Claims (15)
- 高周波数放射を座席へ送信し、座席占有状態に依存する放射を受信ユニットで受信し、その放射強度を評価する、
車両(1)内の座席占有状態の識別方法において、
監視すべき複数の座席(2)を有する車両内で唯一の送信ユニットにより波のフィールド(H)を送信し、受信ユニットにより受信された該フィールドを制御ユニット(S)で評価し、それぞれの座席占有状態を識別する
ことを特徴とする車両内の座席占有状態の識別方法。 - 各座席ごとに少なくとも1つずつリフレクタを設け、さらに別個のリフレクタを設けてもよい、請求項1記載の方法。
- 各リフレクタはそれぞれ反射の変調、時間的なオンオフおよび/または波のフィールド(H)の放射方向の旋回により区別可能である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 各座席の対応するシートベルト(6)内またはシートベルト上に少なくとも1つのリフレクタ(9)を設け、ここで、シートベルトを締めたとき、高周波数の送信ユニットから送信される波のフィールド(H)の範囲内へリフレクタが移動し、シートベルトが開放受動位置にあるときよりも格段に多くの電磁放射が受信および反射されるようにリフレクタを配置する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- シートベルトの開放受動位置ではシートベルトを電磁遮蔽領域内、例えばベルトテンショナー(GS)内へ引き込むかおよび/または巻取る、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前述の座席占有状態の識別に代えてまたはこれに加えて、リフレクタ(12)を座席面(4)内および/または座席面上および/または座席のバックレスト(5)内および/またはバックレスト上および/または座席のヘッドレスト内および/またはヘッドレスト上に配置して座席占有状態の識別を行う、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 座席占有状態の識別を、アクセスコントロールプロセスおよび/または車両始動プロセスに組み合わせて、例えばプリクラッシュセンサまたはその他の事故予報システムのインターバル中および/またはトリガ後に行う、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 座席占有状態の識別の少なくとも1つの結果信号または出力信号を車両(1)内の快適性に関するアプリケーションの制御に用いる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 座席占有状態の識別の少なくとも1つの結果信号または出力信号を、快適な操作のために、車両(1)内のパッシブなアクセスコントロールシステムまたは始動システムにおいて、例えば機関始動機能および/またはステアリングホイールロックのイネーブルに用い、ここで前提条件として座席(2)に大人が座っていると識別され、かつキャビン内に無接触でのアクセスおよび始動の権限認証を行うコードセンサ(CID)が設けられている場合にのみ当該の制御を行う、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 座席占有状態の識別の少なくとも1つの結果信号または出力信号を安全性に関するアプリケーションのための情報源として処理し、例えばエアバッグシステム、ベルトテンショナー(GS)および/またはヘッドレストなどの制御に利用する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 制御ユニットにより高周波数の波のフィールドの形成を制御し、受信ユニットで受信された放射強度の評価から座席占有状態を識別する、
車両内の座席占有状態の識別装置において、
監視すべき複数の座席(2)のそれぞれに対して座席占有状態を識別するために高周波数放射としての波のフィールド(H)を形成して配向する唯一の送信ユニットが設けられており、
高周波数放射を座席占有状態に依存して受信ユニットへ反射する反射エレメント(9,12)が座席の領域に配置されており、
送信ユニットおよび受信ユニットは放射の形成および放射強度に関する信号評価のために制御ユニット(S)へ接続されている
ことを特徴とする車両内の座席占有状態の識別装置。 - 各座席(2)に少なくとも1つのリフレクタが設けられており、さらに別個にリフレクタを設けることができる、請求項11記載の装置。
- 各座席(2)の対応するシートベルト(6)内またはシートベルト上に少なくとも1つのリフレクタが配置されている、請求項11または12記載の装置。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の座席占有状態の検出方法を実行する装置(3)が設けられている、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 周知のシステムに対して付加的に必要なハードウェアが主として制御装置(S)内にまとめられている、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
