【課題】
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、曲線にフィットした美しい曲線を縁取る照明器具の需要は在るのに器具自体が無く、衝撃に強い照明器具を提供することである。
【手段】
本発明の発光ダイオードチューブ照明装置は複数の発光ダイオードをほぼ同一方向になるように一面を取り外した軽金属性のケースの中に配置し、その軽金属性のケースを複数個電源コードで接続した外側をポリカーボネートやシリコンチューブ等でカバーした変形可能で衝撃に強い構造を特徴とする。

Description

本発明は、発光ダイオードチューブ照明装置に関する。
近年、省電力で発熱のなく輝度の高い発光ダイオードを使用した照明装置も色々考案されている。発光ダイオードの進歩は著しいが、発光ダイオードを複数個使用した電球においては、５ｍの距離で１０ルクスの明るさを計測できる発光ダイオード電球は販売されていない。
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、従来の照明装置は電球・蛍光灯を含めて直管式や サークライン等の蛍光灯や電球等、数種類の形状の物しかなく、出窓や店舗のショーケース等の曲線にフィットした美しい曲線を縁取る照明器具の需要は在るのに器具自体が無かった。また、店舗のショーケースにおいては展示物の入れ替えの際に器物転倒による照明器具の破損が非常に多く怪我や掃除におわれている現状がある。
本発明の発光ダイオードチューブ照明装置は複数の発光ダイオードをほぼ同一方向になるように一面を取り外した軽金属性のケースの中に配置し、その軽金属性のケースを複数個電源コードで接続した外側をポリカーボネートやシリコンチューブ等でカバーした変形可能で衝撃に強い構造を特徴とする。
本発明の発光ダイオードチューブ照明装置は複数の発光ダイオードを軽金属性のケース内に設置することで外界からの衝撃に強く、尚且つ器具等を使用せず、望する形状に変形
させることが出来るので様々な大きさの円形・弓形・螺旋状の照明装置を製作できる。
また、軽金属でカバーしその外側をポリカーボネートやシリコンチューブ等で覆ってあるので多少の衝撃で破損することは無く、水にも強いので屋外や水中でも使用できる。
本発明の発光ダイオードチューブ照明装置は複数の発光ダイオードをほぼ同一方向になるように一面を取り外した軽金属性のケースの中に配置し、その軽金属性のケースを複数個電源コードで接続した外側をポリカーボネートやシリコンチューブ等でカバーした変形可能で衝撃に強い構造を特徴とする。
以下、本発明の実施例について図面を用いて説明する。
図１に示す本発明の試作電球においては、軽金属性のケース１に複数個の発光ダイオード２をほぼ同一方向になるように配置しており、電源コード４により各軽金属性のケース１は接続競れている。また、これ等の軽金属性のケース１はポリカーボネートやシリコンチューブ等３の内部に収納されている。
図２は本発明の部分断面説明図であり、斜線部の軽金属性のケース１に発光ダイオード２が設置してあり、電源コード４により通電発光し軽金属性のケース１の外周はポリカーボネートやシリコンチューブ等３の内部に収納されている。
図３は曲線状に曲げた本発明の説明図である。
本発明の複数個の発光ダイオードチューブ照明装置は、狭所への設置や局面・円形・螺旋状の照明器具を製作できるこれからの照明装置である。また、防水性が高く衝撃に強いので建築物の外壁や庭園等のライトアップ、バッテリーを内蔵したキャンプ用広角照明として使用できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 本発明は複数の発光ダイオードをほぼ同一方向になるように一面を取り外した軽金属性のケースの中に配置し、その軽金属性のケースを複数個電源コードで接続した外側をポリカーボネートやシリコンチューブ等でカバーした変形可能で衝撃に強い構造を特徴とする発光ダイオードチューブ照明装置である。
