Abstract
【解決手段】イオン選択性電極を用いたイオン活量測定装置のための、緩衝液を主成分とする測定用溶液であって、非イオン性界面活性剤を0.02〜0.2 v/v%の割合で含み、該測定用溶液と、該溶液を移送するための配管又は保持するための容器の内壁とが接触した際に発生する気泡が抑制されることを特徴とする、イオン活量測定装置のための測定用溶液を提供する。

Claims (5)
- イオン選択性電極を用いたイオン活量測定装置のための、緩衝液を主成分とする測定用溶液であって、非イオン性界面活性剤を0.02〜0.2 v/v%の割合で含み、該測定用溶液と、該溶液を移送するための配管又は保持するための容器の内壁とが接触した際に発生する気泡が抑制されることを特徴とする、イオン活量測定装置のための測定用溶液。
- 前記測定用溶液は、イオン活量を測定される被検液のための希釈液又は内部標準液である、請求項1に記載のイオン活量測定装置のための測定用溶液。
- 前記非イオン性界面活性剤は、エーテル型非イオン性界面活性剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のイオン活量測定装置のための測定用溶液。
- 前記エーテル型非イオン性界面活性剤は、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のイオン活量測定装置のための測定用溶液。
- イオン選択性電極を用いたイオン活量測定装置を用いてイオン活量を測定する方法であって、緩衝液を主成分とし、非イオン性界面活性剤を0.02〜0.2 v/v%の割合で含有する測定用溶液を用い、該測定用溶液と、該溶液を移送するための配管又は保持するための容器の内壁とが接触した際に発生する気泡を抑制することによって、測定精度を改善したことを特徴とするイオン活量の測定方法。
