Claims (9)
- 光ファイバ構造物を処理するように構成されるフレーム溶射装置に液体を供給するための方法であって、
液体が、加圧されていない空間に実質的に一定の流量で供給され、
液体の圧力を液体に作用する重力によって発生させ、
液体を、実質的に一定の圧力と一定の流量とで、フレーム溶射に供給させることを特徴とする方法。 - 液体の圧力は、液体が第一平面から圧力を発生させる圧力発生部(1)に供給され、前記圧力発生部の、第一平面よりも下方に位置する第二平面から取り除かれるように、発生させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 光ファイバ構造物を処理するために設けられたフレーム溶射装置において液体を供給するための液体供給装置であって、
液体の圧力を発生させるための圧力発生部(1)であって、該圧力発生部内で、液体に作用する重力によって圧力が発生する圧力発生部(1)と、
圧力発生部(1)内の加圧されていない空間に、液体を実質的に一定の流量で供給するための投入部(2)と、
実質的に一定の圧力と一定の流量とで、液体をフレーム溶射に供給するための、圧力発生部(1)の出口チャネルとを、少なくとも含むことを特徴とする液体供給装置。 - 圧力発生部(1)において、液体の出口平面は液体の入口平面よりも下方に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の液体供給装置。
- 圧力発生部(1)において、液体のレベルを求めるための監視部材(5a)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4記載の液体供給装置。
- 圧力発生部(1)において、液体の圧力を求めるための圧力センサ(5b)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4記載の液体供給装置。
- 光ファイバ構造物を処理するためのフレーム溶射装置であって、液体供給装置を備える液体供給装置において、
実質的に一定の流量で、液体を加圧されていない空間に供給するための投入部(2)と、
液体の圧力を発生させるための圧力発生部(1)であって、該圧力発生部内で、液体に作用する重力によって圧力が発生する圧力発生部(1)と、
実質的に一定の圧力と一定の流量とで、液体をフレーム溶射プロセスに供給するための出口チャネルとを、少なくとも含むことを特徴とするフレーム溶射装置。 - 圧力発生部(1)は、フレーム溶射装置に対して実質的に固定されて配置され、圧力発生部において、液体の入口平面は液体の出口平面よりも実質的に上方に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のフレーム溶射装置。
- フレーム溶射装置は、ファイバ予備成形物を処理することが企図されていることを特徴とする、請求項7または8記載のフレーム溶射装置。
