Abstract

En tiykkfargesammensetning for fremstilling av elektrokjemiske sensorer er beskrevet, som omfatter grafitt, kjønrøk, en harpiks og minst et oppløsningsmiddel (f. eks. minst et oppløsnings-middel med et kokepunkt mellom 120 °C og 250 °C). Trykkfargesammensetningen har et vektforhold mellom grafitt og kjønrøk i området fra 4:1 til 1:4 og et vektforhold mellom en sum av grafitt og kjønrøk til harpiks i et område fra 10:1 til 1:1. Det er videre beskrevet en fremgangs-måte for fremstilling av en elektrokjemisk sensor som omfatter transport av en substratbane forbi minst en trykkestasjon og trykking av minst en elektrokjemisk sensorelektrode på substratbanen ved trykkestasjonen(e). Trykkingen oppnås ved å påføre en trykkfargesammensetning på substratbanen, hvor trykkfargesammensetningen omfatter grafitt, kjønrøk, en harpiks og minst et oppløsningsmiddel. I tillegg er vektforholdet mellom grafitt og kjønrøk i trykkfargesammen-setningen i et område på fra 4:1 til 1:4 og et vektforhold mellom en sum av grafitt og kjønrøk til harpiks er i et område på fra 10:1 til 1:1.
