Claims (29)
- 流動接触分解触媒注入システムにおいて触媒を調量供給する装置であって、
低圧貯蔵容器と、
流動接触分解ユニットに結合できるようになっている排出口および注入口を有する、支持面にしっかりと結合された圧力容器と、
前記圧力容器に結合され、前記圧力容器を選択的に前記貯蔵容器に比べて加圧するように構成された圧力制御装置と、
前記貯蔵容器を前記圧力容器の前記注入口に結合する調量供給装置と
を備える装置。 - 前記貯蔵容器の重量を表す測定基準を示すようになっている少なくとも1つのロードセルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調量供給装置が、
前記貯蔵容器の排出ポートに結合された制御弁を備える、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記制御弁および前記少なくとも1つのロードセルに結合された制御モジュールであって、少なくとも一部には前記ロードセルから受け取った信号の解釈に基づいて前記制御弁の動作を制御するようになっている制御モジュールをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記調量供給装置が、
分給装置と、
測定基準を示すようになっている少なくとも1つのセンサとを備え、前記測定基準に基づいて、前記低圧貯蔵容器から前記分給装置を通って前記圧力容器に移送された触媒の量が解明できるようになつている、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記分給装置が、遮断弁、回転弁、または容積式ポンプの少なくとも1つである、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記センサが、光変換器、容量装置、音波変換器、流量制御器、またはロードセルの少なくとも1つである、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力制御装置が、前記圧力容器内の圧力を少なくとも10ポンド/平方インチよりも高く増大させることができる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力容器にしっかりと結合された流体源をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第2の低圧貯蔵容器と、
前記貯蔵容器を前記圧力容器に結合する第2の調量供給装置とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 流動接触分解触媒注入システムにおいて触媒を調量供給する装置であって、
低圧貯蔵容器と、
流動接触分解ユニットに結合できるようになっている排出口を有する圧力容器と、
前記貯蔵容器の排出ポートを前記圧力容器の注入ポートに結合する制御弁と、
前記貯蔵容器の重量を表す測定基準を示すようになっている少なくとも1つのロードセルとを備える装置。 - 前記圧力容器にしっかりと結合され、前記圧力容器内の圧力を少なくとも10ポンド/平方インチよりも高く増大させることができる圧力制御装置と、
前記圧力容器にしっかりと結合された流体源とをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 第2の低圧貯蔵容器と、
前記貯蔵容器を前記圧力容器に結合する第2の調量供給装置とをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 流動接触分解触媒注入システムにおいて触媒を調量供給する方法であって、
調量供給装置を用いて触媒を低圧貯蔵容器から圧力容器に調量供給するステップであって、前記調量供給装置によって前記貯蔵容器に関して分給された触媒の量を求めるステップと、
前記圧力容器を少なくとも約10ポンド/平方インチまで加圧するステップと、
前記加圧された触媒を前記圧力容器から流動接触分解ユニット内に注入するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記加圧するステップがさらに、
前記圧力容器内の圧力を、ほぼ大気圧から約10〜約100ポンド/平方インチの範囲の圧力まで増大させるステップを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記調量供給するステップがさらに、
前記低圧力容器に結合された1つまたは複数のロードセルからデータを得るステップと、
前記データを用いて、前記低圧力容器内に配設された触媒の量の変化を計算するステップとを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記計算するステップがさらに、
調量供給する前に前記貯蔵容器の第1の重量を求めるステップと、
前記第1の重量を前記調量供給後の前記貯蔵容器の第2の重量と比較するステップとを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記調量供給するステップがさらに、
調量供給する前に前記貯蔵容器内に存在する前記触媒の第1の高さを感知するステップと、
前記第1の高さを、調量供給後の前記貯蔵容器内に存在する触媒の第2の高さと比較するステップとを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記貯蔵容器内に存在する触媒の前記第1および第2の高さを、光変換器、容量装置、または音波変換器の1つを用いて感知する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記調量供給するステップがさらに、
前記貯蔵容器、前記調量供給装置、または前記貯蔵容器を前記圧力容器に結合する導管の少なくとも1つの中を通る前記触媒の流量を感知するステップを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記触媒流量を、音波流量計、容量装置または流量制御器の少なくとも1つによって感知する、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第2の調量供給装置を用いて、触媒を第2の低圧貯蔵容器から前記圧力容器に調量供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の低圧貯蔵容器から調量供給するステップを前記注入ステップの後に行う、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力容器を少なくとも約10ポンド/平方インチまで加圧するステップと、
前記加圧された触媒を前記圧力容器から流動接触分解ユニット内に注入するステップとをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の低圧貯蔵容器から調量供給する前記ステップおよび第2の低圧貯蔵容器から調量供給する前記ステップを前記注入ステップの前に実施する、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 流動接触分解触媒注入システムにおいて触媒を調量供給する方法であって、
低圧貯蔵容器内に配設された第1の触媒の量を求めるステップと、
圧力容器に触媒を移送するステップと、
前記低圧貯蔵容器内に配設された第2の触媒の量を求めるステップと、
前記第1および第2の触媒量を用いて、移送された触媒の正味量を解明するステップと、
前記圧力容器を加圧するステップと、
前記加圧された触媒を流動接触分解ユニット内に注入するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記圧力制御装置が、前記圧力容器内の圧力を少なくとも20ポンド/平方インチよりも高く増大させることができる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流動接触分解触媒注入システムにおいて触媒を調量供給する装置であって、
低圧貯蔵容器と、
支持面にしっかりと結合され、流動接触分解ユニットに結合できるようになっている排出口および注入口を有する圧力容器であって、前記貯蔵容器から選択的に隔てることができる圧力容器と、
前記貯蔵容器を前記圧力容器の前記注入口に結合する調量供給装置とを備える装置。 - 流動接触分解触媒注入システムにおいて触媒を調量供給する装置であって、

測定基準を示すようになっている少なくとも1つのセンサと
を備え、前記測定基準から、前記低圧貯蔵容器から前記分給装置を通って前記圧力容器に移送された触媒の量が解明できるようになっている、備える装置。
