図7は、S字形の横断面を有する環状のシール部材の配置を示す断面図である。
Claims (8)
- ピストン式内燃機関の吸気通路に用いられる付加制御弁装置であって、ポータルマグネット(1)とキャッチマグネット(2)との間で長手方向軸線の方向に可逆式に運動可能に案内された弁部材(3)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、ポータルマグネット(1)がハウジング(4)内に配置されており、該ハウジング(4)の、前記弁部材(3)に面した側に、環状のシール部材(5)が配置されていることを特徴とする、ピストン式内燃機関の吸気通路に用いられる付加制御弁装置。
- 前記シール部材(5)が一方の側で金属製の成形インサート(6)によって仕切られており、該成形インサート(6)がハウジング(4)に固定されている、請求項1記載の付加制御弁装置。
- 前記シール部材(5)が環状の溝(7)内に配置されている、請求項1または2記載の付加制御弁装置。
- 前記環状の溝(7)が、ハウジング(4)に所属する別の金属製の成形インサート(6′)内に完全に配置されている、請求項3記載の付加制御弁装置。
- 前記環状のシール部材(5)が突起(5′)を有しており、前記環状の溝(7)が、前記突起(5′)に対して相補的に形成された切欠き(7′)を有している、請求項3または4記載の付加制御弁装置。
- 前記シール部材(5)としてフラットリングパッキンが配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の付加制御弁装置。
- 前記シール部材(5)としてリップパッキンが配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の付加制御弁装置。
- 前記シール部材(5)がS字形の横断面を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の付加制御弁装置。
