Una luminaria solar, componente base para múltiples aplicaciones con accesorios funcionales iluminables, conformada por: una carcasa superior (4) que tiene una superficie exterior plana con un reborde perimetral que da paso a una superficie circular central que corresponde al disco de panel solar donde se fijan las celdas fotovoltaicas (1), dicho reborde o goma perimetral (2) se proyecta hacia el extremo inferior de la carcasa superior (4) en una protuberancia perimetral inferior (3) curvo convexa destinada a recibir el botón del switch de encendido/apagado (5) de la luminaria; un panel o pieza intermedia (8) que aloja el porta pilas o las baterías (9) junto con los snap de contacto (6,7) de las baterías, una placa con circuito impreso y el medio generador de luz (10) y un sello O-ring (11); y y una carcasa traslucida inferior (12) formada por un cuerpo tronco cónico invertido que tiene en su cara inferior plana una perforación cilindrica central (16) con roscado interior (15) que tiene fijado en su borde de fondo el lente plano convexo (17), y en cuyo manto tronco cónico invertido la carcaza traslucida inferior (12) se dispone, a media altura, una nervadura perimetral horizontal que conforma el roscado perimetral (13) que está interrumpido por tres muescas o escotaduras verticales (14) de sección transversal semicircular, dispuestas a equidistancia y, en donde dicha carcasa translúcida inferior (12) incluye los medios de fijación lateral y central de la luminaria a los accesorios funcionales iluminables.
Description
LUMINARIA SOLAR PORTABLE FIJABLE A ACCESORIOS FUNCIONALES
ILUMINABLES.
Campo técnico de la Invención
El presente modelo de utilidad se refiere a una luminaria solar como componente base para múltiples aplicaciones de iluminación con accesorios funcionales iluminables. En particular, la luminaria tiene múltiples aplicaciones tanto en la casa como en el jardín, en una bicicleta o triciclo, camping, situaciones de emergencia, y en otras aplicaciones similares, sin necesidad de ser alterada ni modificada.
La luminaria solar está compuesta por un microprocesador que regula las horas e intensidad de la luz, baterías recargables, una carcaza superior que contiene la celda fotovoltaica y un botón de encendido y apagado para hacer eficiente el uso de la luz y, una carcaza inferior, de plástico translúcido, que tiene una fijación lateral roscada y otra inferior central también roscada para la fijación a presión o el acople atornillado de la luminaria a los múltiples accesorios iluminables.
Antecedentes
En el arte previo se han descrito diferentes tipos de linternas y luminarias, portátiles, alimentadas por medio de celdas solares y/o baterías, pero cada una de las mismas está destinada a un solo uso o aplicación, no siendo adecuadas para su uso múltiple, como es el caso del presente modelo.
Por ejemplo, la patente US 5.465.197 de propiedad de Tseng-Lu Chien, concedida con fecha 7 de noviembre de 1995, se refiere a una luminaria o lámpara portátil, la cual comprende una carcaza que define una abertura. La carcaza está unida con un lente de tal modo de cubrir la mencionada abertura, estando
incorporado en la carcaza un circuito impreso Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Dicho circuito impreso está conectado operativamente con una cinta metálica, estando intercalada una pila seca entre el PCB y la cinta metálica. La caraza está diseñada para ser fijada a un pliegue de un nudo de un zapato, a modo de luminaria.
En la patente US 6.406.163, de propiedad de Tai-Her Yang, concedida el 18 de junio de 2002, se describe una luminaria energizada con una celda fotovoltaica, estando integrada con un elemento refrigerado adaptado a una linterna, más específicamente para una luminaria para jardín. Una estructura tipo carcaza contiene los componentes de la batería tales como una celda secundaria o un condensador de batería, un circuito de carga o un componente para convertir la energía eléctrica en energía lumínica, y los circuitos de operación y de control. La estructura soportante define un espacio para el enfriador o disipador de calor en el área entre el espacio de la cubierta superior y la ampolleta, protegiendo de esta manera el circuito de la de carga y los componentes de la batería frente al calor generado y la incidencia de la radicación solar.
En la patente US 5.152.601 de propiedad de Shing-Lai Ferhng, concedida el 6 de octubre de 1992, se describe una luminaria alimentada por celdas solares fotovoltaicas, la cual comprende una carcaza protectora del circuito de control, consistente en una batería, un switch de encendido y una tarjeta con un circuito impreso, además de una columna con una pluralidad de lámparas LED. La luminaria está protegida por una proyección transparente y convexa y una celda fotovoltaica se apoya sobre una columna en el interior de la cubierta, estando conectada con el circuito de control de la fuente de alimentación eléctrica. La lámpara está destinada al uso exclusivo de advertencia en faenas de la construcción.
En la patente US 8.585.231 de propiedad de Jesse C. May, concedida el 19 de noviembre de 2013, se describe un conjunto indicador de una sepultura incluyendo un brazo soportante, un asta de bandera formada integralmente o fijada a dicho brazo soportante, una celda fotovoltaica fijada a dicho brazo soportante; un emisor de luz fijado en el brazo de soporte; una batería recargable y una red de conductores eléctricos interconectados con una celda fotovoltaica. Esta luminaria se refiere a la aplicación específica en un cementerio.
En la patente WO 2005/124222, de propiedad de Ignite Innovations, Inc., publicada con fecha 29 de diciembre de 2005, describe un dispositivo de iluminación provisto de un foco ajustable útil como una lámpara portátil o como luminaria colgante, el cual comprende una carcaza protectora de una o más baterías, una abertura en la carcaza con un disco de montaje y una placa óptica y una tapa destinada a fijar el disco de montaje en dicha placa óptica. Una fuente luminosa está fijada al disco de montaje. La luz emitida desde el dispositivo se puede enfocar a un haz luminoso mediante la rotación de la placa óptica. La lámpara cuenta con un panel solar con una orientación según un ángulo óptimo de carga al ser montada verticalmente.
En la patente US 7.997.755 de propiedad de Su-Chang Liao, concedida con fecha 16 de agosto de 201 1 , se describe un ensamble de una linterna provista de una ampolleta incandescente convencional, la cual incluye una carcaza exterior y otra carcaza interior, una cubierta recibida parcialmente en la carcaza exterior y una base colocada en la cubierta superior de la carcaza exterior. Las partes del dispositivo se unen firmemente a través de sendas perforaciones y proyecciones laterales que engranan una con otra para unir firmemente el alojamiento interior, el alojamiento exterior, la base y la cubierta de la linterna.
Los documentos del arte previo anteriormente descritos, divulgan diversas luminarias portátiles destinadas a cumplir determinadas funciones, sin embargo, un análisis de estos documentos permite concluir que se trata de lámparas portátiles destinadas a cumplir una aplicación específica, no siendo versátiles en su uso, como es el caso de la luminaria objeto del presente modelo de utilidad, la cual además de su uso individual como luminaria permite, de manera simplificada, su acoplamiento a diferentes productos de iluminación o accesorios funcionales iluminables a través de medios de fijación laterales e inferior incorporados en la carcasa inferior de la luminaria.
Ventajosamente, la forma de la luminaria permite que sea acoplada o fijada, lateralmente o inferiormente a diferentes componentes o accesorios funcionales iluminables que le permiten cumplir con múltiples aplicaciones, permitiendo al usuario la intervención funcional y creativa de la misma.
La luminaria está provista de un sistema de carga fotovoltaica, que por medio de una celda fotovoltaica en su cara superior alimenta las baterías o pilas recargables interiores.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Los dibujos que se acompañan tienen por objeto proporcionar una clara comprensión del modelo de utilidad, y de ¡lustrar algunas de las ejecuciones preferidas y para explicar la funcionalidad de los componentes de la invención.
La Figura 1 , es una vista en planta superior, que muestra el disco de panel solar superior con la celda fotovoltaica.
La figura 2, es una vista de perfil, donde se aprecia en el lado derecho el botón de encendido y apagado, junto con la fijación lateral roscada.
La Figura 3, es una vista en perspectiva lateral superior de la luminaria, donde en la parte lateral y central se aprecia el botón de encendido y apagado y la celda fotovoltaica en la superficie superior.
La Figura 4, es una vista en planta inferior la luminaria que muestra los medios de fijación roscados lateral perimetral y central de la luminaria a los elementos funcionales de iluminación, y los tornillos de ensamblado de las partes de la luminaria, ubicados en el centro de las tres muescas o escotaduras perimetrales de sección transversal semicircular.
La Figura 5, es otra vista en perspectiva de la misma luminaria por el lado inferior y lateral en la cual se observan las tres muescas perimetrales equidistantes y el roscado lateral perimetral y central que sirven como elementos de acople a los elementos funcionales de iluminación.
La figura 6, muestra una perspectiva en explosión de la luminaria mostrando todos sus componentes.
La figura 7, muestra una vista en perspectiva de una aplicación de la luminaria colocada entre dos soportes que se fijan en una barra de sección circular, tal como, en el brazo de una bicicleta o triciclo.
La figura 8, es una vista en elevación posterior del conjunto de los soportes portadores de la luminaria, llevando instalada dicha luminaria entre dichos soportes.
La figura 9, es una vista de perfil de los soportes yuxtapuestos, llevando la luminaria al interior de ellos.

La Figura 18, es una vista en elevación de otra aplicación de la luminaria atornillada en el gollete de una botella universal tipo PET.
La Figura 19 muestra una plantilla plegable de cartón que sirve de embalaje para la luminaria cuando está en desuso y de soporte para la luminaria cuando está en uso.
La Figura 20 muestra una perspectiva del embalaje para la luminaria en uso, en forma de triángulo, con la luminaria incorporada en una de sus caras.
La Figura 21 muestra una perspectiva del embalaje de soporte con la luminaria incorporada, mostrando la carcasa inferior y medios de fijación lateral e inferior central de la luminaria.
La Figura 22 muestra una vista frontal del embalaje de soporte con la luminaria en desuso, que muestra el disco panel solar con la celda fotovoltaica.
La Figura 23 es una vista de perfil izquierdo del embalaje en desuso, con la luminaria incorporada mostrando el embalaje con las caras laterales plegadas hacia adentro.
La Figura 24 muestra una vista posterior del embalaje de soporte con la luminaria en desuso, que muestra los medios de fijación lateral e inferior central de la luminaria a los accesorios funcionales iluminables.
DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DEL MODELO DE UTILIDAD
A continuación se describirá detalladamente la luminaria objeto del presente modelo de utilidad, haciendo referencia a los dibujos de las figuras que se acompañan y, en las que se expone lo siguiente:
Haciendo referencia general a las figuras 1 a 5 en ellas se muestra la luminaria en su condición de armado final para ser luego incorporada en las múltiples aplicaciones descritas y mostradas en las figuras 7 a 24, tales como, bicicletas ó triciclos, estacas de luminarias para jardines, pantallas de lámparas, botellas PET ó un embalaje de cartón.
La luminaria tiene una forma general cilindrica, cuyo diámetro es alrededor del doble de su altura, estando conformada por un cuerpo superior o carcasa superior (4) que tiene una superficie exterior plana con un reborde perimetral también plano que da paso a una superficie circular central comprendida por un disco de panel solar donde se fijan las celdas fotovoltaicas (1 ).
Vista de perfil, la carcasa superior (4) presenta en el manto un reborde horizontal superior formado por la goma perimetral (2) que se proyecta hacia el extremo inferior de la carcasa superior (4) en una prolongación o protuberancia
inferior (3) curvo convexa al interior de la cual se dispone una perforación circular que contiene centralmente el botón de encendido/apagado (5) de forma tronco cónica, donde dicha protuberancia inferior (3) se extiende más allá de una ranura central horizontal del manto cerca del extremo inferior de la carcasa superior (4).
La carcasa superior (4) de la luminaria tiene adosado un cuerpo o carcasa inferior (12) en forma de tronco de cono invertido de menor altura que la carcasa superior (4), el cual tiene en su cara inferior circular plana una perforación cilindrica central (16) con un borde interior penmetral roscado (15) en cuyo borde de fondo se fija un lente plano convexo (17). El borde penmetral roscado (15) permite fijar la luminaria en el soporte de aplicación iluminable mediante el atornillado de la luminaria a múltiples accesorios funcionales iluminables.
Sobre el manto del cuerpo tronco cónico invertido de la carcasa inferior (12) se dispone, a media altura, una nervadura penmetral horizontal que conforma el roscado penmetral (13) que se ve interrumpido por tres muescas verticales (14) de sección transversal semicircular que abarcan la altura del cuerpo tronco cónico. Las tres muescas o escotaduras verticales (14) de sección transversal semicircular están equidistantes a 120°, permitiendo dicho roscado penmetral (13) y dichas muescas verticales (14) de sección transversal semicircular permiten la fijación tipo rosca o a presión de la luminaria a algunos de los accesorios funcionales iluminables.
Con el objeto de describir detalladamente los componentes de la luminaria, se hará referencia específica a la figura 6 que muestra los componentes de la luminaria.
La figura 6 muestra los componentes de la luminaria en una vista explosionada donde dicha luminaria comprende un disco panel solar en el cual se fija la celda fotovoltaica (1 ) en la goma penmetral (2) que tiene una protuberancia penmetral inferior (3) destinada a recibir el botón del switch de encendido/apagado
(5) que se aloja en la carcasa superior (4), la cual se une al panel intermedio o pieza intermedia (8) donde se aloja y se fijan el porta pilas o las baterías (9), los snap de contacto (6,7) de las baterías y la placa con circuito impreso (PCB) y el medio generador de luz (10), que se une con la carcasa inferior (12) a través de un sello 0- ring (1 1 ).
En la perforación cilindrica central (16) de la carcasa traslucida inferior (12) se provee un lente plano convexo (17) fijado perimetralmente al borde de fondo de la perforación cilindrica central (16) de la carcaza translúcida inferior (12).
La carcasa translúcida inferior (12) incluye los medios de fijación lateral y central de la luminaria a los accesonos funcionales iluminables, donde el medio de fijación lateral corresponde a un roscado perimetral (13) interrumpido por tres muescas o escotaduras verticales (14) de sección transversal semicircular equidistantes a 120° entre si, que permiten la fijación tipo rosca o a presión de la luminaria a los accesonos funcionales iluminables y, el medio de fijación inferior central que corresponde a una perforación cilindrica roscada interiormente (15) que permite atornillar la luminaria a los accesonos funcionales iluminables, donde dicha carcaza traslucida inferior (12), dicho panel intermedio o pieza intermedia (8) y dicha carcaza superior (4) se unen entre sí, para el cierre final de la luminaria, por medio de tornillos.
La luminaria descrita precedentemente tiene múltiples alternativas de aplicación que se representan explícitamente en las figuras 7 a 1 1 en donde, en la figura 7, se muestran los soportes o brazos (7A) y (7B) que sirven para ser intercalados en una bicicleta o triciclos por medio de las acanaladuras (7C), y en donde el armado final del accesorio iluminable se logra mediante el atornillado del
roscado perimetral (13) de la carcaza translúcida inferior (12) de la luminaria en el interior de los soportes o brazos (7A) y (7B) del accesorio funcional iluminable.
En las figuras 12 a 14 y 18 se muestra una aplicación de la luminaria a un soporte que sirve como estaca para jardines o como lámpara auto soportante cuyo armado consiste simplemente en atornillar el hilo central (15) de la luminaria al hilo del cabezal de la estaca (12A) o al hilo (18A) de la botella tipo PET (polietilen tereftalato), respectivamente.
En las figuras 15 a 17 se muestra la luminaria del presente modelo en una aplicación de montaje para un accesorio tipo pantalla, que se fija a la luminaria a través del anillo roscado lateral perimetral (13).
Otras aplicaciones similares a las mostradas, a modo de ejemplos de aplicación no limitantes de la invención, que muestran la versatilidad de su uso, se pueden observar en las figuras 19 a 24, que muestran la luminaria colocada en un embalaje de soporte de cartón triangular formado a partir del plegado de una plantilla rectangular (19) dividida en tres partes ¡guales en el sentido de los lados menores mediante plisados y troquelados para plegado (19A), formando tres caras las cuales también están troqueladas centralmente para insertar la luminaria.
Para el armado del soporte se pliegan ambos plisados/troquelados en el mismo sentido y se inserta la lengüeta (19B) dentro del troquelado en el extremo opuesto (19C) y girando la lengüeta (19B) para su correcto enganche, conformando un triángulo, que permite diversas posiciones y orientación de la luz, cuando está en uso con la luminaria colocada en cualquiera de las caras del embalaje (ver figura 21 ).
En desuso se pliegan las caras laterales de la platilla hacia adentro y se encaja la luminaria a través de los troquelados centrales de las tres caras cerrando
la plantilla por medio del encaje y doblado de la lengüeta (19B) en el troquelado (19C) .
Claims
1 . Una luminaria solar, componente base para múltiples aplicaciones con accesorios funcionales iluminables, compuesta por un microprocesador que regula las horas e intensidad de la luz, baterías recargables, una carcaza superior que contiene la celda fotovoltaica, un botón de encendido y apagado para hacer eficiente el uso de la luz y, una carcaza inferior, CARACTERIZADA porque está formada por un cuerpo cilindrico de altura aproximadamente la mitad de su diámetro, conformado por:
una carcasa superior (4) que tiene una superficie exterior plana con un reborde perimetral que da paso a una superficie circular central que corresponde al disco de panel solar donde se fijan las celdas fotovoltaicas (1 ), dicho reborde o goma perimetral (2) se proyecta hacia el extremo inferior de la carcasa superior (4) en una protuberancia perimetral inferior (3) curvo convexa destinada a recibir el botón del switch de encendido/apagado (5) de la luminaria;
un panel o pieza intermedia (8) que aloja el porta pilas o las baterías (9) junto con los snap de contacto (6,7) de las baterías, una placa con circuito impreso y el medio generador de luz (10) y un sello O-ring (1 1 ); y
y una carcasa traslucida inferior (12) formada por un cuerpo tronco cónico invertido que tiene en su cara inferior plana una perforación cilindrica central (16) con roscado interior (15) que tiene fijado en su borde de fondo el lente plano convexo (17), y en cuyo manto tronco cónico invertido la carcaza traslucida inferior (12) se dispone, a media altura, una nervadura perimetral horizontal que conforma el roscado perimetral (13) que está interrumpido por tres muescas o escotaduras verticales (14) de sección transversal semicircular, dispuestas a equidistancia y, en
donde dicha carcasa translúcida inferior (12) incluye los medios de fijación lateral y central de la luminaria a los accesorios funcionales iluminables.
2. La luminaria de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 , CARACTERIZADA porque el medio de fijación lateral comprende un hilo roscado perimetral (13), interrumpido por tres muescas o escotaduras verticales (14) de sección transversal semicircular, equidistantes a 120° entre si, que permiten la fijación tipo rosca o a presión de la luminaria a los accesorios funcionales iluminables.
3. La luminaria de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 , CARACTERIZADA porque el medio de fijación central comprende una perforación cilindrica roscada interiormente (15) que permite atornillar la luminaria a los accesorios funcionales iluminables.
4. La luminaria de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, CARACTERIZADA porque la carcasa inferior comprende un hilo roscado perimetral (13) y muescas o escotaduras verticales (14) de sección transversal semicircular equidistantes para fijar la luminaria en los soportes de una barra de sección circular, tal como, en el brazo de una bicicleta o triciclo.
5. La luminaria de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 y 3, CARACTERIZADA porque la carcasa inferior comprende una perforación cilindrica roscada interiormente (15) para fijar la luminaria a una estaca o varilla para jardín o demarcación de caminos.
6. La luminaria de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, CARACTERIZADA porque la carcasa inferior comprende un hilo roscado perimetral (13) y muescas o escotaduras verticales (14) de sección transversal semicircular equidistantes para fijar la luminaria a un accesorio tipo pantalla.
7. La luminaria de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 y 3, CARACTERIZADA porque la carcasa inferior tiene una perforación cilindrica roscada interiormente (15) para fijar la luminaria atornillada al cuello de una botella PET para conformar una luminaria auto soportante.
8. La luminaria de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 y 2,
CARACTERIZADA porque la carcasa inferior tiene un hilo roscado perimetral (13), para fijar la luminaria a un accesono de embalaje plegable triangular de soporte para distintas posiciones y orientación de la luz.
