Claims (11)
- リム搭載空気式車両タイヤ用空気流制御装置であって、延在する弁ケースには入口端と出口端と中央部とが設けられており、出口端はタイヤリム内の孔に嵌合する構造のリム挿入部を有しており、ケース内にはピストンが配置されて弁を有しており、コイルバネがケースとピストンとの間に働いており、使用時にはピストンが開位置に付勢されて空気をタイヤ内に通過せしめ、該ピストンはタイヤ内に形成された空気圧の力の下に該付勢に抗して閉位置に動き、ここで弁は弁座に対してシールして空気の通過を閉鎖し、ピストンとバネとはケースの中央部内に位置してリム挿入部を開け、リム挿入部は寸法を小さくしてタイヤの搭載を邪魔しないことを特徴とする空気流制御装置。
- バネがピストン上のフランジと弁ケースの内部肩部との間で圧縮動作をすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 可視表示器がピストンに嵌合してその位置を表示することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 可視表示器がケースに嵌合されたキャップの透明部を通して視認できるバンドであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- キャップがネジ付き座上の乗上げ位置に下がることができ、バンドとピストンとがタイヤ圧力に関係なく開位置に保持されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- キャップが不透明部を有しており、キャップが乗上げ位置に下げられたときに該不透明部がバンドを隠すことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 乗上げ位置においてキャップの透明部を通して色付きリングが表示されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 弁ケース中の第1のシールを漏れが通過したときに前記のリングが湿気/塵シールまたは第2の気体シールとして機能することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- ピストンがケース内の中央管と円筒状壁に沿って滑動可能であって、該管はケースに連結されたサブユニットの一部であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- ピストンが上端にバンドを搭載しており、さらに下端の方には弁を支持しており、中央管の基部に位置している弁座内に係合したときに耐圧シールを形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 入口端にはシュレーダー(schrader)弁が嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
