- a)織布または不織布のパターンの不連続の交差位置で、互いに交差する糸を有する布のためにベース基板を準備する工程と、
b)液滴で制御する方法で、複数のあらかじめ選択された不連続の交差位置に、前記ベース基板上にポリマー樹脂材料を置いて、前記不連続の交差位置で前記糸を接着し、前記布に寸法安定性を提供する工程と、
c)前記ポリマー樹脂材料を部分的に設置する工程とを含む、製紙用機械の、または工業布。 - 前記液滴の公称直径は、10μm(10ミクロン)以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)およびc)は、前記ベース基板に渡って横に延在する連続のベルト上で連続的に行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)およびc)は、前記ベース基板のまわりで縦に延在する連続の細長い切れ上で連続して行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)およびc)は、前記ベース基板のまわりで螺旋状に行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース基板は織布であり、工程b)で、前記ベース基板上の前記あらかじめ選択された不連続の交差位置は、前記糸によって形成されたナックルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース基板は不織布であり、工程b)では、前記ベース基板上の前記不連続の交差位置は、前記ベース基板の横糸が縦糸の上を横切る、またはその逆の交差点である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、ランダムまたは一定のパターンで置かれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)で、前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、少なくとも1つのコンピュータ制御されたピエゾノズルを含むピエゾノズル配列によって置かれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)は、i)リアルタイムで前記ベース基板の表面を確認して、所望の不連続の交差位置を見つけ、かつその上への前記ポリマー樹脂材料の堆積を生じる工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記確認工程は、リアルタイムでディジタル画像カメラと連動して作動するファーストパターンレコグナイザ(FPR)プロセッサによって行なわれる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記堆積工程は、前記FPRプロセッサに接続されたピエゾノズル配列によって行なわれる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、
1.ホットメルトおよび水硬化ホットメルトと、
2.ウレタンとエポキシ樹脂に基づく2部反応系と、
3.ウレタン類、ポリエステル類、ポリエーテル類およびシリコーン類から生じる、反応性アクリレートモノマーおよびアクリレートオリゴマーからなるフォトポリマー組成物と、
4.アクリル類およびポリウレタン類を含む水性ラテックス、分散液および粒子が充満された塗料からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記硬化工程は、熱源、冷気または化学線の酸に、前記ポリマー樹脂材料を曝すことにより行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピエゾノズル配列は、複数の個別のコンピュータ制御されるピエゾノズルを含み、前記コンピュータ制御されるピエゾノズルのいくつかは、他の個別のコンピュータ制御されるピエゾノズルが、異なるポリマー樹脂材料を置くとともに、1つのポリマー樹脂材料を置く、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース基板に置かれた前記ポリマー樹脂材料を磨耗して、前記ベース基板の平面上に前記ポリマー樹脂材料を一定の厚さで供給する任意の工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 織布または不織布のパターンの不連続の交差位置で、互いに交差する糸を有するベース基板と、
前記布に寸法安定性を提供するように前記不連続の交差位置で前記糸を一緒に接着するための、あらかじめ選択された不連続の交差位置の、ポリマー樹脂材料の複数の不連続の堆積とを含む製紙用機械の、または工業布。 - 前記ベース基板は、縦横糸の織布であり、前記不連続の交差位置は、前記糸によって形成されたナックルである、請求項17に記載の製紙用機械の、または工業布。
- 前記ベース基板は、縦横糸の不織布であり、前記不連続の交差位置は、横糸が縦糸の上を横切る、またはその逆の交差点である、請求項17に記載の製紙用機械の、または工業布。
- a)側端を越えて延在する糸を含む側縁を有する細長い布を含む布のためのベース基板を提供し、細長い布の隣接する巻きの側縁が、隣接する細長い切れを覆う側縁と互いに接する工程と、
b)側縁の糸が、制御する方法で、液滴中で隣接する細長い切れの糸と重なり合って、前記糸および順番に細長い布を接着する、複数のあらかじめ選択された不連続の位置で、前記側縁にポリマー樹脂材料を置く工程と、
c)前記ポリマー樹脂材料を部分的に設置する工程とを含む、製紙用機械の、または工業布の製造方法。 - 前記液滴の公称直径は、10μm(10ミクロン)以上である、請求項20に記載の方法。

- 前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、ランダムまたは一定のパターンで置かれる、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 工程b)で、前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、少なくとも1つのコンピュータ制御されたピエゾノズルを含むピエゾノズル配列によって置かれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)は、i)リアルタイムで前記ベース基板の表面を確認して、所望の不連続の交差位置を見つけ、かつその上への前記ポリマー樹脂材料の堆積を生じる工程を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記確認工程は、リアルタイムでディジタル画像カメラと連動して作動するファーストパターンレコグナイザ(FPR)プロセッサによって行なわれる、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記堆積工程は、前記FPRプロセッサに接続されたピエゾノズル配列によって行なわれる、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、
1.ホットメルトおよび水硬化ホットメルトと、
2.ウレタンとエポキシ樹脂に基づく2部反応系と、
3.ウレタン類、ポリエステル類、ポリエーテル類およびシリコーン類から生じる、反応性アクリレートモノマーおよびアクリレートオリゴマーからなるフォトポリマー組成物と、
4.アクリル類およびポリウレタン類を含む水性ラテックス、分散液および粒子が充満された塗料からなる群から選択される、請求項20に記載の方法。 - 前記硬化工程は、熱源、冷気または化学線の酸に、前記ポリマー樹脂材料を曝すことにより行なわれる、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記ピエゾノズル配列は、複数の個別のコンピュータ制御されるピエゾノズルを含み、前記コンピュータ制御されるピエゾノズルのいくつかは、他の個別のコンピュータ制御されるピエゾノズルが、異なるポリマー樹脂材料を置くとともに、1つのポリマー樹脂材料を置く、請求項27に記載の方法。
- さらに、置かれた前記ポリマー樹脂材料を磨耗し、前記ポリマー樹脂材料を一定の厚さで供給する任意の工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 側端を越えて延在する糸を含む側縁を有する細長い布を含み、細長い布の隣接する巻きの側縁が、隣接する細長い切れを覆う側縁と互いに接する、布のベース基板と、
側縁の糸が、制御する方法で、液滴中で隣接する細長い切れの糸と重なり合って、前記糸および順番に細長い布を接着する、複数のあらかじめ選択された不連続の位置で、前記側縁に置かれたポリマー樹脂材料とを含む、製紙用機械の、または工業布。 - 前記細長い布は、反対に配置された側縁を含み、細長い布の隣接する巻きの側縁は、それぞれの側縁のそれぞれの糸が重なり合う複数の位置である、あらかじめ選択された不連続の位置と重なり合う、請求項35に記載の製紙用機械の、または工業布。
- a)織布または不織布のパターンの不連続の交差位置で、互いに交差する糸を有する布のためにベース基板を準備する工程と、
b)制御方法で、液滴で複数のあらかじめ選択された不連続の交差位置に、前記ベース基板上にポリマー樹脂材料を置く工程と、

d)不連続の位置で、前記ベース布を覆って、ラミネート層材料を置いて接着する工程とを含む、製紙用機械の、または工業布を製造する方法。 - 前記液滴の公称直径は、10μm(10ミクロン)以上である、請求項37に記載の方法。
- 工程b)およびc)は、前記ベース基板に渡って横に延在する連続のベルト上で連続的に行なわれる、請求項37に記載の方法。

- 前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、
1.ホットメルトおよび水硬化ホットメルトと、
2.ウレタンとエポキシ樹脂に基づく2部反応系と、
3.ウレタン類、ポリエステル類、ポリエーテル類およびシリコーン類から生じる、反応性アクリレートモノマーおよびアクリレートオリゴマーからなるフォトポリマー組成物と、

- 織布または不織布のパターンの不連続の交差位置で、互いに交差する糸を有するベース基板と、
あらかじめ選択された不連続の交差位置の、ポリマー樹脂材料の複数の不連続の堆積と、
前記不連続の位置での前記ベース基板に接着されたラミネートの層とを含む製紙用機械の、または工業布。 - 前記ベース基板は、縦横糸の織布であり、前記不連続の交差位置は、前記糸によって形成されたナックルである、請求項51に記載の製紙用機械の、または工業布。
- 前記ベース基板は、縦横糸の不織布であり、前記不連続の交差位置は、横糸が縦糸の上を横切る、またはその逆の交差点である、請求項51に記載の製紙用機械の、または工業布。
- a)ベース基板を提供する工程と、
b)制御方法で、液滴で複数のあらかじめ選択された不連続の位置に、前記ベース基板上にポリマー樹脂材料を置く工程と、
c)前記ポリマー樹脂材料を部分的に設置する工程と
d)不連続の交差位置で、前記ベース布を覆って、ラミネート層材料を置いて接着する工程とを含む、製紙用機械の、または工業布を製造する方法。 - 織布、不織布、螺旋形成、螺旋リンク、ニット、メッシュ、MDヤーン配列、CDヤーン配列、該細長い切れの幅より大きな幅を有する構造を形成するように最終的に巻かれる材料の細長い切れ、または綿を含むベース基板から実質的になる群から選択されるベース基板を提供する工程を含む、請求項55に記載の方法。
- ベース基板と、
あらかじめ選択された位置の、ポリマー樹脂材料の複数の不連続の堆積と、
前記不連続の位置での前記ベース基板に接着されたラミネートの層とを含む製紙用機械の、または工業布。 - さらに、織布、不織布、螺旋形成、螺旋リンク、ニット、メッシュ、MDヤーン配列、CDヤーン配列、該細長い切れの幅より大きな幅を有する構造を形成するように最終的に巻かれる材料の細長い切れ、または綿を含むベース基板から実質的になる群から選択されるベース基板を含む、請求項57に記載の製紙用機械または工業布。
- MDヤーン配列またはCDヤーン配列を含むベース基板と、
前記布に寸法安定性を提供するように前記不連続の位置で前記アレイで、糸を一緒に接着するための、あらかじめ選択された位置の、ポリマー樹脂材料の複数の不連続の堆積とを含む、製紙用機械の、または工業布。 - 前記布に接着される綿の層を含む、請求項59に記載の製紙用機械の、または工業布。
