Abstract
Description
1)患者回路から気体の流路を変更する採取気道取付部、
2)患者回路内で気体を測定する主流気体測定気道取付部、特許文献2を参照されたい。
3)吸気アーム及び呼気アームを気管内挿入管又は気管チューブに連結するY字状取付部(Y部分取付部)、
4)外部の構成要素を人工呼吸器管路に連結するT字状取付部(T部分取付部)、
5)患者回路の直径を段階的に増加し又は減少させる直径設定取付部、及び
6)流量センサ、圧力センサ、温度センサ等のセンサの取付位置を患者回路に設けるセンサ取付部を含む。
Claims (20)
- (a)
(1)第1の端部、第2の端部並びに第1の端部及び第2の端部の内側に形成される第1の孔(83)を有する壁(82,160)と、
(2)壁に作動接続されて第2の孔(90)を内側に有しかつ第1の孔と軸方向に整合する突起(88,162,406)とを備えるほぼ管状の第1の部分(54,154,404)と、
(b)突起の端部を越えて延伸し第2の孔に連通して形成される第3の孔(108)を内部に含む第1の部分を有し、かつ突起に連結される長さ方向に圧縮可能な圧縮可能部材(100,184,402)と、
(c)管状の第1の部分の第1の端部に連結されるほぼ管状の第2の部分(56,156)とを備えることを特徴とする気道取付部構造体(50,150,400)。 - 圧縮可能部材は、突起上に配置され第1の部分に連結される第1のスカート部(102,188)を有する弾性スリーブを備える請求項2に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 第1の部分は、ほぼ涙状の部分(110)を備える請求項2に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 更に、圧縮可能部材は、
第1のスカート部から長さ方向に涙状部分の反対側に配置される第2のスカート部(118)と、
第2のスカート部内に収容される筒部を有する端部口金(122)と、筒部内に形成されかつ第3の孔に流体接続される端部口金孔とを備える請求項3に記載の気道取付部構造体。 - 更に、端部口金は、第2のスカート部の端部に当接して径方向に延伸するフランジ(126)を備える請求項4に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 圧縮可能部材の第1の部分は、少なくとも1つの蛇腹状波形折曲部(198,422)を備える請求項1に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 更に、第2の孔と管状の第2の端部の内部との間に流路を形成する第4の孔(70)と、第4の孔に開口しかつ気道取付部構造体の外側に延伸する採取口(68)を含む検体支管構造体(66)とを有する採取部(58)を備える請求項1に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 更に、気道取付部に組立てられる管状取付部(52,152)を備え、管状取付部は、第4の孔(254)及び軸方向流路(260)を内部に形成する本体部(250)を有し、第4の孔は、第1の端部(259)から延伸して本体部内の端壁(258)で終端し、軸方向流路は、端壁の一部内に開口し、圧縮可能部材が圧縮状態になるように端壁は、圧縮可能部材に当接して、管状取付部と気道取付部とが連結され、圧縮可能部材の端部と軸方向流路の外縁周囲の端壁との間に密封構造を形成する請求項1に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 第4の孔を包囲する管状取付部の本体部は、第1の端部からの距離が増加するように小径から大径となるテーパ状に形成される外面を有する外壁を備え、気道取付部の第1の部分は、第1の端部からの距離が増加するように大径から小径となるテーパ状に形成される内面を備え、管状取付部の外面と気道取付部の内面とが摩擦嵌合して、管状取付部を気道取付部に連結する請求項8に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- (a)第1の端部、第2の端部並びに第1の端部及び第2の端部の内部に形成される第1の孔を有するほぼ管状の第1の部分(54,154,304,404,504)と、
(b)管状の第1の部分に作動接続される第1の端部及び第1の端部に対向する第2の自由端部を有し、かつ第1の孔内に配置される長さ方向に圧縮可能な圧縮可能部材(100,184,302,402,502)と、
(c)管状の第1の部分の第1の端部に連結されるほぼ管状の第2の部分(56,156,506)とを備え、圧縮可能部材(100,184,302,402,502)は、第1の端部から第2の端部まで圧縮可能部材(100,184,302,402,502)の内部に形成される第2の孔を備えることを特徴とする気道取付部構造体(50,150,300,400,500)。 - 圧縮可能部材は、第1の端部に配置されるフランジ(308,414)を備え、管状の第1の部分の第1の端部に設けられる第1の孔及びフランジは、フランジが第1の孔の壁に摩擦嵌合するように形成され、圧縮可能部材を第1の孔内の適所に保持する請求項10に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 更に、圧縮可能部材の第1の端部と第1の孔の壁との間に配置され、圧縮可能部材を第1の孔内の適所に保持する摩擦嵌合部材を備える請求項10に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 圧縮可能部材は、第1の端部に形成される第1のスカート部を有する弾性スリーブを備える請求項10に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 第1の端部は、ほぼ涙状の部分(110)を備える請求項13に記載の気道取付部構造体。
- 更に、圧縮可能部材は、
第1のスカート部から長さ方向に涙状部分の反対側に配置される第2のスカート部(118)と、

- 第4の孔を包囲する管状取付部の本体部は、第1の端部からの距離が増加するとき、小径から大径となるテーパ状に形成される外面を有する外壁を備え、気道取付部の第1部分は、第1の端部からの距離が増加するとき、大径から小径となるテーパ状に形成される内面を備え、管状取付部の外面と気道取付部の内面とが摩擦嵌合して、管状取付部を気道取付部に連結する請求項19に記載の気道取付部構造体。
