Description
−冷却相1:前駆物質の温度をフェノール樹脂のTgより高い値T1へ低下させるための急速冷却、
−冷却相2:前駆物質の温度をTgより低いT2値へ低下させるための緩徐な冷却、
−冷却相3:ほぼ外気温度までの再度の急速冷却。
は顕色剤により洗い落とされて、その下方の親水性基材を現す。このようなネガ作用性印刷版前駆物質のより詳細な説明に対しては米国特許第6,255,042号および第6,063,544号明細書およびこれらの文献に引用された文献を参照する。
−メトキシプロパノール(Dowanol PMTM) 410.80g
−メチルエチルケトン 266.03g
−テトラヒドロフラン 209.20g

Claims (10)
- (i)親水性表面を有するリトグラフ支持体のウェブ提供すること、
(ii)ウェブの親水性表面上にフェノール樹脂を含んで成る被膜を適用すること、
(iii)被膜を乾燥すること、
(iv)0.1〜60秒の期間中、ウェブ温度がフェノール樹脂のガラス転移温度Tgより上に維持される加熱段階、
(v)ウェブが外界条件下に維持されるであろう速度より高いが30℃/秒より高くはない平均冷却速度で、ウェブ温度が低下される積極的冷却段階、
(vi)コア上に前駆物質を巻くか、もしくは前駆物質をシートに切断すること、
の段階を含んで成る感熱性リトグラフ印刷版前駆物質の製法。 - 平均冷却速度が20℃/秒より高くない請求項1記載の方法。
- 平均冷却速度が10℃/秒より高くない請求項1記載の方法。
- 冷却段階の開始時に、ウェブ温度がTgより高く、冷却段階中にウェブ温度が10℃/秒より低い平均冷却速度でT1からT2に低下され、ここでT1はTgより高く、T2はTgより低い前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 冷却段階中に、ウェブ温度が
−第1相において、少なくとも10℃/秒の平均冷却速度でT1に、
−第2相において、10℃/秒より低い平均冷却速度でT1からT2に、
低下される請求項4記載の方法。 - 冷却段階中に、ウェブ温度が
−第1相において、少なくとも10℃/秒の平均冷却速度でT1に、
−第2相において、10℃/秒より低い平均冷却速度でT1からT2に、そして
−第3相において、少なくとも10℃/秒の平均冷却速度でT2からほぼ外界温度に、
低下される請求項4記載の方法。 - T1からT2への冷却が5℃/秒より低い平均冷却速度で進行する請求項4、5もしくは6記載の方法。
- T1がTg+20℃であり、T2がTg−20℃である請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- T1がTg+10℃であり、T2がTg−10℃である請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 加熱段階が前駆物質上に熱風もしくは蒸気を吹き付けることによりまたは、前駆物質を赤外線もしくはマイクロ波放射にさらすことにより実施される前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
