Description
The present invention relates to a pocket structure in an interior lining, and in particular, by arranging a partition plate inside the pocket, it is possible to partition the cup holder space and the accessory storage space, and the pocket width width varies. Further, the present invention relates to a pocket structure in an interior lining that can prevent the partition plate from dropping or deforming and that enhances the appearance of the interior of the pocket.
FIG. 11 is an external view showing the door lining 1 attached to the interior side of the door panel on the driver's seat side. The door lining 1 has a function of improving the aesthetic appearance of the passenger compartment, and is bent when a side collision occurs. On the other hand, it has a function of absorbing a part of the impact load by the impact absorbing action of the impact absorbing pad installed on the back surface side and protecting the occupant.
The door lining 1 is configured by attaching functional parts such as an
Furthermore, in order to improve the usability of the
Thus, in the
Further, the
Further, in order to improve the alignment, when a fixing structure in which the
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a pocket structure provided in an interior lining such as a door lining, a side lining, etc., and in particular, a partition plate is disposed in the pocket for a cup holder. In the pocket structure that can be divided into a space and a space for small items, by improving the support structure of the partition plate, it is possible to enhance the appearance of the inside of the pocket regardless of whether the partition plate is used or not, It is an object of the present invention to provide a pocket structure in an interior lining that can stably support a partition plate without causing the partition plate to be deformed or dropped off due to long-term use or side collision.
In order to solve the above-described object, the present invention provides a pocket structure in an interior lining in which a pocket for storing equipment is formed in an interior lining mounted on the interior surface of a vehicle body panel, and a partition plate is accommodated and supported in the pocket. The partition plate includes an insertion piece in which an end edge facing the inner wall surface of the pocket forms an insertion piece inserted into an insertion hole provided on the inner wall surface of the pocket. In addition to the structure adopted, the other side edge has a guide structure that fits unevenly against the inner wall surface of the pocket. Also, the partition plate is prevented from dropping or deforming.
Here, the interior lining can be applied to door lining, rear side lining, luggage side lining, and the like. In order to form a pocket in the interior lining, a cover body constituting the front wall of the pocket is attached to a predetermined location on the surface of the lining body, and is defined between the inner surface of the cover body and the surface of the lining body. A pocket having a predetermined space can be formed by forming a pocket having a space, or by opening a pocket opening in the lining body and attaching a pocket back cover to the back side thereof.
Next, partition plates used to divide the pocket into a space for cup holders and a space for small items are polypropylene (PP) resin, polyethylene (PE) resin, ABS (acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene) resin, etc. It is comprised from the synthetic resin molded object which used the general-purpose thermoplastic resin of this, and is shape | molded by the injection molding method etc. in required shape. Further, the inside of the pocket can be divided into two by inserting one partition plate into the pocket, or the inside of the pocket can be partitioned into three spaces by inserting two partition plates into the pocket.
As a support structure for the partition plate, on one side of the edge portion facing the inner wall surface of the pocket of the partition plate, an insertion piece to be inserted and fixed in the insertion hole of the inner wall surface of the pocket is provided. In addition to adopting an insertion structure provided in the part, a guide structure is employed that fits in an uneven manner between the inner wall surface of the pocket and the edge of the partition plate on the other side of the edge.
Therefore, according to the present invention, as a support structure of the partition plate that partitions the internal space of the pocket, the one end edge portion of the partition plate is inserted and fixed to the insertion hole provided in the inner wall surface of the pocket. For example, each wall of the pocket has a guide structure that fits in an uneven shape to the pocket inner wall surface. Even if the depth of the pocket fluctuates when the members constituting the part are deformed, the main body and the partition plate are integrated by the insertion structure, so the partition plate does not fall off and the pocket Even if a variation occurs in the depth width dimension, the alignment of both can be maintained well by the bending deformation of the insertion piece.
Next, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the insertion piece provided on the edge portion on one side of the partition plate has flexibility, and with respect to the insertion hole provided on the inner wall surface of the pocket. The insertion piece engaged with the insertion hole is provided with a locking claw for preventing the attachment.
And according to this embodiment, the insertion piece provided at the edge portion on one side of the partition plate is an insertion piece having flexibility, and the insertion piece is provided for retaining. Since the latching claw is formed, when the partition plate is installed in the pocket, it can be easily attached with one touch using the flexibility of the insertion piece. In addition to exhibiting a retaining function, a stable mounting mode can be obtained, and even when an external impact is applied, the impact can be effectively absorbed by the bending deformation action of the insertion piece.
Next, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the guide structure adopted at the other end edge of the partition plate, the pocket inner wall surface is provided with a ridge slightly projecting toward the inner space side. It extends along the direction, and a cover portion is provided on the other end edge portion of the partition plate so as to be concavo-convexly fitted so as to cover the ridges.
And according to this embodiment, on the inner wall surface of the pocket, the ridges slightly protruding toward the internal space are provided along the vertical direction, and the edges of the partition plate are hidden so as to hide the ridges. Since the cover portion is formed along the edge portion, for example, when the partition plate is used, the protrusion on the inner wall surface of the pocket is covered with the cover portion of the partition plate, so that the appearance appearance does not deteriorate. At the same time, when the partition plate is removed, the ridges on the inner wall surface of the pocket are only slightly protruding, and a drawing pattern can be formed on the surface of the ridge, so There is not so much discomfort in between.
As explained above, the pocket structure in the interior lining according to the present invention is such that one side of the end edge of the partition plate mounted in the pocket adopts the insertion structure with respect to the inner wall surface of the pocket, and the other side is a guide. Structure is adopted. Therefore, even if the pockets are deformed due to long-term use of the pocket or impact from the outside, and the depth of the pocket is changed, the partition plate is inserted into the pocket due to the insertion structure of the insertion piece. Therefore, the fitting between the partition plate and the inner wall surface of the pocket is not lowered, and the partition plate can be prevented from falling off as much as possible, so that the mounting stability of the partition plate can be improved. Has an effect.
Furthermore, if the insertion piece in the partition plate used for the pocket structure according to the present invention is configured to have flexibility, and if a locking claw for retaining is formed at the tip of the insertion piece, the partition plate Can be attached with a single touch, and when an impact from the outside is applied, the impact load can be absorbed effectively due to the bending deformation of the insertion piece attached to the insertion hole, and the main body side is damaged. However, since the damage does not reach the partition plate, the durability of the partition plate can be increased.
Further, in the pocket structure according to the present invention, as the guide structure provided at the other end edge of the partition plate, a ridge that slightly protrudes toward the inner space extending along the vertical direction is formed on the inner wall surface of the pocket. If the partition plate is provided with a cover part that covers the surface of the ridges, the cover part can maintain the appearance of the terminal part well when the partition plate is used, and the partition plate can be removed. In this state, the ridges have a shape that protrudes slightly toward the inner space, so that the mold can be easily machined, and drawing transfer is also possible. There is not much discomfort in appearance with the general part of the inner wall surface, and the appearance inside the pocket can be maintained well.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a pocket structure in an interior lining according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the gist of the present invention is as described in the appended claims, and the contents of the embodiments described below are merely examples of the present invention.

1 and 2, a door lining 10 is mounted as an interior lining on the indoor surface side of the door panel. The door lining 10 is based on a
In the center of the surface of the
Furthermore, in the door lining 10 according to the present invention, a
Next, the attachment structure of the
And this invention can partition the interior space of the
Next, the
First, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Next, the
Therefore, in order to mount the
6 to 8 show a state in which the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, along the
Thus, the support structure of the
