Claims (4)
- 硬いベッド(11)に取り付けられておりかつ上部(12)によって覆われているファスト・ツール装置(13)およびワークピーススピンドル装置(14)を具備し、光学的なワークピース、特に眼鏡レンズを加工するための旋盤において、
前記ベッド(11)および前記上部(12)は、ポリマーコンクリートからなる一体式のフレーム(10)を形成しており、すべての機能表面および機能空間を形成することを特徴とする旋盤。 - 前記機能表面は、前記ファスト・ツール装置(13)と、横方向キャリッジ装置(15)を有する前記ワークピーススピンドル装置(14)と、場合によっては追加のカッタスピンドル装置(16)とのための取付面(17,18)ならびに制御盤(20)のための支持面(19)および載置面(21)を含むこと、および前記機能空間は、作業空間(22)と、前記旋盤の複数の空気圧要素のためのキャビネット空間(25)と、前記旋盤の電気的または電子的素子のためのキャビネット空間(26)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の旋盤。
- 前記旋盤の質量の重心は、ほぼ、前記ファスト・ツール装置(13)の移動面に、あることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の旋盤。
- 前記ファスト・ツール装置(13)と、前記横方向キャリッジ装置(15)を有する前記ワークピーススピンドル装置(14)と、場合によっては追加のカッタスピンドル装置(16)とのための前記取付面(17,18)の凹凸が、エポキシ樹脂で埋められて、スムーズな表面が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1に記載の旋盤。
