Claims (21)
- 医学又は薬学的用途用の装置の補償ばね、支持ばね又は駆動ばねとして使用し得るよう提供され且つ、射出成形法によりプラスチックにて成形されたばね(10;20)。
- 請求項1に記載のばねにおいて、ばね(10;20)は、プラスチックのみで出来ていることを特徴とする、ばね。
- 請求項1又は2の何れかの項に記載のばねにおいて、ばね(20)は、弾性的ベローズの形態にて提供されたばね要素(21)を備えることを特徴とする、ばね。
- 請求項1ないし3の何れか1つの項に記載のばねにおいて、ばね(10)は、少なくとも1つのばね巻き部を有するコイルばねの形態にて提供されたばね要素(11)を備えることを特徴とする、ばね。
- 請求項4に記載のばねにおいて、緊張状態にあるとき、少なくとも1つのばね巻き部は、その間にスリットを形成する両端を有し、射出成形型内にて成形した後、ウェブ(12)によりスリットを亙って互いに接続され、該ウェブ(12)は、成形後、破断することを特徴とする、ばね。

- 請求項1ないし6の何れか1つの項に記載のばねにおいて、ばね(10;20)は、ばね要素(11;21)と、射出成形型内にて共に成形され又は、射出成形型内にて互いに接続された位置決め装置(13、14;23、24)とを備え、該位置決め装置(13、14;23、24)は、張力によりばね要素(11;21)に圧力を加える手段として作用することを特徴とする、ばね。
- 請求項7に記載のばねにおいて、ばね(10;20)の位置決め装置(13、14;23、24)は、ばねに対し張力を加えることのできる少なくとも1つの支持面(13a、14a;23a、24a)を形成することを特徴とする、ばね。
- 請求項8に記載のばねにおいて、好ましくは、圧力を加えることにより張力をばねの軸線(L)に沿ってばね(10;20)に加えることができ、また、少なくとも1つの支持面(13a、14a;23a、24a)は、好ましくは、180°以上に亙って、全周の少なくとも主要部分を亙ってばねの軸線(L)の回りを伸びることを特徴とする、ばね。
- 請求項1ないし9の何れか1つの項に記載のばねにおいて、ばね(20)には、駆動装置の別の構成要素(8)とのリンクを形成すべく連結要素(23c)、好ましくは、ねじが設けられることを特徴とする、ばね。

a)第一の構成要素(1、2;1、3)と、
b)請求項1ないし10の何れかの項に記載のばね(10;20)と、
c)ばね(10;20)により第一の構成要素(1、2;1、3)上に弾性的に支持された第二の構成要素(5)とを備える、医学又は薬学用途用の装置。 - 請求項11に記載の装置において、前記装置は、液体製剤を投与する装置又は体液の試料を吸引する装置であることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項12に記載の装置において、第二の構成要素(5)は、製剤又は体液の容器であり、ばね(10、20)は、容器(5)を第一の構成要素(1、2;1、3)により形成されたストッパ(4)に対して押すことを特徴とする、装置。
