Abstract
Description
i)オルガノボラン/アミン錯体;
ii)1種又はそれ以上の、フリーラジカル重合によって重合することができるオレフィン性不飽和を有するモノマー、オリゴマー又はポリマー及び
iii)前記錯体を解離させて、1種又はそれ以上のオレフィン性不飽和を有するモノマー、オリゴマー又はポリマーの重合を開始するためのボランを放出する化合物
を含む重合性組成物から誘導される。

(式中、Bはホウ素を表し、そしてR1は、それぞれ存在する場合に別々に、C1〜C10アルキル、C3〜C10シクロアルキルであり又はR1の2個若しくはそれ以上は、一緒になってシクロ脂肪族環を形成することができる)

Claims (25)
- 第一の材料で形成された第一の骨組構造物を用意する工程(第一の骨組構造物は第一材料で形成された対応する表面を提供する)、
第二の材料で形成された第一のコンストラクションを用意する工程(第一のコンストラクションは第二材料で形成された対応する表面を提供する)、
第一の構造物の対応する表面を、第一のコンストラクションの対応する表面に、接着剤で接着する工程
を含んでなるインストルメントパネルアセンブリの形成方法。 - 第一の骨組構造物の対応する表面及び第一のコンストラクションの対応する表面の少なくとも一方が低エネルギー表面であり、そして接着剤が低エネルギー表面へ接着することができる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 低エネルギー表面が第一のコンストラクションによって与えられ、そして第一の材料が45mJ/m2よりも小さい表面エネルギーを有するプラスチックである請求項2に記載の方法。
- プラスチックがポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン及びポリアミドから選択されたホモポリマー又はこれらのコポリマーを含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- プラスチックがポリスチレンアロイ、ポリブチレンテレフタレートポリマー、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリカーボネートアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、スチレン無水マレイン酸、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリフェニレンオキシド、これらの組合せ等を含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- プラスチックが繊維を含む請求項3、4又は5に記載の方法。
- 繊維がガラス短繊維、ガラス長繊維、天然短繊維又は天然長繊維から選択される請求項6に記載の方法。
- プラスチックがガラス短繊維充填ポリプロピレン、ガラス長繊維充填ポリプロピレン、ガラス充填ポリアミド及びガラス充填ポリアミドアロイから選択される請求項6に記載の方法。
- 第一の骨組構造物及びその対応する表面がスチール、アルミニウム又はこれらの組合せから選択された金属で製造されている請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のコンストラクションの対応する表面の処理又はプライマー処理なしに、第一のコンストラクションの対応する表面に前記接着剤を直接適用することを更に含む請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8又は9に記載の方法。
- 第一のコンストラクション及び第一のコンストラクションの対応する表面がポリプロピレン又はポリアミドで形成されている請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9又は10に記載の方法。
- 接着剤がオルガノボラン/アミン錯体及び1種又はそれ以上のフリーラジカル重合によって重合することができるオレフィン性不飽和を有するモノマー、オリゴマー又はポリマーを含む請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10又は11に記載の方法。
- 重合性組成物が、錯体を解離させて、1種又はそれ以上のオレフィン性不飽和を有するモノマー、オリゴマー又はポリマーの重合を開始するためのオルガノボランを放出する化合物を更に含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- オルガノボラン/アミン錯体のアミン部分がアミジン構造成分を有するアミン、複素環式環内に少なくとも1個の窒素を有する脂肪族複素環、更に、1個又はそれ以上の水素結合受容基を有する第一級アミン(但し、第一級アミンと水素結合受容基との間に、少なくとも2個の炭素原子が存在する)及び共役イミンの群から選択される請求項12に記載の方法。
- アミンがジメチルアミノプロピルアミン、メトキシプロピルアミン、ジメチルアミノエチルアミン、ジメチルアミノブチルアミン、メトキシブチルアミン、メトキシエチルアミン、エトキシプロピルアミン、プロポキシプロピルアミン、アミン末端ポリアルキレンエーテル(例えばトリメチロールプロパントリス(ポリ(プロピレングリコール)アミン末端)エーテル)、アミノプロピルモルホリン、イソホロンジアミン及びアミノプロピルプロパンジアミンから選択される請求項12に記載の方法。
- オルガノボラン/アミン錯体のオルガノボラン部分がトリアルキルボラン及びアルキルシクロアルキルボランから選択される請求項12に記載の方法。
- 接着工程の後に、第一の構造物及び第一のコンストラクションが少なくとも1個のダクトを協同して規定する請求項1又は12に記載の方法。
- 第一の構造物が接着工程の前に溝を規定し、そしてこの溝がその後ダクトの少なくとも一部を形成する請求項17に記載の方法。
- ダクトが、コンディショニングした空気の供給と、第一のコンストラクションのフロントパネル部分によって少なくとも部分的に規定される開口との間の流体連通を与える請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 第一の構造物が自動車の一方のA柱から自動車の他方のA柱まで実質的に伸びている長尺部材を含む請求項17、18又は19に記載の方法。
- 第一の構造物がステアリングホイールカラムを支持するための構造を含む請求項17、18、19又は20に記載の方法。
- 接着剤がウレタン、アクリル、メタクリル酸メチル、エポキシ、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリカーボネート又はこれらの混合物を含む請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10又は11に記載の方法。
- 第二の骨組構造物を用意する工程、
第二のコンストラクションを用意する工程、
第二の骨組構造物を第二のコンストラクションに接着する工程並びに
第二の骨組構造物及び第二のコンストラクションの少なくとも一方又は両方を、第二のコンストラクションに接着する工程
を更に含む請求項17、18、19、20、21又は22に記載の方法。 - 第一のコンストラクションの表面上にカバーを配置する請求項1〜23の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- カバーを吹込成形ポリマー材料で形成する請求項24に記載の方法。
