Abstract
【解決手段】耐圧防爆型容器10において、内部に収納した赤外線カメラ11の受光レンズ11Aが対向する窓部10Aに、ZnSガラスからなる透光性部材2を配置した。窓部10Aの縁部10Bと保持板4の鍔部4Bとの間に接着剤3を充填し、透光性部材2の周縁部を全周にわたって固着した。保持板4には、窓部10Aに対向する開口4Aが形成されている。外部光は、窓部10A、透光性部材2及び開口4Aを経由して赤外線カメラ11の受光レンズ11Aに入射する。透光性部材2を12mm程度の厚さとすることで、耐圧防爆構造に十分な耐衝撃性が得られる。

- 赤外光を撮像する赤外線カメラと、
前記赤外線カメラを収納し、前記赤外線カメラの受光レンズに対向する部分に窓部が形成された耐圧防爆型容器と、
前記耐圧防爆型容器の前記窓部に設けられ、少なくともヌープ硬度が150よりも大きく、かつ波長が4.5μm以上の光を透過する透光性部材と
を有することを特徴とする耐圧防爆型赤外線カメラ。 - 請求項1記載の赤外線カメラにおいて、
前記透光性部材は、ZnSガラスからなる
ことを特徴とする耐圧防爆型赤外線カメラ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の赤外線カメラにおいて、
前記受光レンズの焦点距離をf、前記受光レンズの直径をd、前記受光レンズから前記透光性部材までの距離をLとして、前記透光性部材の直径はd×(f+L)/f以上となっている
ことを特徴とする耐圧防爆型赤外線カメラ。 - 内部に赤外線カメラを収納する耐圧防爆型容器であって、
前記赤外線カメラの受光レンズに対向する部分に形成された窓部に設けられ、少なくともヌープ硬度が150よりも大きく、かつ波長が4.5μm以上の光を透過する透光性部材を有する
