Abstract
Description
(b)前記少なくとも1つのポリアミド(a)と不相溶性である、極性官能基を有する少なくとも1つのグラフト化フルオロポリマーと
の溶融混合ブレンドを含む、油およびガス用途における物質の輸送での使用に好適なパイプおよびライナーであって、
前記ポリアミド(a)が連続マトリックス相中にあり、かつ、前記フルオロポリマー(b)が、前記連続相中に埋め込まれる材料の多数の薄い実質的に平行な重なり合う層の形で不連続分散相中に存在するパイプおよびライナーが本明細書で開示され、特許請求される。
Claims (18)
- (a)少なくとも1つのポリアミドと、
(b)前記少なくとも1つのポリアミド(a)と不相溶性である、極性官能基を有する少なくとも1つのグラフト化フルオロポリマーと
の溶融混合ブレンドを含む、油およびガス用途における物質の輸送での使用に好適なパイプまたはライナーであって、
前記ポリアミド(a)が連続マトリックス相中にあり、かつ、前記フルオロポリマー(b)が、前記連続相中に埋め込まれる材料の多数の薄い実質的に平行な重なり合う層の形で不連続分散相中に存在することを特徴とするパイプまたはライナー。 - 極性官能基を有する前記少なくとも1つのグラフト化フルオロポリマーは、厚さが約0.5マイクロメートルよりも大きく、約50マイクロメートル未満の材料の層中に存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリアミドが、ポリカプロアミド、ポリ(11−アミノウンデカノアミド)、ポリドデカノアミド、ポリ(ヘキサメチレンセバカミド)、ポリ(ヘキサメチレンドデカノアミド)、およびポリ(ヘキサメチレンアジパミド)とポリカプロアミドとのコポリマーよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリアミドが、芳香族モノマーから部分的に誘導される非晶質ポリアミドコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 前記溶融混合ブレンドが、少なくとも1つの可塑剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 前記溶融混合ブレンドが、少なくとも1つの平滑剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 前記溶融混合ブレンドが、少なくとも1つの安定剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリアミドが、それぞれ約170℃〜270℃の範囲の融点を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリアミドが、それぞれ約180℃〜240℃の範囲の融点を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリアミドが約70〜95重量パーセントで存在し、かつ、極性官能基を有する前記少なくとも1つのグラフト化フルオロポリマーが約5〜30重量パーセントで存在し、ここで、すべての重量パーセントがポリアミドと極性官能基を有するグラフト化フルオロポリマーとの総量を基準にしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 極性官能基を有する前記少なくとも1つのグラフト化フルオロポリマーが、フルオロポリマー主鎖自身の上か側鎖上かのいずれかで、フルオロポリマーにグラフトされたカルボキシル部分を有するフルオロポリマーよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- 極性官能基を有する前記少なくとも1つのグラフト化フルオロポリマーが、フルオロポリマー主鎖自身の上か側鎖上かのいずれかで、フルオロポリマーにグラフトされたエポキシドを有するフルオロポリマーよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- フレキシブルパイプの形状の請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- ラインパイプの形状の請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- ダウンホールケーシングライナーの形状の請求項1に記載のライナー。
- ポリアミドおよび/またはフルオロポリマーを含む少なくとも1つの追加の共押出層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプまたはライナー。
- (a)少なくとも1つのポリアミドと、
(b)前記少なくとも1つのポリアミド(a)と不相溶性である、極性官能基を有する少なくとも1つのグラフト化フルオロポリマーと
の溶融混合ブレンドを含む燃料ラインであって、
前記ポリアミド(a)が連続マトリックス相中にあり、かつ、前記フルオロポリマー(b)が、前記連続相中に埋め込まれる材料の多数の薄い実質的に平行な重なり合う層の形で不連続分散相中に存在することを特徴とする燃料ライン。 - ポリアミドおよび/またはフルオロポリマーを含む少なくとも1つの追加の共押出層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の燃料ライン。
