前記燃焼室に前記三次空気導入口を通して導入し;
前記硫黄含有燃料を燃焼し、前記炎管ガスと硫酸カリウムを製造する
