Abstract
【解決手段】偏心器(1)の外周に当接するピストン(2)を備えたラジアルピストンエンジンにおいて、それぞれハウジング(4、9)にて径方向外側に往復運動するように取り付けたガイドボディ(5)は前記ピストンと係合するように設け、入口溝・出口溝(19、20)を制御する制御要素(15)をシリンダカバー(9)内または対応するハウジング構成部品内に設け、前記出口溝(20)は、ハウジング(4、4’)の空洞空間(27)に連絡して設け、前記ピストン(2)により作動行程後に排出された流体は、ハウジングの空洞空間(27)を通じて搬送される。

Claims (5)
- 偏心器(1)の外周に当接するピストン(2)を設け、このピストンは、偏心器(1)を駆動軸(W)の軸周囲で回転運動すべく加圧流体の作用を径方向外側に受けるように設け、前記ピストンの加圧面は、制御要素(15)によりプレッシャパイプ(D)から断絶されるとともに、ピストンの作動行程後にはリターンパイプ(R)に連通するように設けたラジアルピストンエンジンにおいて、前記リターンパイプ(R)と前記ピストン(2)の加圧面との間には、ピストン(2)によって連結部(30)を介して流体が最小流動抵抗で排出される大容量の空洞空間(27)を設けたことを特徴とするラジアルピストンエンジン。
- 前記ハウジング(4)の前記リーク流体空間(27)は、空洞空間として設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラジアルピストンエンジン。
- 前記偏心器(1)の外周に当接する前記ピストン(2)は、それぞれハウジング(4、9)にて径方向外側に往復運動するように取り付けたガイドボディ(5)と係合するように設け、入口溝・出口溝(19、20)を制御する制御要素(15)は、シリンダカバー(9)内または対応するハウジング構成部品内に設け、前記出口溝(20)は、断面が大きな一つ以上のボア(30)および/またはその合計により断面が大きな複数のボアによりハウジング(4)の空洞空間(27)に連通していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のラジアルピストンエンジン。
- 前記ガイドボディ(5)と枢着連結する前記制御要素(15)は、前記入口溝および出口溝(19、20)を調整するためシリンダカバー(9)内または対応するハウジング構成部品内で調節可能にガイドされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のラジアルピストンエンジン。
- 前記ピストンに作用する流体の前記入口溝および出口溝は、ロッド形状の制御要素(15)周囲の環状溝(19、20)として設計されており、また、出口溝を構成する前記環状溝(20)は、前記ボア(30)をハウジングの空洞空間(27)へ案内することを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載のラジアルピストンエンジン。
