Abstract
【解決手段】往復動式圧縮機の運転制御装置は、検出された電流とストロークとの位相差と基準位相差とを比較して負荷の大きさを判断し、その判断された負荷の大きさによってそれぞれの周波数制御信号及びストローク制御信号を出力する制御ユニット130を含み、上記の周波数制御信号及びストローク制御信号によって、それぞれ運転周波数指令値決定ユニット160、ストローク指令値決定ユニット150によってそれぞれの指令値を決定して往復動式圧縮機のストロークと運転周波数を制御するように構成する。

Claims (10)
- 検出された電流とストロークとの位相差と、基準位相差とを比較して負荷の大きさを判断し、その判断された負荷の大きさによってそれぞれの周波数制御信号及びストローク制御信号を出力する制御ユニットを含むことを特徴とする往復動式圧縮機の運転制御装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、
前記検出電流とストロークとの位相差が前記基準位相差より小さいと、現在のストロークをフルストロークに変化させるためのストローク制御信号を出力すると共に、現在の運転周波数を共振周波数より大きい運転周波数に変化させるための周波数制御信号を出力し、
前記検出電流とストロークとの位相差が前記基準位相差より大きいと、容量可変のためのストローク制御信号を出力すると共に、現在の運転周波数を共振周波数に変化させるための周波数制御信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の往復動式圧縮機の運転制御装置。 - 電流とストロークとの位相差と、基準位相差とを比較して負荷の大きさを判断し、その判断結果に基づいて周波数制御信号及びストローク制御信号を出力する制御ユニットと、
前記周波数制御信号によって運転周波数指令値を決定する運転周波数指令値決定ユニットと、
前記ストローク制御信号によってストローク指令値を決定するストローク指令値決定ユニットと、
前記運転周波数指令値と現在の運転周波数とを比較し、その比較結果に基づいた周波数補正信号を出力する第1比較ユニットと、
前記ストローク指令値と現在のストロークとを比較し、その比較結果に基づいたストローク補正信号を出力する第2比較ユニットと、
前記周波数補正信号及び前記ストローク補正信号によって、ストローク電圧及び運転周波数を変化させるためのPWM制御信号を出力するPWM制御ユニットと、
前記PWM制御信号によって、モータに印加されるストローク電圧及び運転周波数を変化させるインバータと、
を含むことを特徴とする往復動式圧縮機の運転制御装置。 - 前記制御ユニットが、
前記検出電流とストロークとの位相差が前記基準位相差より小さいと、現在のストロークをフルストロークに変化させるためのストローク制御信号を出力すると共に、現在の運転周波数を共振周波数より大きい運転周波数に変化させるための周波数制御信号を出力し、
前記検出電流とストロークとの位相差が前記基準位相差より大きいと、容量可変のためのストローク制御信号を出力すると共に、現在の運転周波数を共振周波数に変化させるための周波数制御信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の往復動式圧縮機の運転制御装置。 - 前記PWM制御信号が、
前記モータに印加されるストローク電圧を変化させるためのPWMデューティ比可変信号と、
前記モータに印加されるストローク電圧の周波数を変化させるためのPWM周期可変信号と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の往復動式圧縮機の運転制御装置。 - 所定のストローク指令値に相当する容量で運転する段階と、
往復動式圧縮機のモータに供給される電圧と電流を検出し、その電圧と電流の値を用いてストロークを演算する段階と、
前記演算されたストロークと前記電流との位相差を検出する段階と、
前記検出された位相差と基準位相差とを比較し、その比較結果に基づいてストローク指令値及び運転周波数指令値を変化させる段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする往復動式圧縮機の運転制御方法。 - 前記ストローク指令値及び運転周波数指令値を変化させる段階は、
前記検出電流とストロークとの位相差が前記基準位相差より小さいと、現在の運転周波数を共振周波数より大きい運転周波数に変化させると共に、現在のストロークをフルストロークに変化させる段階と、
前記検出電流とストロークとの位相差が前記基準位相差より大きいと、現在の運転周波数を共振周波数に変化させると共に、ストロークを変化させて前記往復動式圧縮機の運転容量を変化させる段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の往復動式圧縮機の運転制御方法。 - 所定のストローク指令値に相当する容量で運転する段階と、
往復動式圧縮機のモータに供給される電圧と電流を検出し、その電圧と電流の値を用いてストロークを演算する段階と、
前記演算されたストロークと前記電流との位相差を検出する段階と、
前記検出された位相差と基準位相差とを比較し、その比較結果に基づいてストローク指令値及び運転周波数指令値を変化させる段階と、
前記変化された運転周波数指令値と現在の運転周波数とを比較し、その比較結果に基づいて周波数補正信号を生成する段階と、
前記変化されたストローク指令値と現在のストロークとを比較し、その比較結果に基づいてストローク補正信号を生成する段階と、
前記周波数補正信号及び前記ストローク補正信号に基づいて、ストローク電圧及び運転周波数を変化させるためのPWM制御信号を生成する段階と、
前記PWM制御信号によって、前記往復動式圧縮機のモータに印加されるストローク電圧及び運転周波数を変化させる段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする往復動式圧縮機の運転制御方法。 - 前記ストローク指令値及び運転周波数指令値を変化させる段階は、
前記検出電流とストロークとの位相差が前記基準位相差より小さいと、現在のストロークをフルストロークに変化させるためのストローク制御信号を出力すると共に、現在の運転周波数を共振周波数より大きい運転周波数に変化させるための周波数制御信号を出力する段階と、
前記検出電流とストロークとの位相差が前記基準位相差より大きいと、容量可変のためのストローク制御信号を出力すると共に、現在の運転周波数を共振周波数に変化させるための周波数制御信号を出力する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の往復動式圧縮機の運転制御方法。 - 前記PWM制御信号が、
前記モータに印加されるストローク電圧を変化させるためのPWMデューティ比可変信号と、
前記モータに印加されるストローク電圧の周波数を変化させるためのPWM周期可変信号と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の往復動式圧縮機の運転制御方法。
