Abstract
Description
1.タービン・ブレードの改善された熱伝達特性、これにより、タービン系を断熱条件により近づけることができる;
2.エンジンのすべての燃焼帯域における改善された磨耗特性。
本発明は、産業用タービンおよびジェットエンジンにおける錯体形成添加剤の使用に関する。表面形成剤物質の一つの特性は、多様な通常の炭化水素燃料における使用のその容易さである。表面形成剤は、ガソリン、ディーゼル燃料または航空ディーゼル(JP−4およびその他)のいずれかとおよび天然ガス中に直接混合させるために配合することができる。燃料ガスの圧力は、4〜10気圧の範囲にあり、本表面形成剤は、20〜500気圧の圧力の範囲でガス流中に注入される。この方法で表面形成剤を注入することにより、表面形成剤はコロイド状態でガス流に流入する。

本発明による添加剤を、それを燃焼帯域に導入する前に、天然ガス動力10MWゼネラルエレクトリック社ガスタービンのガス燃焼管中に注入する。燃料ガス/表面形成剤比を6時間測定の間一定に保持するディジタル制御注入器を配合用に用いる、すなわち、30〜60mlの添加剤を100Nm3の天然ガス中に蒸発させる。ガスタービンの排気を常時記録する。未燃焼炭化水素のレベルは、出発時の25〜35ppm値から0.1ppm未満まで低下する。一酸化炭素の量は、出発時の0.01%値から機器の測定範囲未満まで低下する。窒素酸化物(NOX)の量は、出発時の80〜90ppm値から2ppm未満まで低下する。
実施例1のガスタービンを用いて、錯体が一層蒸発のしにくいディーゼル燃料中に溶解するような手法で72時間にわたり、実験を繰り返す。この手法により、大きな粒径の添加剤が燃焼帯域に入り、より高い粘度およびより弱い蒸気−液体比に由来して、燃焼帯域の効率を低下させる。それにも拘わらず、タービンは測定の間一段と厳しい排気要求事項に適合した。
炭素鋼片を、添加剤あり/添加剤なしで、6時間にわたり、1100〜1300℃、標準条件下でガス炎により加熱する。1/1280比でのガス中の錯体化合物の添加は、スケール形成および腐食の両方において肉眼で見ることのできる違いをもたらす。
DAFトラックの燃料に混合される表面形成剤の効果を調査する。トラックの燃料消費を、ディジタル機器(これは連続的に対象距離と消費量を記録することができる)で監視する。消費量が出発時33〜44l/100kmから36〜38l/100kmに低減することは、添付文書から明白である(ボッシュ(BOSCH)社のダイアグラム、図4)。

- 燃料中および/または燃焼に必要な空気中に混合されることにより錯体形成物質が燃焼帯域中に導入されることを含む、燃焼帯域表面形成のためのアルカリ−燐−窒素−金属錯体の適用方法。
- 前記燃焼帯域がディーゼルエンジンの燃焼帯域であることを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
- 前記燃焼帯域がガソリンエンジンの燃焼帯域であることを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
- 前記燃焼帯域が産業用タービンの燃焼帯域であることを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
- 前記燃焼帯域がジェットエンジンの燃焼帯域であることを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
- 前記燃焼帯域が熱処理炉の燃焼帯域であることを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
- 前記燃焼帯域が石炭加熱ボイラーの燃焼帯域であることを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
- 前記燃焼帯域が廃棄物バーナーの燃焼帯域であることを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
- 錯体形成添加剤を原油蒸留製品中に溶解することを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
- 錯体形成添加剤を水中に溶解することを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
- 鉄錯化剤の代わりに、保護しようとする表面のAl、Ni、Cr原子からアルカリ金属−燐−窒素−錯体を形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の適用方法。
