Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an elevator operating device including an elevator car having an entrance door in two directions, for example, the front side and the rear side. In particular, even when an open / close failure occurs in the elevator car door, the operation is continued. The present invention relates to an elevator operating device that enables the above.
Conventionally, an elevator car that has an entrance door in two directions, the front side and the rear side, is put into service between multi-floor floors with through floors that have entrances and exits in the two directions. There has been proposed an elevator control apparatus that can rescue a user without being confined in an elevator car by providing means for selecting and landing the through floor when a door opening / closing failure occurs (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).
However, the elevator control device disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems. For example, an elevator car having doorways in two directions on the front side and the rear side, and either a through floor having a doorway in the two directions or one of the two directions. When working between multiple floors consisting of a non-penetrating floor with only one entrance, the operation can be continued even if any opening / closing failure of any of the doors is detected while the elevator car is running. The purpose is to provide an elevator operating device.
An elevator operating apparatus according to the present invention includes an elevator car having an entrance door in first and second directions, a through floor having a doorway in the first and second directions, and the first and second In an elevator operating device that is put into service between multi-floor floors that have non-penetrating floors that have entrances and exits in only one of two directions, the first and second directions are installed inside the elevator car. According to the present invention, even when an opening / closing failure of the doorway in either the first or second direction is detected during the traveling of the elevator, the subsequent elevator is put into service by the best driving and the service to the user is improved. There is an effect that can be achieved.
Exemplary embodiments of an elevator operating device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of an elevator operating device for explaining
In FIG. 1, an
Each floor has a landing call means in a first direction, for example, a front-side landing call button (a destination call button at a landing) 5 that is a front-side landing call means, and a landing call means in a second direction, For example, a rear-side
The door open / closed state detecting means 8 detects the door open / closed state based on the door state information from the
In the floor setting data storage means 10, as shown in FIG. 3, which floor is a through floor, which floor is a non-through floor, the non-through floor has a front of the
The call registration changing means 11 changes the registration to the optimum floor call based on the data from the call registration means 7, the door opening / closing defective floor storage means 9, and the floor setting data storage means 10. Thus, the optimum call registration of the call registration changing means 11 is guided to the user by the announcement device 12 which is a guiding means.
The car control means 13 controls the
The elevator driving apparatus according to
FIG. 4 shows an operation of detecting the open / closed state of the entrance door of the
In FIG. 4, in response to the car call, for example, it is determined whether or not a door opening command is output to the second floor front side entrance door (step S40), and the door opening command is output to the second floor front side entrance door. If not, the process ends. If a door opening command is output to the second floor front door, the door opening / closing state detection means 8 determines whether the second floor front door is fully opened within a predetermined time (step S41). When fully opened within a predetermined time, various flags are cleared (step S45), and this process is terminated.
If the 2nd floor front doorway door does not fully open within the specified time, the 2nd floor front doorway door open failure counter will be updated as the 2nd floor front doorway door will be open defective and the 2nd floor front doorway door closed Command and door opening command are output (step S42), and it is determined whether or not the second floor front side entrance door opening failure counter has measured more than a specified number of times (for example, twice) (step S43). The second floor is stored as an opening / closing failure of the front doorway, for example, as shown in FIG. 2 as an opening / closing failure of the front door of the second floor (step S44), and the process ends.

Next, a case where a car call is made to the second floor stored in the door opening / closing defective floor storage means 9 as the door opening / closing defective floor will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
In FIG. 5, it is determined whether or not the car call button on the second floor front side has been pressed (step S50). If the car call button on the second floor front side has not been pressed, this process ends. If the car call button on the second floor front side has been pressed, it is compared with the signal from the door opening / closing defective floor storage means 9 to determine whether or not the door on the second floor front is a door opening / closing defective storage floor (step) S51), if there is no memory in the door opening / closing defective floor storage means 9, the car call on the second floor front side is registered as usual (step S58), and the process is terminated.
If there is a memory in the door opening / closing defective floor storage means 9, it is determined from the floor setting data storage means 10 whether or not the floor is a through floor (step S52). In addition, the announcement device 12 announces the invalidity to the user (step S57). For example, “The service is not possible due to a defective door. Please press the call on the other floor.” Thereafter, the car call on the front side on the second floor is canceled (step S56), and the process ends.
In step S52, if the floor is a through floor, it is determined whether the second floor rear side is a door opening / closing failure storage floor (step S53). Is automatically registered (step S54) and announced to the user (step S55). For example, “The other party's call was automatically registered because of a door failure.” Thereafter, the car call on the front side on the second floor is canceled (step S56), and the process ends.
In step S53, if the rear side of the second floor is a door opening / closing failure storage floor, the process proceeds to step S57, and the announcement device 12 guides the user in the same manner as described above.
In the above description, the case where the car call is made on the front side of the
As described above, according to the first embodiment, during the elevator traveling, whether one of the front door and rear door of the
