モデルWJ650 ジガー(Mathis AG)から、幅42cm、約25質量%のDMAcを含んだPBIフィルムが約20m供給された。ジガーの槽は、3リットルの水で満たされていた。ジガーの水は、80℃に加熱された。フィルムは、水で30回処理された。ジガーは、フィルムを約5s各回(液体を通過する経路の長さ:約25cm)浸されながら、撤回力10Nで3.0m/minで作動を受けた。
実施例1で用いたPBIフィルムは、従来の方法を用い、40℃で乾燥した。処理後KF法で測定したDMAc量は2%であった。

Claims (12)
- フィルムは、液体で満たされた槽を少なくとも2度通過し、その処理の際、該フィルムは糸巻きから解かれて別の糸巻きに巻き上げられ、該フィルムの移動方向は、該糸巻きの回転方向を変えることによって変更されることを特徴とするポリアゾールフィルムの処理方法。
- 前記槽中の液体は、最初の処理後に変えられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記液体は、最初の処理後に前記フィルムに付着することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1g/m2の液体が前記フィルムに付着することを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記液体は水を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体は、酸、ビニルスルホン酸グループを含むモノマーおよび/またはビニルホスホン酸グループを含むモノマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸はリン酸、前記ビニルスルホン酸グループを含むモノマーはビニルスルホン酸、前記ビニルホスホン酸グループを含むモノマーはビニルホスホン酸である請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムは液体の槽を少なくとも10回通過することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムは、液体の槽を0.5〜100m/minの速度で通過することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムは、前記フィルムの単位幅当りの撤回力で0.5〜200N/mの範囲で運搬されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムは、15分〜3時間処理されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ジガーはポリアゾールフィルムの処理に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
