R2は潤滑有機部分からなる基であり、
但し、m+nの合計は前記中心原子の配位数であり、
nは整数≧1であり、且つ
mは整数≧1である) - R1が、12個未満の炭素原子、好ましくは6個未満の炭素原子、最も好ましくは3個未満の炭素原子を有するアルコキシ基である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- R1がキレート基である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記キレート基が、ヒドロキシ酢酸の残基(−O(O=C)−CH2O−)又はエチレングリコールの残基(−OCH2CH2O−)である、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- R2が、6〜30個の間の炭素原子、好ましくは10〜24個の間の炭素原子を含み、N、O、S、及びPからなる群から選択される1個以上のヘテロ原子を任意選択で含む有機基である、請求項4から7までのいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記R2基が、線状、分枝状、環状、又は芳香族である、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記R2基が、アルキル、エーテル、エステル、ホスホアルキル、リン脂質、又はホスホアミンからなる群から選択される鎖である、請求項8から9までのいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記R2が、ホスファト、ピロホスファト、又はホスフィトからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 前記化合物が、アルキル−アルコキシシラン及びポリエーテル−アルコキシシランからなる群から選択される、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記化合物が、オクチル−トリメトキシシラン、ヘキサデシル−トリメトキシシラン、ポリエチレンエーテル−トリメトキシシラン、イソプロピル−トリイソステアリールチタネート、イソプロピル−トリ(ジオクチル)ホスファトチタネート、ネオペンチル(ジアリル)オキシ−トリネオデカノイルジルコネート、ネオペンチル(ジアリル)オキシ−トリ(ジオクチル)ホスファトジルコネート、及びジイソブチル−アセトアセチルアルミネートからなる群から選択される、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記鉄ベースの粒子の前記絶縁性無機コーティングがリンをベースとする、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記鉄ベースのコア粒子が本質的に純粋な鉄からなる、請求項1から14までのいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記鉄ベースのコア粒子の5%未満が45μmよりも小さいサイズを有する、請求項1から15までのいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記鉄ベースのコア粒子の少なくとも40%、好ましくは少なくとも60%が、約106μmを超える粒径を有する粒子からなる、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記鉄ベースのコア粒子の少なくとも20%、好ましくは少なくとも40%、最も好ましくは少なくとも60%が、約212μmを超える粒径を有する粒子からなる、請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載の粉末組成物。
- 前記化合物の量が、0.05〜0.5重量%、好ましくは0.07〜0.45重量%、最も好ましくは0.08〜0.4重量%の量で存在する、請求項1から18までのいずれか一項に記載の化合物を含む組成物。
- 特定の潤滑剤、結合剤、又は流動促進剤などの添加剤と任意選択で混合する、請求項1から19までのいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも7.45g/cm3の密度を有する軟磁性複合材料を調製するための方法であって、
請求項1から20までのいずれか一項に記載の鉄又は鉄ベースの粉末組成物を準備するステップと、
得られた軟磁性粉末組成物を、少なくとも約800MPaの圧縮成形圧力で、ダイで一軸方向に圧縮成形するステップと、
圧縮成形器具から焼結前の本体を突き出すステップと、
前記圧縮成形した本体を任意選択で熱処理するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記圧縮成形を、少なくとも約900MPa、より好ましくは少なくとも1000MPa、最も好ましくは約1100MPaの圧力で実施する、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄心粉末の粒径が、請求項16から18までのいずれか一項で定義した通りである、請求項21又は22に記載の方法。
