Abstract
Description
(i)機械内の潤滑油の同一性についてのデータを提供する検出器を用いること;及び
(ii)(i)で得られたデータを利用し、油交換が必要な時を求めるか、油交換が必要な時を求めるのに用いることができる値を設定すること
を含む。
(i)検出器を用いて機械内の潤滑油の同一性についてのデータを提供すること;
(ii)少なくとも1つのセンサーを用いて油の状態を示すデータを提供すること;
(iii)(i)と(ii)で得られたデータを利用して、油交換が必要な時を求めるか、又は油交換が必要な時を求めるのに用いることができる値を設定すること
を含む。
(i)上述した潤滑油組成物;及び
(ii)油組成物が機械内にあるときこの油組成物中の受動マーカーを検出する検出器
を含む。
この例では、RFIDチップが潤滑油のマーカーとして使用された。使用したRFIDチップは、0.4mm×0.4mm×0.22mm(厚み)の大きさの日立製μチップであった。日立製μチップは、3×1038個の一意的な識別数を記憶できる128ビット読み出し専用メモリを有し、2.45GHz(ブルートゥースと同じ)で動作し、無電池型チップである。検出器は、μリーダーであり、油フィルターに取り付けられる。これは、油フィルターのハウジングに取り付けることもできる。油4リットル当たり、10個までの日立製μチップが加えられる。
この例は、電子鼻が乗用車のモーター油について新鮮なサンプル、ひどく酸化したサンプル、及び臭気剤マーカーを含んだサンプルを区別できるように如何に訓練し得るかを示す。

ガソリンエンジン油の10の異なるサンプル、及びそれらの夫々の完全に酸化したものについて、「Cyranose C320」マルチメーターを「訓練」した。訓練サンプルをランダムに試験し、できるだけ多用途の訓練セットを作った。訓練セットの標準データを下の表1に示す。すべての新鮮な油データは、ファクター1に対して2.8〜5.9の範囲にあるが、すべての酸化された油データは、ファクター1に対して-5.25〜-2.2の範囲にある。これら2つのデータセットは十分に分離しており、新鮮な油とひどく酸化した油を容易に区別できることは明らかである。
臭気剤分子を含有した新鮮な油を含んだ第2セットの実験を行った。この実験の標準的なプロットを表2に示す。新鮮な油データは、ファクター1に対して-3.3〜-8.5の範囲にあり、ファクター2に対して0.75〜4.0の範囲にある。酸化された油データは、ファクター1に対して-5.6〜-6.1の範囲にあり、ファクター2に対して-0.9〜-3の範囲にある。臭気剤の添加された新鮮な油は、ファクター1に対して7〜10.2の範囲にあり、ファクター2に対して-1.8〜0.1の範囲にある。ここでも、3つの異なるデータセットは十分に分離している。
Claims (12)
- 機械内に存在する検出器により現場で検出できる1種以上の受動マーカーを含む潤滑油組成物。
- 受動マーカーが微粒子と分子種から選ばれる請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 受動マーカーが臭気剤分子である請求項1又は2に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 受動マーカーが無線周波識別(RFID)チップ、生体磁気タグ及び磁気タグから選ばれる請求項1又は2に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物を提供する方法であって、潤滑油を提供し、機械内に存在する検出器により現場で検出するのに適した1種以上の受動マーカーを前記潤滑油に混ぜることを含む方法。
- 無線周波識別(RFID)チップ、磁気タグ、生体磁気タグ及び臭気剤分子のうちの1種以上についての、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物に対する受動マーカーとしての使用。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物が機械内にあるとき該潤滑油組成物における受動マーカーを現場で検出する検出器を含んだ機械。
- 電子制御装置と検出器から該電子制御装置に信号を伝送する手段とを備える請求項7に記載の機械。
- 機械内の油の状態を示す少なくとも1つのセンサーをさらに備える請求項7又は請求項8に記載の機械。
- 電子制御装置と前記少なくとも1つのセンサーから該電子制御装置に信号を伝送する手段とを備える請求項9に記載の機械。
- 前記機械がエンジンである請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- (i)検出器を用いて、機械内の潤滑油の同一性についてのデータを与えること;
(ii)場合によっては前記少なくとも1つのセンサーを用いて、該潤滑油の状態を示すデータを与えること;及び
(iii)(i)で得られたデータと、場合によっては(ii)で得られたデータとを利用して、いつ油の交換が必要かを求め、又は油の交換が必要なときを求めるのに用いることができる値を定めること
を含む請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の機械を操作する方法。
