Claims (6)
- 移動部材(8)の一部(9)に磁気的単一体を構成する手段(27、34)と前記一部を感知する滑動可能なスリーブとを備え、前記スリーブは、少なくとも1個の環状のコイル(20、21)と、複数の環状の磁極片(24,25)の間で共通の軸上に配置された環状の永久磁石(22、23)とを含むことを特徴とする移動部材用速度センサー。
- 前記移動部材(8)の位置とは無関係にコイルが線形信号を提供するように、前記磁気的単一体(27、34)、前記コイル(20、21)および前記永久磁石(22、23)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の速度センサー。
- 前記スリーブが2個のコイル(20、21)を有し、管状の胴体(17)は、共通の軸上の相反する位置に装着された2個の磁気アセンブリ(18、19)を有し、前記磁気アセンブリは、スペーサー(28)により分離され、各々の前記磁気アセンブリは、前記2個のコイルの一方を有すると共に、前記スペーサーから離れた側で、前記磁極片(24、25)の一方を有しており、これによって、前記スペーサー、前記コイルおよび前記磁極片は、前記磁気的単一体を提供する前記移動部材(8)の一部(9)を滑動可能に感知するためのハウジング(26)を形成することを特徴とする請求項2記載の速度センサー。
- 前記スリーブが2個の永久磁石(22、23)を有しており、各々の磁気アセンブリ(18、19)が、前記コイル(20、21)の周囲に装着された永久磁石と一緒に、前記2個の永久磁石の一方を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の速度センサー。
- 前記磁気的単一体を構成する手段が、前記移動部材(8)の非磁性部分に取り付けられた強磁性体の挿入物(27)を有することを特徴とする請求項1の速度センサー。
- 前記磁気的単一体を構成する手段が、移動部材(8)の強磁性部分に形成された外側の溝部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の速度センサー。
