Abstract
【解決手段】混合プラスチック粒子の種類に対して、水に対するぬれ性の違いを利用して、疎水度が高い特に軽比重のプラスチックに微小粒気泡を強制的に付着させ、プラスチック相互の見掛け比重差を大きくすることで、選別精度をあげ、高品質のプラスチックを回収することが出来る。又、プラスチックのぬれ性を調節し、選択的に着目プラスチックを微小粒気泡付着プラスチックにすることで、他のプラスチックからの選別を容易に達成出来る。

Claims (3)
- 混合プラスチック粒子からプラスチックの素材毎に選別するプラスチック選択湿式比重選別機において、気泡を特定なプラスチックに付着させ、当該プラスチックの比重を強制的に変えることにより、プラスチック選別を行うことを特徴とするプラスチック選択湿式比重選別機。
- 請求項1に記載のプラスチック選択湿式比重選別機において、プラスチックと空気を接触させる方法として、プラスチック選択湿式比重選別機中、あるいは外に気泡発生装置を設けることを特徴とするプラスチック選択湿式比重選別機。
- 請求項1に記載のプラスチック選択湿式比重選別機において、界面活性剤あるいは湿潤剤を用いて、プラスチック表面のぬれ性を調節する工程を含むことを特徴とするプラスチック選択湿式比重選別機。
