Claims (7)
- (a)小孔スクリーンの一方の面に位置する繊維を保持する真空手段を反対面に配置させた小孔スクリーンの前記一方の面に少なくとも13容積%の強化用繊維を堆積させ、
(b)前記小孔スクリーンの前記強化用繊維と同じ側の面に樹脂マトリックス材料を堆積させ(ここで前記小孔スクリーンの反対面に配置させた真空手段は前記スクリーンの片面に位置する繊維と共に樹脂マトリックス材料を保持する)、
(c)前記スクリーンの表面において前記樹脂マトリックス材料を前記強化用繊維に接着できるように充分に前記樹脂マトリックス材料を加熱して、樹脂及び繊維構造体を形成せしめ、
(d)前記樹脂及び繊維構造体を冷却してニアネットプリプレグを形成せしめ、加熱し、強化することによって均一な複合体部分を生成せしめ、そして
(e)形成されたプリプレグを、(i)高温乾燥ガスを通過させるための入口及び出口を有する閉鎖容器中にプリプレグを入れ;そして(ii)前記閉鎖容器中のプリプレグに高温乾燥ガスを通すことによって乾燥させる
ことを含んでなる複合物品の製造に使用するのに適したニアネットプリプレグの製造方法。 - 小孔スクリーン上にベール材料を置く工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成されたプリプレグ上にベール材料を置く工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂マトリックス材料が環状オリゴマーである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- マトリックス樹脂材料の加熱及び堆積をフレーム溶射装置を用いて実施する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 形成されたプリプレグの表面をリブ形状構造体と接触させ、そしてそのリブ形状構造体をプリプレグに堆積させて、リブ形状のプリプレグ部材を形成させる工程を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (a)請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ及び(b)ベール材料を含んでなる組成構造体。
