Abstract

- 医用撮像装置(202)と、
少なくとも1個の追跡用要素(114)を有する医療器具(120)と、
(i)前記追跡用要素(114)により受信される信号を送信するように構成されている送信器(208)、並びに(ii)前記医療器具(120)の配向、位置及び移動を追跡するために前記送信器(208)及び前記少なくとも1個の追跡用要素(114)と交信するナビゲーション処理ユニット(210)を含むナビゲーション・サブシステム(206)と、
該ナビゲーション・サブシステム(206)と交信する制御サブシステム(212)であって、前記医療器具(120)の配向、位置及び移動の少なくとも一つと前記医用撮像装置(202)の動作に関連する作用とを相関させるように動作可能な制御処理ユニット(214)を有し、また前記医療器具(120)の配向、位置及び移動の少なくとも一つに基づいて前記医用撮像装置(202)の動作に関連する前記作用を実行すべく前記医用撮像装置(202)に指令するようにも動作可能である制御サブシステム(212)と、
を備えた医用撮像装置(202)を制御するシステム。 - 前記医用撮像装置(202)の動作に関連する前記作用は、前記医用撮像装置(202)の移動作用及び撮像作用の少なくとも一方を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記医用撮像装置(202)及び前記ナビゲーション・サブシステム(206)と交信する表示ユニット(216)をさらに含んでおり、前記ナビゲーション・サブシステム(206)は、前記医療器具(120)のナビゲーション作用を表示するように構成されており、前記ナビゲーション作用は、前記医用撮像装置(202)により得られた画像と関連させた前記医療器具(120)の配向、位置及び移動の少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記医療器具(120)はさらに、前記ナビゲーション処理ユニット及び制御処理ユニット(214)の少なくとも一方と交信する連係部材(204)を含んでおり、該連係部材(204)は、前記ナビゲーション作用と前記医用撮像装置(202)の動作に関連する前記作用の制御との間で前記医療器具(120)を選択的に連係させるように構成されている、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記連係部材(204)はボタン、スイッチ及びダイヤルの少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記医用撮像装置(202)は、線源(110)及び検出器(112)を含むフルオロスコピィ用C字形アーム(102)である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記医療器具(120)は、プローブ、手術用ドリル、切断器具及び検査鏡の少なくとも一つを含む手掌型医療器具(120)である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ナビゲーション・サブシステム(206)は、超音波、慣性位置、光学及び電磁波の一つによるナビゲーション・サブシステム(206)である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 医療器具(120)を追跡するステップ(302)と、
前記医療器具(120)の配向、位置及び移動の少なくとも一つと医用撮像装置(202)の動作とを相関させるステップ(304)と、
前記相関に基づいて前記医用撮像装置(202)を制御するステップ(306)と、
を備えた医用撮像装置(202)を制御する方法。 - 医用撮像装置(202)と、
