Abstract
Description
− 対向交通に対するロービームライトの視界範囲が狭く、多くの運転者が、不適切な判断をする。このことにより、照らされていない障害物、歩行者、明かりをつけずに自転車に乗っているヒト、及び動物、したがって事故を認識するのが遅くなる。
− 対向車両のヘッドライト及びその反射により、特に車道が濡れている場合、運転者の目がくらみ、運転者は、瞬間的にブラックホールに入り込む。夜盲症及び年配の運転者は、視力がより低いので、特に危険である。
− 雨、霧、及び吹雪の場合には、視界条件が、さらに一層悪くなることがある。
Claims (19)
- 複数の半導体光源によって形成された、自動車で使用するための、広帯域照明装置であって、
前記半導体光源の一部分が、可視波長領域内の光を放出し、
前記半導体光源の他の部分が、非可視波長領域内の光を放出する広帯域照明装置であって、
前記半導体光源の少なくともいくつかが、個々の放出特性を生成するために、個々に又は群毎に光学装置に割り当てられることを特徴とする広帯域照明装置。 - 前記半導体光源の少なくとも一部分が、発光ダイオード又は半導体レーザであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 非可視波長領域内の光を放出する前記半導体光源が、赤外線又は紫外線の波長領域内の光を放出することを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 前記複数の半導体光源が、可視波長領域内の光を放出することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 前記複数の半導体光源が、非可視波長領域内の光を放出することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 前記光学装置の光進入開口部が、細長く、基本的に矩形であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 前記光学装置が、二次元平面への投影が円筒形の二次元のデカルトの楕円に対応する中央領域を、前記光進入区域に垂直に有し、
前記中央領域が、放物面反射装置と組み合わせられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の広帯域照明装置。 - 前記半導体光源に割り当てられた前記光学装置の少なくとも一部が、異なる放出特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 複数の半導体光源が、個々の光学装置に割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 可視光用の前記照明装置の放出挙動が、非可視光用の前記照明装置の放出挙動とは異なることを特徴とする請求項8あるいは9に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 前記半導体光源を個々に、又は群毎に個々に駆動するための手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 前記半導体光源を個々に、又は群毎に、異なる強度で駆動するための手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- 前記照明装置が、通信システム及び/又は距離測定用システムに接続されることを特徴とする請求項11あるいは12に記載の広帯域照明装置。
- それぞれ、少なくとも1つの半導体光源、特に発光ダイオードが割り当てられた個々の光学装置からなるアレイによって形成された、広帯域照明装置を操作する方法であって、
可視波長領域内の光が、前記半導体光源の一部分によって放出され、
非可視波長領域内の光が、前記半導体光源の他の部分によって放出される広帯域照明装置を操作する方法であって、
前記半導体光源が、個々に又は群毎に個々に駆動され得ることを特徴とする広帯域照明装置を操作する方法。 - 前記半導体光源が、個々に又は群毎に、異なる強度で駆動され得ることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の広帯域照明装置を操作する方法。
- 非可視波長領域内の光を放出する前記半導体光源の、光の放射が、通信信号によってパルス化又は変調され得ることを特徴とする請求項14あるいは15に記載の広帯域照明装置を操作する方法。
- 距離測定及び/又は視界範囲を判断するために、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の広帯域照明装置を使用する方法。
- アクティブな赤外線又は紫外線の周囲照明に基づいて動作する、夜間視界を向上するためのシステムにおける請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の広帯域照明装置の使用。
- 自動車の車両間通信システムとしての、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の広帯域照明装置の使用。
