Claims (8)
- 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서,압축기의 피스톤 행정거리를 스트로크로 검출하는 스트로크 검출부와;상기 스트로크검출부에서 출력되는 스트로크와 스트로크 지령치를 비교하여 그에 따른 차이신호를 출력하는 비교기와;상기 압축기의 흡입구 및 토출구 온도를 부하로 검출하여 그 부하가 특정부하조건에 해당하면 직류전압지령치를 발생하는 직류전압지령치발생부와;상기 비교기에서 출력되는 차이신호에 따라, 압축기에 인가되는 교류전압을 가변하여 스트로크를 제어하다가,상기 직류전압지령치발생부에서 직류전압지령치가 인가되면, 직류전압과 부하에 따라 가변되는 교류전압을 압축기에 인가하여 스트로크 행정을 증가시키는 제어기를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 직류전압지령치발생부는,압축기에 인가되는 전류와 스트로크의 위상차에 대한 절대치를 이용하여 부하를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 직류전압지령치발생부는,압축기의 외기온도를 이용하여 부하를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 직류전압지령치발생부는,실내온도를 이용하여 부하를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 직류전압지령치발생부는,냉동싸이클내의 응축기 및 증발기의 온도를 이용하여 부하를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 특정 부하조건은,실험에 의해, 최대 압축체적이 필요하지만, 작은 가스 스프링 상수에 의해 피스톤의 밀림량이 작은 부하영역으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어장치.
- 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서,압축기의 스트로크를 검출함과 아울러 상기 압축기의 흡입구 및 토출구 온도로 현재 부하를 검출하는 과정과;현재 부하를 특정부하 조건과 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 직류전압을 압축기에 인가하거나 차단하는 과정과;상기 검출 스트로크와 스트로크 지령치를 비교하여, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 교류전압을 압축기에 인가하는 과정으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어방법.
- 제7 항에 있어서, 현재 부하를 특정부하 조건과 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 직류전압을 압축기에 인가하거나 차단하는 과정은,현재 부하가 특정부하조건에 해당하면 직류전압지령치를 발생하여, 직류전압을 압축기에 인가하고, 현재 부하가 특정부하 조건에 해당되지 않으면 직류전압지령치의 발생을 정지시켜 압축기에 인가되는 직류전압을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어방법.
