Abstract
製品の容器に貼るラベルが開示される。ラベル（１０）は、ラベリング証印を表示するための前面部（１６）と、実質的に前面部の片面を覆う粘着性裏面部（１８）と、粘着性裏面部に密着する非粘着性裏面シート（１７，１９）と、製品を識別するための表示部（１４）と、表示部を構成し、ラベルが容器に貼り付けられている場合に、前面部から容易に分離可能である前面部の１部と、粘着性裏面部からはがすことが可能であって、裏面シートの残り（２２）を表示部に貼り付けたままにする裏面シートの１部（２４）とを備え、前記裏面シートが切り取られると、上記表示部に貼り付けられたままの裏面シートの残り部分（２２）が表示部より小さくなり、より大きな表示部（１４）が裏面シートのより小さな残り部分（２２）をこえて延在しているところの粘着剤の粘着力が粘着性裏面部よりも弱い。

本発明はラベルに関する。
本発明は特に、はぎ取りやすい(frangible)または分離可能な(severable)部分を備えるラベル及びラベリング方法に適用する。
本発明は特にワイン産業での使用に適している。

本発明は特にワイン産業での使用に適している。
ワインボトル等に貼り付けられる粘着性のラベルについては周知である。私の国際特許出願ＰＣＴ／ＡＵ０２／０１２２４においては、上記のようなワインラベルを開示しており、ここでの引用によりその内容が含まれる。また、本発明は開示されたラベルの進歩的改良に関する。
本発明の目的は周知のラベルに代わるラベル及びラベリング方法を提供することである。
本発明のある様態は概して製品の容器に貼るラベルに関し、ラベルは、
ラベリング証印(indicia)を表示するための前面部と、
実質的に前面部の片面を覆う粘着性裏面部と、
粘着性裏面部に密着する非粘着性裏面シートと
製品を識別するための表示部(token)と、
表示部を構成し、ラベルが容器に貼り付けられている場合に、前面部から容易に分離可能である前面部の１部と、粘着性裏面部からはがすことが可能であって、裏面シートの残りを表示部に貼り付けたままにする裏面シートの１部とを備え、
前記裏面シートが切り取られると、上記表示部に貼り付けられたままの裏面シートの残り部分が表示部より小さくなり、
より大きな表示部が裏面シートのより小さな残り部分をこえて延在しているところの粘着剤の粘着力が粘着性裏面部よりも弱い。

より大きな表示部が裏面シートのより小さな残り部分をこえて延在しているところの粘着剤の粘着力が粘着性裏面部よりも弱い。
好ましくは、上記表示部が、表示部に貼り付けられたままの裏面シートの残り部分の周りに延在する端部を形成する。
また、好ましくは、端部の粘着剤が型押し(stamped)され、粘着力が弱くなっている。
上記の通り、本発明の他の様態は概して容器での製品のラベリング方法に関する。
上記の通り、本発明の他の様態は概して製品の容器に貼り付けるためのラベルのロール(roll)に関する。
本発明の最良の形態を示す添付の図を参照することによって、本発明は容易に理解され、実用的な効果を達成できる。
図１に示す通り、ワインラベル１０はボトル１２に貼り付けられており、図２に最もわかりやすく示す通り、収集または後で参照するために、タブ１５をはがすことによって容易に分離することができるはぎ取り式の(tear-out)表示部１４を有する。
図３は図１に示すラベルをＡＡ線に沿って切り取った断面立体図であり、ラベリング証印を表示する前面部１６及び粘着性裏面部１８を有するラベル１０の構成を示す。前面部１６はワインを識別するための表示部１４を備え、図２に示すように、ラベル１０がボトルに貼り付けられる場合、前面部１６から容易に分離可能である。
ラベル１０は粘着性裏面部１８に密着する非粘着性裏面シート１７、１９を備える。裏面シートは紙または紙状の台紙１７および非粘着層１９を周知の方法で備える。前面部１６にある切り取り線２０によって表示部１４を前面部から容易に分離できる。切り取り線２０は裏面シート１７には達していず、該裏面シートは非粘着層１９によって粘着性裏面部１８に密着している。
裏面シート１７は切り取り線２０の内側にある２１で切り取られ、裏面シート１７の一部２４を粘着性裏面部１８から切り取り、裏面シート１７の残り部分２２を表示部１４に密着させたままとし、ボトル１２にラベル１０を貼り付ける。切り込み部(cut)２１は切り取り線２０の内側にあり、粘着性のある細いストリップ(strip)２５が表示部１４の端部の下側に貼り付けられたままとなる。
ストリップ２５の粘着剤は粘着性裏面部１８の残り部分より粘着力が弱い。実際、最適な形状の刻印や鋳型でストリップを型押しすることによってストリップ２５の粘着剤は減少し、粘着性裏面部１８の該部分２５の粘着力は弱くなる。
使用の際には、図４〜７に最もわかりやすく示す通り、容器に入ったワインまたは他の製品は本発明のラベル１０でラベリングされ、該ラベルは、ラベリング証印を表示するための前面部１６を有し、ワインを識別するための表示部１４、粘着性裏面部１８および粘着性裏面部１８に密着する非粘着性裏面シート１７を備える。図５に示す通り、裏面シート１７の一部２４は粘着性裏面部１８からはがされ、裏面シート１７の残り部分２２が表示部１４に接着したままとなる。裏面シート１７の一部２４がはがされる時に露出する粘着性裏面部１８によって、ラベル１０はボトルに貼り付けられる。図６および７に示す通り、ラベル１０がボトルに貼り付けられる場合、表示部１４は前面部１６から容易に分離可能であり、ラベル１０の一部２３はボトルに貼り付けられたままの状態となる。
粘着力が弱まった端部２５はラベル１０の残り部分よりも弱い粘着力で容器に貼り付けられているので、表示部１４を裏面シート残り部分２２とともに容易にはがすことができる。
上記は本発明の説明的な例として示され、種々の改良及び変更が可能であることは当業者には明白であり、本発明の広範囲な意図はここに示されている。
Claims (3)
- ラベリング証印を表示するための前面部と、
実質的に前面部の片面を覆う粘着性裏面部と、
粘着性裏面部に密着する非粘着性裏面シートと、
製品を識別するための表示部と、
表示部を構成し、ラベルが容器に貼り付けられている場合に、前面部から容易に分離可能である前面部の１部と、
粘着性裏面部からはがすことが可能であって、裏面シートの残りを表示部に貼り付けたままにする裏面シートの１部とを備え、
前記裏面シートが切り取られると、上記表示部に貼り付けられたままの裏面シートの残り部分が表示部より小さくなり、
より大きな表示部が裏面シートのより小さな残り部分をこえて延在しているところの粘着剤の粘着力が粘着性裏面部よりも弱いことを特徴とする製品の容器に貼るラベル。 - 上記表示部が、表示部に貼り付けられたままの裏面シートの残り部分の周りに延在する端部を形成することを特徴とする請求項１に記載のラベル。
- 端部の粘着剤が型押しされ、粘着力が弱くなっていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のラベル。
