Abstract
【解決手段】 このレーザ加工装置1では、光ガイド体6の押圧部9が容器の胴部12に対して蓋部13を押圧した状態で、光ファイバ4を伝搬してきたレーザ光を光ガイド体6が環状に案内して押圧部9から出射させる。これにより、胴部12及び蓋部13における環状の加工領域全体に対して一度にレーザ光を照射し、胴部12に対して蓋部13を接合することが可能となるため、作業効率の向上が図られる。このような作業効率の向上は、加工時間の短縮化や製造歩留まりの向上を実現する。さらに、このレーザ加工装置1では、レーザ光走査のための回転機構や、胴部12及び蓋部13に対する加圧機構などを別途設ける必要がないため、装置の構成を極めて簡単化することができる。

Claims (3)
- レーザ光を照射することにより第1の被加工物に第2の被加工物を接合するためのレーザ加工装置であって、
前記レーザ光を伝搬させる光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバと光学的に接続される接続部、及び前記第1の被加工物に対して前記第2の被加工物を押圧する押圧部を有し、前記接続部から前記押圧部に前記レーザ光を環状に案内して前記押圧部から出射させる光ガイド体と、を備えることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 前記押圧部には、前記レーザ光が出射する底面を有する溝が環状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記光ガイド体は、前記接続部から前記押圧部に向かって末広がりのキャップ状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のレーザ加工装置。
