Abstract
Description
1.Supersoil(登録商標)(下述するナツメヤシ廃棄物組成物からの成長媒体)

3.エビ農園沼からの廃棄物
Supersoil(登録商標)混合物は、550kgのピート、350kgのアブラヤシミルマッド、及び、細断されたナツメヤシ葉状体からの繊維lOOkgであるバランスからなった。これは、ゆっくり商業的なコンクリートミキサーで混合された。そして、混合の間、我々が10リットルの水中に1リットルの濃度の界面活性剤を添加した。これは、それに非常により良い保水性を与えるためにされた。最終製品は、他の成長媒体に隣接して大きいコンテナに置かれた。そして、制御成長テストは実施された。
Claims (16)
- a)ヤシ繊維状廃棄物を細断するステップと、b)細断されたパーム繊維状廃棄物と乾燥植物ミル廃液及びピートを混合するステップとを含むヤシ廃棄物の処理方法。
- ヤシ繊維状廃棄物は、アブラヤシ葉状体、空のアブラヤシふさ、アブラヤシ幹、アブラヤシ繊維及びアブラヤシふさから皮をむかれた殻からなる群から選択されるアブラヤシ廃棄物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ヤシ繊維状廃棄物は、ナツメヤシ葉状体、空のナツメヤシふさ、ナツメヤシ幹、ナツメヤシ繊維及びナツメヤシふさから皮をむかれた殻からなる群から選択されるナツメヤシ廃棄物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ヤシ繊維状廃棄物は、ココヤシ葉状体、ココヤシ幹及びココヤシ抜け殻からなる群から選択されるココヤシ廃棄物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ヤシ繊維状廃棄物材料が、2mm以上10mm以下の平均サイズに細断されたヤシ葉状体を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ヤシ繊維状廃棄物材料が、10mm以上50mm以下の平均サイズに細断されたヤシ幹を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ヤシ繊維状廃棄物材料が、2mm以上10mm以下の平均サイズに細断された空のヤシふさを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 乾燥直物ミルマッドは、乾燥サトウキビミルマッド、乾燥アブラヤシミル廃液及び乾燥ナツメヤシミル廃液からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ピートは、「非スプハグナム(sphagnum)ピート」である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ピートは、スゲ又は木から由来するピート、ココアピート、インドネシアピート及びマレーシアピートからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 細断されたヤシ繊維状廃棄物、乾燥植物ミル廃液及びピートは、回転ボールミキサーで混合される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 乾燥廃液及び細断された繊維状材料が、界面活性剤の存在下でピートと混合される、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 細断された繊維状ヤシ材料は、10容量%以上20容量%以下のブレンドに存在する、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 細断された繊維状ヤシ材料は、15%以上20%以下のブレンドに存在する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- ピートの体積:乾燥廃液の体積の体積比は、50:50以上75:25以下である、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ピートの体積:乾燥廃液の体積の体積比は、60:40以上70:30以下である、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。
