Claims (10)
- 基板及びその基板に印刷された少なくとも2つの層を含む電気化学センサを製造する方法であって、
前記基板のウエブを、第1の印刷ステーション、第2の印刷ステーション、前記両印刷ステーションの間に配置された乾燥ステーション、及び前記乾燥ステーションと前記第2の印刷ステーションとの間に配置された冷却ステーションを通過させるステップと、
前記基板が前記第1の印刷ステーションを通過する時に、導電インキ組成物を前記基板に適用して、前記基板上に導電インキの層を印刷するステップであって、前記導電インキ組成物が、グラファイト、カーボンブラック、樹脂、及び少なくとも1種類の溶媒を含み、グラファイトのカーボンブラックに対する重量比が4:1〜1:4の範囲であり、グラファイトとカーボンブラックの合計の樹脂に対する重量比が10:1〜1:1の範囲である、前記ステップと、
前記乾燥ステーションで前記基板上の前記第1の導電インキ層を乾燥させるステップと、
前記基板が第2の印刷ステーションを通過して前記基板上に第2の層を印刷する前に、前記冷却ステーションで前記印刷された基板を冷却するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記導電インキ組成物中の前記溶媒の沸点が120℃〜250℃の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記導電インキ組成物中のグラファイト粒子の大きさが約15μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥ステップで、前記基板上に適用された前記導電インキ組成物を約140℃で乾燥させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥ステップで、前記基板上に適用された前記導電インキ組成物を60m3/分の気流で乾燥させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥ステップの時間が30秒〜60秒の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記通過させるステップと前記印刷するステップが連続ウエブ工程で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
