Abstract
イ)一定の厚さを有する平らな金属の薄板(20′)を用意し、
ロ)該薄板(20′)の所定の領域(33)の厚さを圧刻又はエンボスによって減少させ、
ハ)厚さの減少された前記領域(33)に少なくとも1つの噴射開口(34)を設け、
ニ)規定された外寸を有する穴あきディスク(20)が得られるまで薄板(20′)を加工し、
ホ)弁座体(16)の下端面(17)が、厚さ減少によって得られた穴あきディスク(20)の流入域(40)を凌駕して、これにより少なくとも1つの噴射開口(34)が覆われているように、穴あきディスク(20)を燃料噴射弁の弁座体(16)に固定する、という方法ステップを用いる点において優れている。
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念に記載の形式の穴あきディスクの製作及び固定法から出発する。
請求項1の特徴部に記載の構成を有する、本発明による穴あきディスクの製作及び固定法は、特に小さな穴あきディスク厚さが簡単に得られるという利点を有している。本発明では、噴射開口が穴あきディスクの厚さの減少された中央域に設けられるので、各個別の噴射開口の直径に対する長さの公知の汎用の比率は保持しつつ、極小の噴射開口直径を有する多数の噴射開口を穴あきディスクに加工成形することが可能である。その結果、本発明に基づいて製作され且つ燃料噴射弁に取り付けられた穴あきディスクは、燃料の最も微細で均一な霧化を保証し、しかも、特に高い霧化クオリティーと、その時々の要求に適合された噴流形成が得られる。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置用の燃料噴射弁のための穴あきディスク(20)の製作及び固定法であって、穴あきディスク(20)に、流体の完全な通流が保証されているような開口輪郭を設ける形式のものにおいて、
イ)一定の厚さを有する平らな金属の薄板(20′)を用意し、
ロ)該薄板(20′)の所定の領域(33)の厚さを圧刻又はエンボスによって減少させ、
ハ)厚さの減少された前記領域(33)に少なくとも1つの噴射開口(34)を設け、
ニ)規定された外寸を有する穴あきディスク(20)が得られるまで薄板(20′)を加工し、
ホ)弁座体(16)の下端面(17)が、厚さ減少によって得られた穴あきディスク(20)の流入域(40)を凌駕して、これにより少なくとも1つの噴射開口(34)が覆われているように、穴あきディスク(20)を燃料噴射弁の弁座体(16)に固定することを特徴とする、穴あきディスクの製作及び固定法。 - 500〜700N/mm2の引っ張り強度及び160+/−15HVの硬度を有する材料から成る薄板(20′)を圧刻用に用意する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 圧刻により圧刻工具(41)の作用側でまくれ上がった薄板(20′)の材料を、圧延によって分散させる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 160HVよりも大きな硬度を有する材料から成る薄板(20′)をエンボス用に用意する、請求項1記載の方法。
- エンボスによりエンボス工具(41′)の作用側とは反対の側の、薄板(20′)の下面側で押し出された材料を、研削によって除去する、請求項1又は4記載の方法。
- 圧刻又はエンボスによって前記領域(33)の厚さを0.05mm〜0.1mmだけ減少させる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの噴射開口(34)を、打抜き、腐食処理又はレーザ穿孔によって設ける、請求項1記載の方法。
